I sat quietly with Dub across me.
I was at Kaines house waiting for Kaine cause he was still in the shower and he prolly gone take long.
"You from round here"Dub finally spoke.
"Yeah"I said holding Kaisha in my arms...my 3 month old baby sister.
"How everything going"He questioned.
I sighed "it's going okay I guess I mean I'm paying the bills and all so we good"I lied.
"Where you get money from".
"Why you asking me all these questions"I mugged him giving Kaisha her bottle.
"I heard you dropped out of school and I know you is a stripper"he said making my eyes widen.
"You can't tell Kaine please...."
"I won't"he licked his lips "I ain't with the gossip..if he find out he ain't gon' find out from me"he shrugged.
"Thank you"I let out a breath.
"It's cool Shawty"he licked his lips.

"But you really be shaking it good"He complimented...I eyed him for a second then kept quiet...
He stood up and walked towards me making my heart beat a Lil bit faster than usual.
Then he sat next to me.
"I really ain't judging you ma...I know what it's like doing sum you don't wan' do but you gotta do it cause you need money and you gotta feed yo family...I know"He assured me sliding his hand on thigh.
I didn't know what to think or say.
He noticed I was really uncomfortable so he moved his hand "my bad I'm sorry...it's just sum I would do to make her feel better".

"My ex"he sighed "when she was sad and shit I would lay my hand on her thigh it made her feel better".

Then I did what he did to me..I slipped my fingers onto his thigh "you can tell me anything"I looked him in his eyes.
"Tyona....my baby girl I couldn't save her..these pussy ass niggas went for her and shot her to death last year she was only 3 she ain't deserve to die..she was punished for my doings"he said pulling out a small picture of her.
"Do you carry it around with you"I asked as tears were about to roll out my eyes cause damn this is sad.
Dub out here walking around like he cool when he know damn well he dying inside.
"I keep it with me all day everyday"he mumbled putting it in his back pocket.
"I'm sorry"I pressed my lips together and laid Kaisha on the couch and hugged him...he didn't hug back for about 10 seconds but he eventually gave in and hugged me back.

"You can call me Davonte"he told me as we let go.
I nodded sat back down and then again the silence came.
Kaine came downstairs looking all energetic but he stopped when he sensed the mood.
"You good"he asked Davonte and he nodded.
"Baby girl"he licked his lips then kissed me.
"How Kaisha doing"he asked as I caressed her.
"She's doing okay"I said.
"Damn you been distant lately...busy with Kaisha and all and I understand that but aye Lemme take you out for dinner tonight".
"Okay I look forward to that"I smiled pecking his lips.
He nodded then him and Davonte went outside to talk about something.
Surprisingly Karinae showed up.
"Hey bitch"she smiled at me.
"Hey what you doing here"I tucked my hair behind my ear.
"I was looking for my brother so I thought I would find him here and he is here"she smiled sitting down.
"Awww she is so cute"she said in aw admiring Kaisha.
"Yeah"I pressed my lips together"she is"I smiled.
Then I looked at the time and realised.
"I need to pick up Kaija from school"I said getting up "can we hang out tomorrow"I asked her.
"Sure"she nodded.
I went outside to Kaine and Davonte.
"Babe can you take me to get Kaija from school"I asked Kaine.
"Oh shit Naw I can't"he said slowly making me frown.
"Okay I'll just take a Uber".
"It's fine I'll take her"Davonte offered.
" Nigga are you sure"Kaine asked.
"Oh no it's fine I'll take a uber"I said looking away from him.
"You good ma"he said "I'll drive you there I don't mind".
I eventually agreed and we went into his car so I gave him the directions to Kaijas school so he drove there in silence and then I realised that I forgot the baby's bottle.
"Can we go back"I asked Davonte.
"Why"he looked over at me.
"I forgot her bottle on the couch"I stressed.
"Chill ma"he said making a turn.
It didn't take long till we got to the his house.
I slowly walked to the door and knocked but I didn't get a reply.
So I decided to just open and the moment I did all I could hear was moaning my heart dropped to my ass.
I hope it's not what I think it is.
I walked to the living room where the sounds were coming from and I immediately felt my eyes fill with tears.
"Are you serious"I asked as Kaine was hitting Karinae from the back while she was on the couch throwing it back.
Kaine stopped and pulled his pants "baby I can explain".
Kaine came towards me but I wasn't here for it so I yelled"Dub" and he came in a hurry... he was shocked at what he was seeing and me too.
Dub punched Kaine across the face....Kaine touched on his lip but he didn't hit back cause he know he wrong.
"Nigga I trusted you.. and you out here fucking my sister....you must be kidding a nigga no cap"Dub said going around the room back and forth.
I walked to Kaine and looked him in the eye "we done".
"Tarji baby no come on...don't do this remember we was pose to have a date tonight"he tried messing with my head.
"I'm not about to fall for that"I wiped my tears.
"You know I wanna kill yo dumbass so bad but it ain't worth it"Dub said walking out the door going to his car.
I turned to Karinae "I trusted you...I let yo hoe ass in"I shook my head then I walked out.
I got into the car then started crying and pouring my feelings out.
"I don't understand why is all this happening to me I've been nothing but good to him he even took my virginity and now he want to cheat on me with my best friend which is your sister I can't believe this I just wanna sleep and not wake up again because I feel like I've been used and I've been manipulated in this relationship I'm done... I'm done I just want to take care of myself and siblings and pay the bills at home I don't want anything to do with him or her I just wanna live my life I'm tired of all these niggas I'm tired ....I'm tired I can't take it no more-".
He cut me off and kissed my lips slowly...I know he could taste my salty ass tears.
I pulled away and looked at him like he got three heads.
"Why you kissing me"I looked away from him.
He grabbed me by my chin and looked me in the eye.
"You don't look like you didn't want that"he said making me look down.
I'm vunerable the last thing I need is a nigga trying to Capitalise off of that.
Can we just pick up Kaija and drop me off please.
I looked in the backseat..Kaisha was sound asleep in the car.
We picked up Kaija from school and then he drove us back home it was quite a silent ride and Kaija was surprised went she climbed into the car "who is he"she pointed at Davonte.
"A friend"I simply said.
he drop me at my house by the door and he opened the door for me and the kids then he stood by the door for us.
I told kaija that she should go to her room upstairs...I laid sleeping Kaisha on the couch and then here I was again face-to-face with Davonte.
He kissed me again and so this time I went with it...he gripped my ass slid his tongue into my mouth as he pinned me against wall exploring my mouth with his tongue...damn he ate my whole face up
but then we both pulled away and I looked at him "why do you keep doing that isn't it wrong" I asked him
" but it feels right doesn't it"he questioned me...it kinda did but in a revenge seeking kinda way...it does feel good to do what Kaine did to me but it still feels wrong
"I gotta make food for them..you can stay over if you like"I said being nice cause I wasn't tryna be rude and send him away
You hungry"I asked him he shook his head no "I ain't hungry I'm starving"
