In the same afternoon, me, Megumi and Nobara is standing outside the Student Relaxation Centre
Megumi and Nobara is sitting on the stairs while I'm leaning on the wall, a little distant from both
None of us talked this whole time, we are all deep in our thought
"Is this your first time having a partner die?"
Nobara asked Megumi
"First time for one at my age"
I didn't pay attention to the rest of their conversation as I'm drown in my own thoughts
"Megumi, why are you looking more glum than ever?"
A unfamiliar voice caught my attention
Looking up I see three figures no far from Megumi and Nobara, but bit farther away from me
Since I'm leaning on the wall behind them, a wooden pillar just in place to block them seeing me
There's a tall girl wearing glasses with hazel eyes and long dark green hair that's tied up in a ponytail
Behind her is a boy and a... Panda?
The panda is... a panda
Lastly, the boy with violet eyes, he is wearing a high collar version of the uniform which covered his lower face
The panda whispered something in the ear of the girl, which made her widened her eyes and fixed her glasses
"Why didn't you tell me earlier! I sounded like a heartless demon"
That girl then coughed due to the awkward situation
"Megumi who are they?"
Nobara asked him in slight confusion
"They are the second years, Zenin-senpai-"
"Don't call me by my surname!"
"Panda-senpai and Inumaki-senpai"
Megumi finished introducing and now both him and Nobara is on their feet
I still didn't move, I stood quietly where I am and observed them from a distance
"I thought there are 4 first years student? Shouldn't there be another one?"
Panda-senpai asked as he curiously looked at Megumi
Megumi, who acknowledge where I am, turned around
"Y/n, come"
Now all 5 of them are looking at my direction
I sighed a little before walking out from behind the wooden pillar, to meet the seconds years
I made eye contact with the violet eyed boy as I clearly see his eyes widened a little
What's his name again?

That's what Megumi said
I stopped when I reached Nobara
"I'm Y/n L/n, nice to meet you all"
"Hello, call me Maki"
The dark green haired girl introduced
"I'm Panda"
Panda said, posing in a rather cool position which made me chuckle at his cuteness
"Konbu"
I looked at the violet eyed boy with confusion
Konbu? The Food?
"Toge is a cursed speech user, so for the safety of him and those around him, we have to limit his vocabulary, he is saying hi to you"
I nodded before giving Inumaki-senpai a small smile
"Hello Inumaki-senpai"
"Panda-senpai, is there anything we can help with?"
"Yes yes yes, thank you for reminding me Y/n, we are here to ask if you three would like to participate in the Kyoto Sister-school Goodwill event?"
The three of us exchanged a look of confusion
"What is that?"
"It's a annual battle between 2 schools which the sorcerers compete against each other"
"The third years are not here, we will need more people to participate, do you guys wanna join?"
I went quiet, thinking about the offer
"Once you decide to join, we will be training together for teamwork and stuff"
"Sure, I'll join"
Megumi agreed with his daily boredom face on
"Fine with me, but I'll quit if I find this thing pointless"
Nobara followed, now all attention is on me
I meet the violet eyes of Inumaki-senpai, those eyes shows desperation, somehow, I feel like he wants me to say yes
Overall, there's no harm right?

I finally made my decision
The second my answer is announced, I can see Inumaki-senpai relaxes, as if he is glad that I accepted the offer
"Great! See you guys tomorrow at training at 9"
Maki-senpai smiled before the three second years walked pass us to enter the Student Relaxation Centre
After the second years disappears, I look back at my classmates
Nobara seem quite excited with the idea of the Goodwill event
At least it would get our mind off from Yuji for a good time
"Guys"
I said, loud enough for both of them to look at my direction
"Wanna come to my room later? We can watch a movie, to get our mind off from stuff"
I offered, hope to spend some more time with them
"Sure what time?"
"After dinner maybe? Around 8?"
"Okay, Megumi your coming too"
The bored looking boy nodded in agreement then we parted ways to our own rooms
I changed into some more comfy cloth after taking a quick shower
Just as I'm drying my hair, my phone rang, I looked over at the caller ID
Nobara it is
I turned off the hairdryer and picked up the call
"Moshi moshi?"
"Ahh Y/n, I was talking to Maki-senpai few seconds ago, can she come to the movie thing tonight?"
Looking at my sofa, I've got more than enough space
"Yeah sure, Maki-senpai can ask Panda-senpai and Inumaki-senpai if they want to come as well, I definitely got enough space"
"Okay we'll ask them at dinner then, we are heading to dinner now, meet us there"
"Mhm, see you in a few minutes"
"Bye bye"
Hanging up the call, I think it would be better if I tidy my room a little
{15 minutes later}
Rather satisfied at my own work, now there's more space and it look neater
Checking the time, I'm a little late for dinner but it's fine
Grabbed my keys and my phone before heading downstairs to the dining hall
I entered the dining room seeing everyone already there
Both 1st year and 2nd year
I quickly went to the last space available, which is next to Inumaki-senpai
"Y/n you're slow"
Nobara complained as she pushed a plate of food to my direction
"Be thankful that I'm an amazing friend"
"Arigato"
I smiled at her before starting to eat
"Y/n, what movie are we watching?"
Maki-senpai asked me from the other end
"I don't mind you guys can pick"
"Wait what is this movie thing that I missed out?"
"Shake!"
Panda-senpai and Inumaki-senpai questioned me with glares
"Oh it's basically a movie night thing, senpai you can all come if you want"
"I'm in, definitely in"
Panda-senpai replied almost immediately after I explained
"Of course, Inumaki-senpai?"
"Shake Shake"
The violet eyed boy nodded his head in agreement
I chuckled at his cuteness before continue eating my food and listening to their conversation
"Ahh my lovely students you're all here!"
A over excited voice sounded right behind me, making me choke on my food
I started coughing violently trying to get the food out of my throat
On the corner of my eyes I see Inumaki-senpai placed a hand on my back, gently rubbing it
Using his free hand, he passed me a cup of water
Few seconds later I manage to breath normally again
"Arigato Inumaki-senpai"
"Shake Shake"
He said happily as I give him a smile
I turned around to face the overgrown child
"Mr Blindfold you were saying?"
"Umm umm, it's good to see the first years and second years get along this well, panda I believe you sorted out that event thing?"
"Yes sensei, the 1st years agreed on joining"
"Perfect! Now if your guys need any dvd for the movie come and ask"
We all nodded as Mr Blindfold disappeared again
Everyone else carried on with their conversation
"That Blindfold need to learn how to become a proper adult"
I whispered under my breath but Inumaki-senpai heard it as he start giggling
It is the sweetest and cutest thing I've ever heard
"Senpai, you smile is really cute"
He look at me, even with half of his face covered, I can see a rosy red climbed on his cheek
I smiled at his cuteness before focusing back on my food
...
Now we are all in my room after at 8 p.m
"So, what movie do you guys want to watch?"
"A silent voice?"
Panda-senpai suggested
"No no we are not crying tonight when we got training tomorrow"
Maki-senpai refused
Then people start to suggest movies but none of them were 100% agreed by everyone
"What about a whisker away?"
I suggested, I've watched the trailer and it look interesting to me
Luckily, everyone agreed so we send Megumi to get the dvd from Gojo-sensei while the rest of us is finding a comfortable place on the sofa
"I've got some snacks in my room, let me go get it"
Panda-senpai said as he went out of my room to go upstairs
Once everyone is back, we put the movie on and cuddled into our blankets
Since I'm sitting next to Inumaki-senpai, we are sharing a blanket
My heartbeat increases at how close I am with Inunaki-senpai
He have a sweet mint scent coming off
I love his scent, it's calming and refreshing
Without realizing, I snuggled closer to him till our shoulder touching one another
I felt his head slightly turned to my direction, I kept my eyes on the screen and pretend nothing happened
But then I felt a arm wrapped around my shoulders, embracing me
I look over to see Inunaki-senpai looking at me at the same time
My cheek flushed in redness and my heartbeat increases nonstop
His eyes curled into a shape that indicate he is smiling under his cover
I smiled back at him before focusing back onto the movie again

All of us are now talking about how cute the ending is
"Now I wish I have a boyfriend"
Nobara expressed while hugging Maki-senpai's arm, excited
However, seconds later, her eyes shot open as she looked around the room
"Truth time, which one of you here been in a relationship before?"
Everyone else shook their head as a no
Wait- am I the only one then?
Nobara obviously noticed me not giving a response
"Y/nieeeee, spill the tea sis"
My eyes darkens a bit at the memory
"Umm, I've dated a boy last year of middle school but we broke up a year ago"
All of them looked at me with curiosity
"What happened?"
Even Maki-senpai is interested?
"Well that's a story for another time, it's late now we have training tomorrow Maki-senpai"
I am not quite comfortable with that topic at the moment, hopefully Maki-senpai gets the hint
"Yes we do, let's go back to our room, we have plenty of time to listen to the full story after the Goodwill event"
She did get the hint, I looked over at her with thankfulness which she returned a small smile
Everyone else agreed as they starts to make their way out of my room
"Night Y/n"
"Thank for the night"
"See you all tomorrow"
I bid goodnight to everyone, but someone tapped my on the shoulder
Turning around I see Inumaki-senpai with a worried expression
"Takana?"
From the tone he used, I'm guessing he asked if I'm okay
"I'm alright senpai, it's just I'm not completely comfortable talking about it yet"
He nodded but then he went to my desk and start writing a note
After he finishes he handed the note to me
'I'm always here to listen if you want to talk about it'
I smiled at how sweet the note is
"Arigato Inumaki-senpai, it's means a lot to me"
He smiled back at me before leaving my room, waving a goodbye
"Goodnight senpai"
I watched as he disappeared by the stairs
Closing the door behind me, I smiled again at how sweet Inumaki-senpai is
