Average and from a pedigree yet because of ability dubbed a half-breed

Kyoutani Takahashi
Age: 19
Nicknames: Kyo, Taka, Hoshi
Ability: Electric Fire Storm; Kyoutani possesses two of the hottest abilities. Literally. He gets both from his father non from his mom. He pisses the ability of Fire, a blue flame at that one of the hottest flames possible and electricity, purple electricity. He has mastery over both and is quite powerful.
Classification: Half-breed Outlier
Background: He was born into a very stable family really. Though his father is a halfbreed he was one of the good half-breeds and married a Purebred. So he had a chance of being a Purebred depending on his ability when he was born. Despite being a half breed like his father it didnt bother him. He loved his family and they lived him especially his sister Saeko. As he got older he came to see why people fought so hard to protect him and why his sister often used her ability to protect him. The world didn't like Half-breeds. People hated mixed marriages between half-breeds and purebreds. During school he was always called out. Did it bother him not really but he did grow tired of it. He couldn't stand how he was being treated. Over the years he quickly learned how to manage his abilities and use them to their fullest. His father is now a bit dissspoimted in the path his son is seeming to choose. He always told his son violence wasn't the answer yet Kyoutani has woken up and chosen violence. "If you want me to be the bills then fine I will be" he had been quoted saying by his older sister. Saeko by this point is also sick of the way society treats Half-breeds. So you could say he rubbed off on his sister but it's okay. Kyoutani now is the leader of a group that wants to reform the way society is now. The way it stands the Purebreds won't go down without a fight so "If it's a fight to be had so be it. We'll give them a fight" -Kyoutani
Things to note: He and his older sister are incredibly close. Not only because of the bind they share but also common goals. Kyoutani lived up quite well to the name calling and he doesn't regret his choices. He can see the changes that need to be made to the New Era and people's attitudes. He can also control his abilities independently using just fire or just electricity. The electricity is is left side and the fire is his right. When his ability is active his left eye is purple and his right is blue.
Tattoos: He also has a dragon however it is a different kind than his sister's. The tail of the dragon starts at the wrist of his right arm comes up his arm over his shoulder across his chest and wraps around onto his back. It's is a traditional looking dragon only laced with the colors of his abilities.
