(IDK how long Izana ruled black dragons so if its wrong plz just bare with it)
Almost a year has pass and everything was well. Izana did not fail making the gang bigger and remain in top, Reader on the other hand met new friends. Like Seishu Inui (or inupi not sure which one it is) and Kokonoi Hajime although they are a lot closer to Inui.
''Inui (Kun) have you seen Izana?'' (READER)
''No not really last place I saw him was somewhere near (name of place since im too lazy to search)"(INUI)
''Huh...That's a casino right? I wonder what that guys up to now.'' Reader thought as they looked up the cloudy sky sounds of rain drops can be heard.
Izana didn't come back till the next day. Reader was gonna ask him where he was but something was wrong. Izana's eyes was empty but at the same time crazed. Reader didn't get a good feeling about this, they feel like something bad is about to happen.
And Reader was right. The following months were a blur Izana changed it may not seem like it but he definitely did. Slowly but surely Black Dragons changed, Izana corrupted black dragons. Bd just doesn't get into fights anymore or gang wars the gang started to get into more illegal stuffs and get more connected in the underground city /business. He changed what Black Dragons once was.
''It isn't the same anymore Reader.'' (INUI)
''No one seemed to be opposing it though, maybe because of the money were starting to get.'' (READER)
''Dirty money that is, Koko doesn't seem bothered guess that's to be expected....BD changed, it isn't the same gang Shinichiro (San) created. It's not the same gang that I grew to love since way back.'' (INUI)
''Kinda sad isn't it...... Alright I've decided, I'm gonna confront Izana about this, like I always do.'' (READER)
''Izana isn't the same as before Reader he didn't just corrupt BD he too got and is corrupted.'' (INUI)
''I'm used to it, even if he is I can't have him doing things he'll surely regret.'' (READER)
'' Reader....Do you like Izana?'' Reader was silent for a moment.
''Maybe I do.'' Reader gave Inui a small smile and left.

Reader went everywhere but still can't find Izana not until later when Reader was about to give up a tired and panting Kakucho and Kokonoi suddenly bumped into them.
(I like to think that 8th gen black dragons have a head quarters that's like an abandon building or something and Izana has his own office there . )
''Just the person we needed.'' (KOKONOI)
''Reader Izana is causing a ruckus in his office and breaking stuffs none of the other men nor us could go in since any breathing thing that goes in gets immediately knocked out.'' (KAKUCHO)
Reader ran straight to Izana's office and slowly peeked inside then suddenly a flying chair was sent their way, Reader backed up just in time and stared at the now opened door, Izana's figure hovering over them.
As Reader looked into his eyes they felt a shiver run up their spine as fear bubbled up inside them. His long hair was messy and his eyes were glossy and lifeless.
Ps. Since this isn't the current timeline where toman and tenjiku faced each other here is what Izana looked like in this timeline when he was bd leader
''Leave and don't bother me.'' Izana said shutting the door not giving Reader enough time to respond.
Reader waited for a moment before they suddenly heard sobbing. Reader knocked and slowly opened the door. They looked around but Izana was no where to be seen. Reader walked to Izana's desk the sobbing getting louder.
They peered underneath the desk only to see a crying Izana hugging his knees as he hide his face not wanting Reader to see how pathetic he is. Reader crouched and sat right across him.
Reader slowly tried to reach Izana but he swatted their hand away. Reader sighed the suddenly pulled Izana's shirt and made him face them.
''I (NAME) (LAST NAME) decided to follow Izana Kurokawa on (whatever date ) and made him my King and so I decided it is my responsibility to be by his side no matter what and support him through thick and thin making him live his life with no regrets.'' Reader said not looking away from Izana's eyes.
Izana was shocked for a moment then he sighed and held Reader's hand.
''You worded that so wrong....Through thick and thin huh what are you making a wedding vow?'' Reader blushed at Izana's words. They really didn't think that through but hey at least now he's talking to them.
''No not really but still your like family to me Izana, you Kakucho even Inui and Koko and some other BD members.'' (READER)
''Family huh...Even though were not blood related ...'' (IZANA)
''Just because were not related or connected by blood doesn't mean were not family or at least close enough to rely on one another. It's not blood that connects a people it's bond.'' (READER)
''Shinichiro said almost the same thing.'' (IZANA)
''Huh?'' (READER)
Izana told Reader about everything how he met his 'mother' and told him that she isn't his real mother and how he confronted Shinichiro about it. It was a long night for the two.
''Izana your an idiot you know that. Shinichiro (San) made an effort to meet and hang out with you every now and then because he see's you as his little brother he doesn't mind you not being blood related to him cause his bond with you is stronger than that. Like my bond with you, you're like a brother to me.'' (READER)
''......Then can the 'bond' you have with me be a lot stronger that you wont see me as just your 'brother'? '' (IZANA)
Reader was speechless for a moment but they know what he meant. Gathering up all the courage they could muster they finally spoke.
''Only if you'll open up your heart to love again.'' (READER)
Izana suddenly pulled Reader their face closer than ever
''May I?'' Izana asked looking at Reader's eyes. Reader nodded not being able to say a word or they might just say something emberassing. Izana cupped Reader's cheek and pulled them into a kiss his lips was warm and soft although there was a taste of cigarettes. (idk y but i see izana smoking every time he's stressed out) A small silent before Izana spoke.
''I appointed Kakucho as part of a troop squad when we were young and let you choose your own role but you never gave me an answer, so now I'm asking you to be the Majesty to my King, Reader be my other half.'' (IZANA)
PS. For anyone confuse why I said Majesty is because Majesty is a title used for kings and queens so basically someone who is equal to the king other words someone whose equal to Izana and since this is a x reader i can't say 'be the queen to my king'.

After that night Izana and Reader became an official couple it was no surprise to Kakucho but Inui and Koko were a little shocked about it.
Reader never expected Izana to be clingy but he was, maybe a little possessive well not a little but he respects Readers boundaries. Reader never complained about Izana being clingy thinking maybe Izana just doesn't wanna be alone again. Izana took Reader on dates after dates but one particular date made Izana's world upside down again.
