It's Spencer's birthday and you ran into his room jumping on his bed.
"You still doing this?" Spencer asked annoyed
"Uhm yeah? It's tradition and I like annoying you" you smiled
Y'all did the whole birthday song thing over the phone , he found the muffins, then you left to your room to get ready for school.

You come down the stairs and see Jordan eating a muffin
"Wow. So Jordan can have a muffin but I can't? Keep that same energy when i get something from your mom"
"Fine but only cause my ma makes peach cobbler and Mac & cheese for yours. She only makes these once a year." Spencer handed you a muffin as you jumped around in joy
"Wait, Spencer, is today?" Laura figured it out.
"It's not a big deal" Spencer said. He did not like parties at all.
"We have to celebrate" Laura pulled out a clipboard
"Nah" Spencer quickly declined
"For what?" Jordan asked with a mouth full of food. Disgusting
"Spencer's birthday" Coach Baker said walking into the kitchen
"Wait, you knew about it too?" Laura asked
"Of course I knew. I did his transfer papers. Happy birthday" Coach Baker grabbed some food. You simply was eating watching the show go down.
"Thank you coach." Spencer thanked the man
"Well, happy birthday. Who should we invite?" Laura asked
"Thank you but I'm already having dinner at my house tonight." Spencer declined again
"Ok, we'll do it tomorrow." Laura was not letting this go. You laughed and Spencer glared at you.
"I really don't need a party, Mrs.Baker" Spencer declined once again hoping she would give up
"It's not gonna be a party. It'll be a lunch type thing. We'll just invite a few people" this lady really wasn't giving up☠️
"Listen man, birthdays are her thing so" Billy started
"There's really no use of resisting" Jordan finished his sentence
"It won't really be a party" she said walking by Jordan and gave him a kiss on the cheek
"Bye mom" Jordan said
"Good-bye" she walked out the house. Suddenly you had the urge to throw up so you ran to the trash can.
"Oh my god. Liyah are you ok?" Spencer ran to you holding your hair up
"I'm fine" you said then threw up more.
"You don't look fine. What's wrong?" He asked concerned
"It's nothing. Forget this ever happened. Imma go brush my teeth again." You said walking upstairs
School went by pretty quickly. You were named captain on all teams. Now you were at the cafe studying and making routines before you go to Mama Graces house for Spencer's dinner. All of a sudden Asher walks over to your table.
"Hey, I just wanted to say thank you again." He said sitting down
"It's cool, wassup you need something?" You smiled at him
"Nah I just wanted to say thank you again that's all" Asher was finna get up and leave when he knocked over your purse on accident. The pregnancy test that was positive fell out. You and Asher had widened y'all's eyes looking at each other then back at the test. He picked up everything that had fell out before anyone saw and put it back in your purse handing it to you.
"So you gonna explain?" Asher asked and you sighed.
"The test is mine. I'm pregnant but nobody knows other than the father therefore I need you to keep this a secret between us. You owe me. I never said anything about money. What you owe me is for you to keep this a secret. Cool?"
"Yeah we cool. I'm here if you wanna talk" he smiled
"Thanks ash. I should get going." You grabbed your stuff then left
At Mama Graces house
"Happy birthday-" Dillion started singing as we came around with a cake
"Hey, hey, come on, man. We already sung that song" coop cut him off
"I only get one song?" Spencer questioned
"You get one song, one wish. Blow em out." Coop said then Spencer blew them out
Y'all had a good time. After y'all got done eating you left to go hang out with Shawn and maya.
"Do you think imma be a good mom?" You asked Shawn
"Nope." He said bluntly
"Oh..." you looked down sad and nervous
"I don't think. I know. You're already a amazing mother to maya and Kaliah." He said and you smiled
The next day
You just bought Spencer's gifts and currently wrapping them in your room. Once you finished you quickly got changed and did your makeup

"It was Olivia. I told her it was a mistake" Jordan ratted me out.
"Wha- oh ok Sherlock Holmes. This wasn't my big idea, it was yours!" I fired back
"My big idea?!" Jordan whispered yelled
"Yes!" I said
"You're the one that has the hots for Spencer!" Wow so he just gonna throw me under the bus.
"Woah. What? Hold up." My dad was confused. I just wanted to disappear but obviously I couldn't give Jordan the satisfaction of him embarrassing me.
"Well youre the one that has the hots for Jaaliyah!" I exposed Jordan
"At least I don't have the hots for both of them like you!" He fired back. I widened my eyes, I did not expect him to say that especially with him knowing I was questioning my sexuality
"Liv, youre bi?" My mom asked
"You're a ass, you know that? This whole thing started because of you and your messed up daddy issues" I ignored my mom and continued to argue with Jordan
"My daddy issues?!" He said offended
"Yeah!" I fired back
"Ok, enough! Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on here and why for the love of god is your father in our living room?" My mom broke up our argument
"Your guess is as good as mines." My dad said
"Spill it now or else!" My mom said in a serious tone

"Is Spencer our brother?" Jordan asked earning a confused look from our parents

"No, I didn't. And then I did. And now I- I don't know what to think. It was Jordan's theory." I threw Jordan under the bus.

"Ok you moved Spencer into our home" he started giving his reasons
"Look, hold up. Hold up. First off I also moved jaaliyah in here, second I had no choice because you tried to block their transfer to Beverly Hills" My dad fired back. He did have a solid point, he also moved jaaliyah in
"And then at the barbershop, I found out you had a past with his mom. Sorry you had to find out this way mom, but- but dad-" Jordan got cut off by our mom
"He and Grace. I know they dated in high school!" She stated
"Is that your bombshell evidence?" My dad asked
"Well I mean, you were making payments for 17 years, and we thought that it was child support, but the address led us to grandpa" I sighed in defeat
"Exactly and he's in my house now." Our dad talked through his teeth
"Sorry." I immediately apologized
"I'm speechless. You two are the worst detectives in the world" my mom said
"The worst" our dad backed her up
"The investigation was flawed" my mom said
"Okay well um, I say we put this little misunderstanding behind us and go get some cake." Jordan said starting to walk out the space we were in
"Yup" I said following Jordan
"Uh no. This case will remain open until we determine the appropriate punishment, but until then, we have guests! Could everyone just smile?" My mom asked as we walked out

"Mr.Baker? Long time no see." You said giving him a hug
"It's good to see you Jaaliyah! How you been?" He pulled out of the hug
"I've been doing good, how about you sir?" I asked sitting down next to him
"Good. A strange bunch there, huh?" He said referring to the bakers coming out of a area together. Spencer was walking by us
"You're telling me." Spencer said
"Spencer James?" Mr.Baker asked
"That's right. Do I know you?" He asked confused
"No, but I know you. You and Jaaliyah are all the talk around the neighborhood these days. South Crenshaw star wide receiver booking it to Beverly. One of Billy's boys now, hmm?" Mr.Baker seemed invested in the conversation
"That's right." Spencer quickly responded
"So you here for the party?" Mr.Baker asked
"The party's for me, actually. It's my birthday, and I live here. Well we live here" Spencer said referring to me then mr.Baker turned towards me
"Is that right? Jaaliyah I see you all the time in Crenshaw, I would've never thought." He said shocked
"Beverlys cool and all but Crenshaw is way better. Plus you know I'll ride for Crenshaw til the day I die." I smiled
"Good. I can't have you turning into these Barbie dolls" he patted your back as you laughed
"I'm sorry. I ain't catch your name." Spencer said
"Willie, Willie Baker. I'm Billy's dad" He responded to Spencer
"I thought y'all two didn't speak?" Spencer asked confused
"We don't. Haven't in a long time, anyway, not since he married Laura. If only he could've held on to your mom." He said causing you to choke on your juice.
"Mr.Baker you never told me that. I thought we told each other everything" you fake pouted
"When were you gonna tell me about Shawn?" He fired back
"Touché" you laughed going back to drinking your juice.
"My mom and Coach Baker?" Spencer had a little hurt in his voice. He hated being lied to.
"Oh, yeah, man! They were thick as thieves, all through high school. I thought for sure they were gonna end up together. Never seen two kids so much in love." My eyes grew wide when mr.Baker said that. Spencer walked away.
"Yeah, we definitely have to have a talk. You've been holding back on me. I thought I knew all the drama from back in the day." You nudged him.
"You only know so much, little one." He patted my head. I swatted his hand away and yall burst out laughing. Mrs.Baker not long walked up to us.
"Laura." Mr.Baker spoke first
"Hi, Willie. Hi, jaaliyah" she greeted us
"Hi Mama Baker" you greeted with a smile then Willie looked at you.
"Mama Baker? Stop firing at me when you've been holding back too" he snickered.
"Y'all know each other?" Mama Baker asked
"Yes, actually. She has been underneath my wing for the longest. I taught her everything she knows. Hope you don't mind me crashing your party like this." Mr.Baker said as I laid my head on his shoulder.
"We're family" mama Baker said but I could tell mr.Baker wasn't to happy about that.
"I see you bought a new house." Mr.Baker stated
"Uh, no. We've been here for awhile now." Mama Baker responded but you could tell she didn't like him.
"Hmm. What was wrong with the old one? Not big enough for you?" He said causing your eyes to widen. You nudged him receiving a slap on the head.
"Ow! Man, did I not miss that." You mumbled
"Can't wait to see the next one." He said looking around then Coach Baker came over out of nowhere
"Your father was just admiring our house." Mama Baker said to Coach Baker.
"I was. Impressive. You're really living the O.J life now, aren't you, son?" Willie said and you burst out laughing. When you realized no one else was laughing you stopped.
"Wait, y'all know each other?" Coach Baker asked.
"Yeah. He practically raised me after my parents died and he taught me everything I know. His words not mine." You said with a smile.
"Youre gonna have to get up out of here." Coach Baker told his dad.
"I just got here" Mr.Baker said
"Yeah he just got here" you pouted. Then the Baker couple glared at you.
"Yeah..I'll just go over there" you quickly walked over to the kitchen island and sat down
"So I guess family isn't always welcomed" Mr.Baker spoke loudly grabbing the party's attention
"It's a private party" Coach Baker was walking him out. They were currently in the living room
"Yo, why you kicking him out?" Spencer spoke up
"Spencer." Mama Grace called out
"You ain't seen your dad in years, and now here he is making a effort?" Spencer said. I knew this was more about him than it was about Coach Baker. Spencer hates when people take having a father in their life for granted.
"Stay out of this" Mama graced warned Spencer
"You don't know our history, son" Coach Baker told Spencer
"Let's be straight here, Coach. Is it his history I don't know about or the one you got with my mom" my eyes grew wide but I was very interested in the conversation so I just minded my business. Well let's be for real here, I never mind my business I just make it look like I do.
"That was a long time ago." Mama Grace told Spencer
"So why you ain't tell me?" Spencer raised his voice.
"I didn't want you to know it was my idea, you transferring to Beverly. I thought if you knew Billy and I had a past together" Mama Grace tried to explain but Spencer cut her off.
"So you lied to me?" The one thing he hated, being lied to. Spencer looked around and stopped at Coach Baker "And you told me not to go see my dad, but that's because he'd have told me about you and my mom, right, that he was gonna tell me the truth? Right?" He looked around once again but to everyone at the party
"Why don't nobody looked surprised except Liyah? I'm out." Spencer started to walk away. I'm currently still stuffing my face
"Where you going?" Mama Grace asked
"Dad may have left, but at least he never lied to me like this. I got tickets to a football game." And just like that Spencer left. Everyone turned and looked at you. Your eyes grew wide as you swallowed the food in your mouth.
"What? Oh y'all want me to go check on him cause I'm the only one he ain't pissed at right now. Imma just-" you grab your plate full of food and everyone looks at you with a "are you serious" face
"What?? I take my food very seriously. I'll be back" you slowly backed away from the crowd, leaving the house, you grabbed your car keys before you walked outside.
