Doctor "Relax Mr Neil....please be seated...i know your condition...but i am only telling what is truth...
Neil "What truth... huh...i dont know anything....but meri beti ko kuch nhi hoga...SUNA AAPNE."
Doctor "Dekhiye...usually leukemia has no cure...and i am
sorry....but its truth...she....She can Survive for Maximum 3 years only."
Ayesha shivered in shock "No...no..no doc...doctor...please save my daughter..please doctor..aisa mat kahiye..."
Neil calmed himself "Doctor....i dont know anything...i just want
my daughter to get cured....and that too soon..AND IT WILL HAPPEN...SHE WILL GET WELL SOON...I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR HER.."
Doctor: Although she is in her minor stage now...but still its very
critical case..
Neil: But....koi..koi option to hoga....you just tell me doctor...i will
bring anything for her...any specialist...any medicine...anything
Doctor was looking at them with the feeling of utter helplessness...he
knew that they love their daughter alot....he was well aware of their
love for their daughter and its the most difficult challenge for them...to
see their child suffering from a major disease its not that easy... After thinking for 5 minutes doctor tell them the last option

Nyesha was sleeping on the bed.. Ayesha was looking at her sitting next to her.
Ayesha had tears in her eyes.and she ran outside of the room Neil noticed this and he immediately ran after her and got hold of ner..
Neil: Hey ayesha...kya hua..tum... tum ro rhi ho...while cupping her face
Ayesha could not control herself anymore and she bursted in tears in front of him...
Ayesha Neil...mujhse ab or nhi hoga...main...main apni beti ko.aise dard me nhi dekh skti..
Neil hugged her: Ayesha...please shant ho jao....rona band kro.
Ayesha: Neil...please kuch kro na....use aise...aise dard me nhi dekha
jata...itni choti si hai meri bachi....or uske saath ye sab...
Neil also had tears in his eyes. He consoled her.. He remember doctor words..the LAST OPTION. He broke the hug with her and looked into her eyes :
"Ayesha agr nyesha ko bachana hai...to hume..hume uske bhai ya behen ko lana hoga.. Iske ilava humare paas koi or option nhi hai..."
They shared an eye lock for few minutes...gaining the fact that..they
have to now save their daughter....by bringing her sibling into this world...
(This condition is unexplainable..they have to make baby..not out of
love...but this time..to save their daughter..having immense pain in their hearts...but they have to do this..for their precious daughter)
Listening to neil Ayesha nodded.. They hugged each other
Ayesha: Neil..nyesha theek ho jayegi na..
Neil: Haa ayesha....humari imaara bilkul thik ho jayegi..

(Its for the 3rd time in last 3 months..ayesha was doing her pregnancy test...but everytime it turns out to be negative...)
Neil was waiting curiously outside the washroom..hoping for the positive this time... Ayesha came out of the washroom

But she....she signal him with a No...." She cried and hugged him tight

Ayesha : Neil...why is this happening to us...why...why am i not able to concieve...how will we save imaara..
Neil: Shhhhh...relax ayesha..sab thik ho jayega.. They cried for hours..consoling each other Somewhere inside..they were losing hopes...
Ayesha: Neil i am a very bad mother.i can't do anything to save my

Nyesha came to their room having a doll in her hands.
Nyesha : Papa...mumma...aap dono itne happy happy kyu ho...?
Neil : Imaaara..
Neil immediately ran and picked her up...and kissed her all over her face...
Neil : Ohh nyesha ...nyesha ..nyesha a..i am sooo happyyy bachaa...
Nyesha :But why papa.. Neil: You know what....ab aap bilkul thik ho jaoge....
Nyesha : Sachi papa...ab mujhe vo painful injections bhi nhi lene pdenge..
These words broke their heart into pieces... Neil had tears in his eyes
He grabbed her in his protective arms "No mera bacha...ab aapko vo
painful injections nhi lene pdenge....papa ab aapko bilkul pain nhi hone denge..." The trio hugged each other..
