(Our gang was now in Alola, enjoying their trip. After finishing their breakfast, they headed off to the pokemon school to hang out with Ash's Alolan friends. They reached the school and saw that Mallow was drawing something, while Lana was reading a book. Sophocles was working on something with Togedemaru while Kiawe was nowhere to be seen.)
Serena: Hey Guys!
(Mallow looks up from her drawing, while other turn their towards them.)
Mallow: Oh hey guys! Nice to see you again!!
Lana: Welcome!!
Sophocles: Oh your here!
Ash: Where's Kiawe?
Kiawe: I am right here!
(Everyone turns behind to see a smirking Kiawe.)
Kiawe: Sorry, I had to go help my father in our farm.
(After chit-chatting for a while, Ash and Co. left the school premises to explore the surroundings.)
Lana: So Ash, How are the battles going so far?
Ash: Why? They are going good. I get to battle someone everyday!
Kiawe: So how about a battle right now? I challenge you!
Ash: Challenge accepted!
Lana: May?
May: Yes?
Lana: You seem pretty cool, would you like a battle?
May: Hehe, thanks. I would like to have a battle with you!
Sophocles: So what are we waiting for?
(Everyone heads to the battlefield. First Battle was May vs Lana. The two girls were on each side, one pokeball in each hand.)
Brock: I am the referee for today's battle. This is 1v1 match. No substitutions allowed. Please send out your pokemon.
May: Blaziken, Win the stage!
Lana: Primarina, Let's go!
Gary: Fire vs Water interesting.....
Brock: May the battle begin!
Lana: You can have the first move, May!
May: Alright then, Blaziken, Use Peck!
(Blaziken dashed towards Primarina, his orange beak now white. He stabbed Primarina two times before jumping to his trainer's side.)
Lana: Are you okay, Primarina?
Primarina: Prima.
Lana: Great, Now use Bubble beam!
(Primarina shoots small sized bubbles towards Blaziken. Blaziken dodges the attack.)
May: Great job! Now use Flamethrower!
Lana: Use Aqua jet!
(Blaziken shoots a tornado of fire towards Primarina who dashes towards Blaziken covered in water. As Primarina's speed went on increasing, it caused Blaziken's fire to subside and hits him. Blaziken falls on his knees, panting.)
May: Blaziken, you okay?
Blaziken: Blaaze..
(He slowly gets up.)
May: Now that's the spirit, Use Sky- uppercut!
Lana: Dodge it then use Aqua Jet!
(May's Blaziken dashes towards Primarina white light surrounding it. Primarina tries to dodge it but fails. Blaziken hits Primarina on its knee, causing it to stand on it's one leg. )
Lana: Primarina, No!
Drew: You are doing great, Babe!
May: Great Job Blaziken, Now finish it with Flamethrower!
(Blaziken shoots tornado of flamethrower towards Primarina, who had to embrace its fate. after a while, Primarina was seen lying down, fainted.)
Lana: *sighs* You did great, Primarina, now rest.
(She returns Primarina. Now Ash and Kiawe, were standing on both sides of the battlefields, excited for their battle.)
Brock: I am the referee for this battle too. This is 1v1 match. No substitutions allowed. Please send out your pokemon.
Kiawe: Charizard, Come fight!
Ash: Charizard, I choose you!
(As the two pokemon came out from their respective pokeballs, standing on the ground. Ash's Charizard let out an intensive roar, causing everyone but Ash to cover their ears. Ash was used to it as Charizard would do it whenever his trainer let him out. Kiawe looked at him with thrilled eyes. Ash's Charizard was an inch taller than Kiawe's charizard.)
Kiawe: I didn't know that you had a Charizard, Ash.
Ash: Yeah, This one decided to train with its fellows at Charicific valley in Johto.
Mallow: That's why we didn't see it when we went to Kanto as our field trip.
Brock: Enough chit-chat, Let the Battle begin.
Ash: Charizard, show me some of your new moves!
(Charizard uses Air Slash on Kiawe's charizard who manages to dodge at the last minute.)
Ash: Woah! That was an Air slash! Great job!
Ash's Charizard: Grr.
Kiawe: Now Charizard, use Flamethrower!
(Kiawe's charizard shoots flamethrower at Ash's Charizard, who flies upwards flapping its wings.)
Ash: Now, use Dragon rage!
(Charizard shoots a barrage of black stuff. (A/N: I forgot how the move was like.) towards Kiawe 's Charizard who get's a hit.)
Kiawe: You okay, Charizard?
(Kiawe's Charizard nods. Both the charizard were now in the air, flying around.)
Ash: Now Fly around Charizard and envelope it in fire!
(Ash's Charizard flies around Kiawe's charizard and spits fire around him.)
Kiawe: Not so fast! Fly up straight for the sky!
(Kiawe's Charizard flies straight towards the sky causing the fire to clash against each out and disappear.)
Ash: Great thinking, Kiawe. Charizard. Use Quick Attack!
(Ash's Charizard dashes towards Kiawe's Charizard.)
Kiawe: Dodge it, then use Flamethrower!
Ash: No, you don't!
(Kiawe's Charizard moves to his right side as Ash's Charizard approached.)
Ash: Use Steel wing to your right!
(Ash's Charizard, at its extreme speed, clashed its wing onto Kiawe's Charizard. Kiawe's Charizard falls on the ground due to the impact, trying to get up.)
Kiawe: Charizard, no!
Ash: Right, Now Finish this up with Seismic toss!
(Ash's Charizard flies down towards Kiawe's Charizard and picks him and flies up towards the sky. Once he reached the sky, he started to spin Kiawe's Charizard round and round, making a circle. After a few rounds, Ash's Charizard throws him down on the ground, causing Kiawe's Charizard to faint.)
Ash: Yay, we won!
(He said as he playfully slapped his pal's shoulder, (A/N: Is that his shoulder where Ash is slapping it?) Others just got up and smiled, impressed at his battling skills.)
Kiawe: Wow, he's strong.
Ash: Yes he sure is-
(But suddenly, his stomach starts to rumble, Ash puts his hand on his stomach with an embarrassed look on his face.)
Sophocles: Guess, Something's never changed.
(Everyone laughs.)
Mallow: Let's go to my restaurant for lunch, shall we?
Everyone: Yeah!
