Lili's pov
*beep beep beep*
the alarm on my phone woke me up.
i got off of the dark grey couch and made my way to the kitchen to start cooking a small breakfast for everyone.
"good morning"
a voice scared me, i turned around to where the voice was coming from to see a sleepy, smiley Ethan looking at me.
"you scared me!" i said in a whisper tone hitting his chest lightly before turning back to the food.
"what are you making?" he asked now standing to the side of me
"french toast"
"ooO" he said excitedly and a bit loud
"shhhhhhhh" A tired Jacob said raising his head from his sleeping position, the lines showing he slept well prominent on his face
"sorry" Ethan apologized quietly
i laughed at the little interaction
"can you guys be quiet?" Ivan said annoyed
"good morning" a happy but tired Dylan said
"morning Dyl" i said
"are you making food" Lucas got up from his deep sleep and b-lined straight to the kitchen.
No one's pov
a couple minutes later the toast was done and plaited
everyone who was awake was enjoying the delicious food
"where's Mark and Val?" Jacob asked
"well Mark's on the couch" Lucas said
"I'll go check Val's room" Lili said and went upstairs to Valory's room
to her surprise there was no one there
confused she made her way downstairs
"she's not-" Lili got cut off by a bunch of shhhhs'
"what why?" Lili asked and made her way closer to the group who where looking down at the couch
when she looked at what the others where looking her mouth instantly opened and a shocked look was plastered on her face
"no way"
there where asleep two teenagers still in the same position from when they were watching tik toks
idk how to explain how they were laying but enjoy my amazing art
Lili immediately took out her phone and took a picture not knowing her flash was on from last night
as the flash went off the two sleeping people started to wake up
"what the fuck" Valory said as she opened her eyes and saw the 6 people standing above her while Mark just looked at them tiredly
"you guys look cute together" Ethan said smiling with his arms crossed
Mark's eyes went wide
"what no- no umm"
while Mark was trying to come up with an excuse Valory stayed calm and was searching for something on her phone
"you know who's cuter" she finally spoke up
Valory flipped her phone revealing the photo of Lili and Ethan cuddled up
Lili gasped and yanked the phone out of Valory's hands while everyone else was laughing
"no give it back" Valory said now the top half of her body was off of the couch but her legs where still in the same position.
Valory reached out her hand and grabbed Lili's knee or more specifically the back of her knee
yanking a bit Lili's knees gave in and she fell backwards on her butt
then Valory easily grabbed her phone back but saw that Lili already deleted the photo

"HA you didn't delete it out of the trash bitch" Valory shouted out in victory restoring the oh so cute photo.
"delete it" Lili said angrily but still calm
"no" Valory smiled at her bestie
"whyyyyyyy" Lili whined
"for leverage, I always wanted to be Mrs. Roberts favorite" Valory said
"please don't" Lili pleaded
"of course I won't I'm not an absolute demon" Valory said with a sigh and stood up quickly having to stand still with her eyes closed to get rid of the dizziness.
She then made her way to the kitchen Mark following close behind and then the rest of the group slowly following as well.
The two teenagers who slept in ate there breakfast and then Valory went to get ready Lili going as well because they were those besties that could be in the bathroom even if one is showering.
They brushed there teeth and took quick 10 minute showers, Lili going first so that the water could be hot for Valory seeing as her vendetta against cold showers has not changed a little bit,
they didn't have to wash there hair so they didn't have to worry about drying it, instead just brushing it through a couple times to get any knots out
before getting dressed Valory put in her contacts so that she could actually see something.
Valory quickly put on her outfit for school, the outfit being white jeans and a cute top
the outfit was a bit brighter (meaning lighter coloured) then her usual style but she didn't mind it.
she accessorized with a couple of rings, a wallet chain on her jeans and a cute cloud necklace she got as a souvenir from one of her parents business trips.
now came the shoes.
a fun fact about Valory she has an obsession with shoes.
her closet shelf is full off them, some people may say it's unethical to own so many pairs of shoes, but at least she wears them.
She never got it how people bought shoes and never wore them just because they were kinda expensive.
Valory went with the if i bought it i'm gonna wear it approach.
This specific day she decided to wear her "nike Jordans one obsidians"
The shoes complimented the outfit nicely and were surprisingly comfortable.
Lili got dressed in a pair of jeans that she kept at Valory's house for emergencies, a top she kept there and a flannel she "borrowed" from Valory
minus the jacket
After both doing some very quick
make up
Valory grabbed the books that she needed and put them in her school bag, the two girls went downstairs being met with only Ethan and Mark in the living room
"where are the others?" Lili asked coming down the stairs
"they went home so that they could make it to school on time"
Lili nodded her head in understandment
Valory went to grab a canned Starbucks espresso from the fridge, not the best thing but it waked her up
"aren't you going to get cold?" Mark asked looking at Valory
"we live in California"
"it's still winter" he said with a raised eyebrow
"I'll be fine" she waved her ring filled hand
Mark sighed in disagreement but moved on from it for now.
"Bye bitch!" Danny came running down the stairs with Valory's car keys and ran out of the house
"DANNY NO!" she yelled and tried to catch up to him but he was to far gone.
"asshole" Valory sighed out
"is everything ok?" Mark asked being the caring person he is
"Danny scratched his own car and it's now in the shop so he keeps stealing mine" Valory said sitting down at the kitchen island in despair
"i'll drive you"
"really?" Valory was surprised by the gracious offer
"yeah, we just have to stop at my house on the way" Mark reassured
"yea that's fine, thank you" Valory smiled at the taller boy
"what about you, didn't you drive here with her?" Ethan asked the brown haired girl
"my house is not far, i'll walk" Lili said
"which direction are you going?"
"left" she hesitated
"i'll drop you off"
"oh no you don't have to"
"it's cold, i don't want you getting sick" he said smiling to the slightly shorter girl
and so Ethan and Lili drove off leaving Mark and Valory alone
"We should probably start going" Mark said grabbing his keys off of the little table at the door.
Valory followed him out the door not bothering to lock it seeing as there where still people in the house.
She sat in the toyota, coffee still in hand and buckled her seatbelt.
"you know that's really unhealthy" Mark said looking at her while starting the car.
"you know what is healthy?" Valory said clearly proud of what she's about to say
Mark let out a sound signaling for her to keep going
"minding your own business....bitch" she said and sipped her coffee
Mark just scoffed and backed out of the driveway making his way towards his home.

The entire ride the car was blasting lemon demon songs after the surprising (but not really) realization that they both love the band.
At this very moment Touch-Tone Telephone was playing through the speakers, Valory singing her heart out while Mark hummed the melody, singing along here and there.
"you know you're really not passing the vibe check here"
After the sudden stop of singing and Valory's statement the car was filled with laughter
"I'm trying to not KILL US!" Mark said sassily
"Don't be sassy with me" Valory said fake offended
"I'm just proving my point" he said chuckling lightly
"i am going to pull the steering wheel"
"no" he said looking at the girl in shock
"we would die" He continued
"eh it's been fun" Valory said calmly
"you- you good?" he asked his friend still chuckling a bit
Valory just shrugged her shoulders and started singing her heart out again
Mark shaked his head trying to keep his eyes on the road and not at the pretty girl next to him.
