It's finally that day Hinata has been waiting for his whole life. Today is the day he finally will show Kageyama that how much he has improved and he's not useless.
Hinata is in the locker room taking deep breaths because this is his first match.
While Hinata was busy doing this he hears someone behind him.
"Nervous?"
"Yeah..."
"Don't worry, I'm here."
"Yes, you are here..."
Hinata turns his head in the direction the voice was coming from
"What!? What are you doing here?"
It's none other than Suna Rintaro.
"Didn't you say you had practice today!?"
"About that..."
"Rin! I told you not to do that!"
"But I can't just miss your match! Especially this one!"
"Did Atsumu san called you?"
"Yeah he said you look a bit nervous about facing Kageyama after 3 years."
"Come here."
Suna comes inside the locker room and hugs Hinata. Hinata cluches onto Suna tightly and Suna just giggles and pats Hinata's head.
"Did you miss me this much?"
"What are you talking about? I always miss you."
"Hey lovebirds the match is about to start. We gotta go."
They both turn at the same time and look to where Atsumu is standing.
"Atsumu san how did you manage to sneak Rin in here?"
"Oh it wasn't a big deal."
"I know you two are hiding something but I'll let you off..."
Just as Suna and Atsumu were gonna take a breath I relief Hinata added
"For now."
In an instant, they both knew they are in big trouble.
"Yes sir!!" They both answer in sync.
"Let's go Rin, I'll help you find a nice seat."
"Sure." Suna smiles.
"Sho kun aren't you gonna take off your ring?"
"Ah right or I will lose it on the court."
"Give it to me. I'll take care of it till the match is over."
Hinata hands Suna the ring.

After the match
"Hinata that was a great game!!"
"Thanks Bokuto san."
"Koutarou..."
Bokuto turns in the direction and sees Akaashi standing there.
"Keijiiiiii!! You came!!"
"Ofcourse I did! Why wouldn't I come and watch my husband's match?"
Bokuto jumps on Akaashi.
"Yeah! I'm your husband!"
"Kou you're heavy!"
"Oops! I'm sorry!!"
Bokuto gets off and then follows Akaashi for his interview. Meanwhile, Atsumu and Hinata were leaving the court.
"Shoyo!"
"Rin!!"
Hinata, throwing his bag at Atsumu, starts running towards Suna. Suna opens his arms wide and Hinata leaps into those arms for comfort.
"Did you see?"
"I did. You played well."
"Thanks :)"
Suna takes Hinata's left hand and cluches his right hand with it. Hinata could feel the ring around his ring finger once again as he leans in to kiss Suna. Suna smiles into the kiss.
"Ahm ahm... you guys I'm still here?"
"And you think I care?"
Suna sticks his tongue out at Atsumu. Hinata however gets embarrassed and becomes a blushing mess not daring to look at Atsumu.
"It's okay Shoyo kun."
Atsumu leaves. At the same time Suna's phone starts ringing so he puts Hinata down and leaves for a bit to pick up his call.
Hinata almost forgot his bag so he was going to get it back when
"Hinata."
"Hm? Oh hey Kageyama. Do you need something?"
"Actually I wanted to talk to you."
"About...?"
"Us."
"Um... I don't think there's anything to talk about though?"
At the same time Kageyama's eyes catches the ring in Hinata's ring finger.
"Wait! You're engaged?!"
Hinata looks at his ring and smiles fondly
"Yeah..."
Kageyama holds Hinata's shoulders and looks at him dead in the eye
"What- what are you doing!?"
"How can you be engaged!!? What about us!?"
"What about us?"
Hinata pushes Kageyama's hands from his shoulders,
"Weren't you the one who broke up with me?"
Kageyama just stands there quietly.
"I think you were right. We really weren't made for each other and may be what we had wasn't love after all."
"What do you mean!?"
Kageyama was getting furious.
"Weren't these the exact words you said to me four years ago?"
"I-"
"Anyways I gotta go... Rin must be waiting for me."
Hinata was leaving but stops in his tracks and says these words,
"I hope you find someone who love you like I did but with more of happiness."

Meanwhile
"Hey Bokkun! Do you know where Shoyo kun is?"
"Hmm? Is that Bokuto?"
"Yeah."
Atsumu replies.
" Oh yeah! I saw him talking with Kageyama."
"Is it okay to leave him with Tobio kun alone?" Atsumu asks Suna.
"Hmm... why wouldn't it be?"
"I mean you are not concerned about Tobio kun?"
"Why would I be? My fiancé can talk to anyone he wants to. Who am I to control him? And if you're worried about Kageyama and Hinata's past then let me tell you. I trust him."
"Rin!!!"
Suna looks to where the voice was coming from and smiles at Hinata.
"Did you get your stuff?"
"I did."
Hinata giggles.
"Oh right. Tsumu san I forgot to give Osamu san the invitation to our wedding. I have it right here in my bag."
Hinata hands Atsumu the invitation.
"Well he was coming with Kita san anyway."
"Hey! Hey! HEY! Hinata! You're gonna be married too soon."
"Congratulations Hinata."
"Akaashi san! I haven't seen you in a while!"
"Yeah work has kept me busy after all."
"Sho it's time to go..."
Suna pouts as his head rests on Hinata's shoulder.
"Yes yes don't be so sulky!"
"You haven't been paying attention to me since you came here."
"Right, right. Then, Atsumu san I'll take my leave."
"Let's go-"
Suna has picked Hinata up, resting Hinata's head on his shoulder and both Hinata's legs are wrapped around Suna's waist.
"Wait- Wait! What are you doing!? Someone will see!"
"Ahm... we already are?" Atsumu clears his throat.
"Let's go." Suna smirks and takes Hinata with him.
