First of all, thanks to every one of you who left some interesting ideas on the last chapter. I appreciate every comments that you left, I kept a few ideas to use for the next few chapters.
I was planning to write about Thea finally find out about the kiss in the next chapter but I noticed that all of you wanted it to happen now. Well.. your wish is my command.

THEA'S P.O.V
I watched as Arthur swung Josh in the swing while I was reading a book on a picnic mat. Arthur had taken me and Josh to the park to spend the weekend together. I couldn't move much as I often get tired from walking or just standing, though I wish I could play with Josh too.
Ever since I got pregnant, I mostly spend the day by reading books to kill the time. I have always loved to read so it's nice to have that freedom to read books whenever I like. Also, that means buying more books. Even Arthur was kinda surprised that I literally bought 6 books for the last 10 days.
"Can you really finish all those books?" was all he asked when another package of my new book came yesterday.
He just doesn't know how much I love to read. I can finish 1 book in just a few hours.
I put my book down as my eyes began tired from reading, when I noticed Arthur's phone light up from a text. It was from Jessy. Though I didn't want to peek on his phone, but I was curious.
Hey, I'm back from the hospital. You can take Josh back in an hour, he needs his medicine.
And the next message caught me off guard.
I don't want to be nosy but, have you told Thea? Is she alright?
What is she talking about? What should he tell me about? What happened?
There are so many questions on my mind, so many theories. But I dear hope it's nothing what I thought it would be.
I pretended to read my book again as I saw him coming to my spot with Josh. I tried not to overthink about the text. I'm sure Arthur will tell me about it, he won't be keeping a secret from me, will he?
"Hey, Josh got sleepy. I think we should get home" and just after he said that, Josh let out a yawn.
I only nodded in response then he helped me to get up, taking the picnic mat with his other hand as we were going back to his car. Josh had fallen asleep once he sat in the car. Arthur checked on his phone and read the text from Jessy. From the corner of my eyes, I could see he took a glance at me, probably wondering if I had seen the text, I pretended to look out the window.
I was curious. I wish he would have told me what the text was about. I don't like to have negative thoughts, nor to overthink about certain things. But I couldn't help but feel like there's something happened between the two of them, something that Arthur hasn't told me about. It's not the first time that I had seen her text hinting about something. I feel like it has something to do with her apology text that I read a few days ago.
Arthur stopped the car as we arrived in Jessy's house. He took his phone with him and went to get sleeping Josh in the back seat.
"I'm taking him inside, I won't be long" he said as he carried Josh in his arm.
I nodded in response then watched him going inside the house with Josh in his arm. Suddenly I feel the need to go in the house and see what happened to them. I want to know what happened. I need to know what happened.
"No, Thea, you don't have to do this. Arthur will tell you what happened" I said to myself.
But looking back at the house, I feel the urge to go in immediately. I hate having this thought on my mind when I know something is wrong.
"Fuck it"
Then I did it. I got into the house. Hopefully I'm not regretting this decision. I stopped on my track when I heard Arthur's voice.
"I told you to stay out of it, I will tell her when the time is right"
"She will get hurt if you keep this for long"
"And you think it won't hurt her if I told her now?" He asked, sounding stressed. "You should have thought about that before you decided to kiss me out of my will"
I felt like I had been hit by a massive rock, it hurt. So that's what it was all about.
"I'm sorry okay? How many times should I apologize to you? I was not in my right state when I kissed you, and I'm really sorry for that"
"That's enough, Jessy. I don't want to hear any more excuses from you. Now I'm gonna have to find a way to tell my wife without hurting her feelings more than it already has"
I could already tell he was stressed just by hearing his tone of voice. But he was right, it already hurt me the moment I knew.
AUTHOR'S P.O.V
The ride home was awfully quiet for Arthur. His wife beside him hadn't said anything since they left the park, it was unusual for her to being quiet. She kept looking out the window, not once looking at him. But maybe he was being paranoid about it. Maybe he was just overthinking.
Thea couldn't believe what she just heard in the house. She finally found out about the kiss. She didn't know when it happened, how many times it had happened. She wished she wouldn't have to listen to her head when it told her to go into the house.
What hurt her the most is that Arthur didn't tell her about it the day it happened. He should have told her himself, rather than keeping it secret only for her to find it out by herself.
After she cleaned up herself, she sat on the bed and rested her back on the headboard of their bed, waiting for Arthur. She wanted to confront him about the kiss. She wanted to hear his side of story. She doesn't want to jump into conclusion, when she didn't know the full story about it. They are married, they need to sort things out without arguing.
And that's what she is going to do.
He finally came out of the shower, then proceed to sit on his side of the bed. "Do you want to watch something before bed?"
Looking at him, she wondered how could he look at her in the eyes while keeping secrets from her.
"No, but I do want to ask you something," She stated while looking at him. "Do you trust me?"
The question took him off guard. He didn't know why she asked that of all sudden.
"Of course I trust you," he said, suddenly sensing as if he was in trouble. "Darling, what's wrong?"
Again, she looked at him and wondered how it took him everything to tell her the truth about the kiss.
"Will you ever be honest with me?"
He frowned. "What do you mean?"
"Will you ever tell me about the kiss with Jessy?"
His eyes widen as she asked that, she wasn't meant to find out, at least not now. "H-how do you know about that?"
"Can you please just answer my question?"
"Thea, darling, please it's not like what you think. Let me explain to you the whole story"
She was trying to stay as calm as she could. She promised herself she wanted to sort things out, not arguing. "Okay, explain"
Arthur told her everything that had happened the night Jessy abruptly kissed him, he didn't expect it would happen. He swore to her that he didn't kiss Jessy back, which relieved her that at least Arthur stays faithful to her. She was just disappointed that he wouldn't have told her if she hadn't asked him just now.
"Darling, please trust me, I didn't cheat on you" he pleaded as she stayed quiet the whole time. He was scared to lose her, he was scared that his wife wouldn't believe him and leave him instead.
"Arthur, relax, I know you didn't cheat on me," she told him honestly, which relieved him. "Now back to my question. Will you ever tell me about the kiss if I hadn't asked you?"
Her question made him realized the biggest mistake he just did. She wanted him to tell her about it in the first place, she wanted him to be honest with her.
"I want to tell you, I really do, but I just don't want to add more stress to you. So I thought.. I would tell you when things get better"
"When? When I finally give birth the next 5 months? When it's been too long that you'd think it won't matter to tell me anymore?"
"Darling, please calm down-"
"I just don't understand. What worries you that much that you won't tell me the day it happened? You didn't kiss her back, you had nothing to worry about. I would have understood if you had told me, rather than me finding it out by myself and added real stress that you lied to me" she began to work out, part of it was from her hormone.
She didn't want to argue with him, but she wanted him to know how much his action hurt her. He basically didn't trust her enough to tell her about it.
"I'm gonna be honest with you, I sensed something went wrong the day you came back looking stressed after driving Josh back home. Then I saw Jessy's apology text to you the other day. I waited for you to tell me what happened, I asked you if anything happened, but you told me nothing was wrong"
She didn't even know if there are more things he kept as secrets from her. She didn't know if another thing has happened between Arthur and Jessy behind her hack. But she put her trust in him, she knew he wouldn't cheat on her.
He looked down in shame as he realized he added more damage to it. He should have told her from the beginning, at least it would lessen the hurt.
"Don't ever, making me being pregnant as an excuse for you to hide things from me. I'm not weak, if that's what's stopping you from telling me the truth" was all she said before she shifted into a lying position and had her back facing him. "I'm tired, good night"
She turned off the bedside lamp and tried to fall asleep, wanting to forget tonight's conversation with her husband.
"I'm sorry" was all he could say, over and over again.
But what she said in response had crushed his heart.
"Don't worry, I'm used to it"
Later that night, Arthur couldn't sleep at all. His mind had kept him awake all night, reminding him that he fucked up, again. He wouldn't leave his eyes from the back of his wife, who's currently fast asleep beside him.
He kept tossing to his side until he was finally able to fall asleep. Little did he know that it made his wife awake.
Thea couldn't help but felt like she was being too hard on him. Sure there were times when Arthur had upset her, but there's no doubt that he truly loves her. She trusts him that he won't cheat on her, because she knew how much he loves and adores her, it's proven by his action.
She understood that people make mistakes, even herself is not a saint either, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have feelings. She won't hesitate to call someone out when they upset her, that includes her husband. Rather than keeping it to herself, she prefers to tell the person how she feels about it.
The thoughts on her mind had made her hungry. She glanced at the time to see it was only 3 in the morning. And she craves for fricking pizza.
She sat up and looked at her sleeping husband beside her.
Idiot. Waking me up from my sleep. she thought
She then shook his arm a few times. It took him a while to feel that someone was trying to wake him up, because he had just fall asleep not too long ago.
"Arthur, wake up" she tried to wake him up again.
Arthur finally opened his eyes, and when he saw that it was his wife that woke him up, he quickly sat up. "Hey are you okay? Are you in pain?"
He was searching for any sign of her pain, worried that it had something to do with the baby. In this state, Thea felt overwhelmed that Arthur was caring for her.
"I'm hungry"
He let out a relief sigh and rubbed his eyes. "What do you want to eat?"
"I want pizza"
"Okay, let me make a call"
"No, I want to dine in"
He looked at the time then to her. "Darling it's 3 in the morning"
"Yes, and I'm hungry," she said as the matter of fact. "You moved a lot you woke me up from my sleep, now you have to take me out to eat"
"Alright, okay, anything for my wife"
They eventually left to the nearest pizza shop. Thea was quiet the whole ride, she was still cranky after the conversation last night, and the fact that Arthur woke her up from her sleep from moving a lot. Arthur knew his wife is still upset to him, she had spoken to him but he knew their problem is not solved yet.
Right now he needs to take his hungry wife to eat the bloody pizza at 3 in the morning.
After waiting for half an hour, their foods are ready. Thea began to eat while Arthur watched her carefully. He just realized something. It's actually the first time he has seen her craving for something, during her pregnancy.
Looking at her, he had found her truly stunning. Thea has always been beautiful to him, but tonight she looks the most beautiful to him, even so that she is carrying his child.
"Stop staring at me before I throw some pizza to your face"
He smiled. "You're beautiful"
She rolled her eyes. "If that's how you try to apologize to me, I won't give in"
"No, of course not. I have to work harder to apologize to you," he admitted. When he is wrong, he won't hesitate to apologize and be the better version of him. "I was wrong, for not telling you sooner. When it happened, I was worried that you it would add more stress to you if I told you about it. I was scared that you would leave me"
She completely understood that he did it all because he just didn't want to stress her more. If she were him, she probably would have done the same thing. But still, she wished he would have told her.
"I'm a shit husband, aren't I?"
"Don't be silly, making a mistake doesn't make you a shit husband," she told him. "And stop saying about me leaving you, you're stuck with me forever, whether you like it or not"
That made him smiled. "Forever huh?"
"Yeah, unless you don't want it"
"Of course I want a forever with you. You're stuck with me too, 'cause I'm not gonna let you go, ever" he promised. And he meant it. He won't ever let her go.
"Promise?"
"Promise"
"Good," she nodded her head, actually feeling much better that she is full now. "Now I want ice cream in another shop"
"You're gonna make us awake the entire night?"
"Yeah, that's for lying to me and waking me up from my sleep, so suck it up pal"
He chuckled. "Okay, let's see if they are still open"
They drove around to find any ice cream shop and luckily there's one that still open at 4 in the morning. It amused him to watch his wife happily eating ice cream. He was tired from the lack of sleep, but spending the night with his wife had made it worth to stay awake.
And he was glad that his wife was no longer upset to him. If anything, she made him do everything she asked. Going for pizza and ice cream, and now she asked him to drive around the park.
"Darling it's already 5, should we head back home? You need to rest, and I have work in a few hours" he said after a while.
When he didn't get any reply, he looked over to see that his wife was already fast asleep in the passenger seat beside him. Shaking his head, he adjusted her seat to a lower position so she could be comfortable.
He kissed her forehead before driving them back home. "You'll be the death of me, my darling"
