"I'm actually full now... I will head to school"
"Want me to pack you something?"
"No it's fine" Standing up she bowed at her parents
"Come here" Her mom pulled her into hug " Your appa and I are going back to LA tonight for some business...take care of yourself okay?"
She nod her head as they let go off each other
"If you need anything call us up" Her mom smiled at her
"I'll get going"
Her mom sighed looking at her daughter's figure disappearing
"It look like we lost her too"
"What are you talking about?"
"You know what I'm talking about" Her mom spat angrily leaving her husband alone

Her face was blank and expressionless. Last time she saw winter like this was 3 months
It's definitely her parents again.
Her parents was influential like winter's but she was glad her parents was not like winter's abnormal Workaholic peoples, Who neglect their parenting responsibilities
she feel bad for winter having to grow up all alone without her parents actually raising her like a normal kid.
"Win, look what karina sent you! Since she can't come due to her dance practice she sent me your favorite snacks!"
Trying to lighten up her mood
"Leave it here" She said not leaving her eyes off the screen

"No.. It's just...you met your parents today....how's everything?" That stopped winter from whatever she was doing for second
"Normal..They have flight back to LA tonight" She said continued to work on her presentation
She Shouldn't have asked and she shouldn't be surprised anymore...it was always like this they barely comes home to spend time with their own daughter...
For fuck sake they don't even act like parents!
"I hate them" Her statement crack a little smile on winter's face "so much"

"And I will never stop" She Deadpanned
"Anyway you wanna go watch karina unnie dance practice?"
"No I'm busy"

"I can't but give this to her" She said taking something out from the plastic bag
"Ohh when did you make this? sandwiches! Energy drink...when did you? Wait fruit salad? strawberries? Unnie where's my strawberries?"
"Uh I'll give it to you later at home"
"What!? You only brought this for karina unnie? Am I not your favorite anymore!?"
"Stop being dramatic"
"You're so mean! And I feel like a postmen delivering things...I didn't signed up for this! You two couple better treat me right"

Why the hell yizhou have to pointed it all out!
She watched yizhou exist before peeking through the door to tell her
"-love in the air! get married already! Bye again!"

Yizhou and her teasings gosh! It's not like she could blame her...she still don't have any idea how karina easily slipped in her life
She could still remember telling yizhou she would not let karina get close to her
But here they are, almost inseparable in the span of some months
the wall she built for years, karina crash them easily

Clearing her throat,she look away
She's definitely not staring at those toned abs and those sweats dripping down from her forehead till her neck from the practice.
how can someone look so beautifully hot in sweats! Only karina yoo can make it but she would rather die than admit
"I-it's because you look disgusting with sweats! go and take shower"
"Aww baby i know you find me attractive just admit it"
"S-shut up! I'll wait outside make it fast!"
She said stomping her way out hearing karina's laugh echoed through out the room
Trying to calm her beating heart she leaned against the wall sighing
Waiting for karina to go home became their daily routine she don't know how it ended up like this she could only blame yizhou cause her traitor friend decided to take her girlfriend with her until it became their daily routine she don't know what goes in her mind. She had no choice but go home with Karina cause she definitely can't drive
She sure can either take a cab or just ordered her a driver
But going home with karina doesn't sound like a bad idea even though she's annoying most of the time.
she does feel bad when karina sometimes wait for her till late until she was done with her council's work.
"Did i took long baby?" Her head snapped out of the trance
"Don't call me that" Karina would use endearing name most of the times and she's definitely not used to it cause it make her stomach flip

This is how their days would usually go, them bickering, karina bringing winter's childish side without her knowing.

She would rather die than admit... Wait it's not like I'm in love with her ugh!
Karina stop at one the stalls, winter hesitantly stepped her foot out following karina
she never really ate at some place like this before.
She look at the varieties of foods before her like it was some kind of corona disease. It made her eyes sore
How people can eat at some place like this?
"Don't tell me you never ate street foods before" Karina said as she observed winter conflict expression trying to offend the people who was currently making karina's order.

"You need to touch some grass really"
"And you need to stop eating unhealthy dirty looking foods" She low her voice trying hard not to offend the Street chefs
"That's big coming from someone who eat only junk food for breakfast,lunch and dinner"
"You little...i hope you choke and get upset stomach after eating all these oily things"
"Whatever my order is here"
She again hesitantly sat on one of the benches, facing karina who was happily eating
"Do you want to try this"
"Over my dead body"

Okay that was embarrassing
"Uh your stomach says otherwise"
"I would rather die before I eat that disgusting thing you called food"

She suddenly want to rip out her stomach if that's possible
"come on!try it...it's really good" Karina said holding the nameless stick food in front of her face
"Hell no"
"Preety please"
"I said no"
"Just one bite"

"A teny tiny little bite wouldn't hurt"

"Pretty please say ahh please"
Rolling her eyes,she sighed not want to banter anymore( also because she can't resist those puppy eyes karina was giving her even though karina is the one who call her puppy most the time which she would blatantly deny)
"Just once" She hesitantly took a bite... chewing the taste was more than good.
It was actually delicious so she took some more bite and the next thing she knew she grab the stick from her hands.
"What is this thing called?" Her eyes grew wide at every bite she never taste something so delicious like this before
"Odeng"
"Huh?"
"Fish cake" Karina answered having a wide smile on her face as she watch her took another stick on her plate.
"I thought you said 'dirty looking foods' " Karina teased her but winter choosed to ignore her because she never taste something so delicious in her life before so Bickering can wait
"And what is this?"
"Egg bread"
"Mmmm so delicious"
"What is this?"
"....corn dog"
"Heol....so good"
"What is this again?"
"Yah! you're finishing everything"
"Yah! What happened to oily looking- that's mine! You little thief yah! put it back"
