Pros:
-user can do this subtly
-user causes pain in targets
-user can help those with bone diseases
-user controls blood by proxy
Cons:
-user must do this subtly or they will be caught as quirk is very rare
-user will always cause pain when careless
-user can not hell with brittle bones as to reinforce bones is extremely painful and likely to shorten life span
-user can't control blood well
Weakness: overuse
User will start to deform their bones the more they overuse their quirk
