I sighed a little seeing the hand marks onto my butt from Keith last night. But realized that I'm going to have to cover all of the hickeys from last night, and this morning.

I felt a body come behind me knowing it was Keith. He wrapped his arms around me, and took the towel from me. "This shower wasn't only made for one person." He whispered making me giggle.

"I don't remember inviting you in." I teased.

"I invited myself." He shrugged washing my back.

"Might need to hurry. My mom checks in on me every morning to see if I'm dressed for school." I sighed.

"You not afraid of her finding out that I slept over?" He asked.

"No. She tried to buy you off Keith. Apparently she doesn't care about my happiness." I told him.

"I'm not tryna defend her, but I think she cares about your happiness. She's just racist." He said making me gasp splashing water onto him.

"Stop saying that."

"It's true. You just don't want to admit to yourself." He responded.

"She isn't racist." I defended.

"She is. And you need to admit that, and stop trying to defend it." He said while I washed his stomach.

"Why are you getting mad at me? She just isn't racist. She just always wanted me to be with someone that fits into her category."

"You mean into your entire families category? Including yours." He pointed out while I washed the soap off of my body.

"Keith," I trailed.

"I've dealt with racism my entire life. So I know a racist when I see one. And your mother is racist so stop sticking up for her, and call her out for it before I do." He sighed stepping out of the shower.

I sighed mentally rinsing my face off with the water. I hate it when we argue. I stepped out of the shower, and grabbed my towel walking out of the bathroom.

I saw him putting his jeans on along with his shirt. "I'm sorry." I told him trying to catch his attention.

"I want an apology from your mom, not you Bella." He said not even looking at me. He called me Bella. He never calls me by my name unless it's serious, or he's upset.

"I can't just force her to apologize. Like I can't just rip the words out of her mouth." I said putting my underwear, and bra on.

"Well." He shrugged putting on his jacket.

"Why are you mad at me like I'm the racist?" I asked getting upset now. I put on my pants, and shirt gathering my phone, and stuff together.

"So you admit that shes racist." He scoffed.

"No. I'm just saying, you're coming at me like I did something wrong." I sighed.

"That's the thing. You aren't doing anything." He laughed.

"Go say something to her yourself then." I scoffed grabbing my bag.

"Oh trust me you don't want me to speak to her. I'll hurt her feelings foreal Bella, and you know I will." He chuckled.

"Then stop coming at me like I'm the bad guy!" I said raising my voice a little.

"Who you yelling at?" He laughed looking at me like I was out of my mind.

"You clearly because you're being difficult." I sighed going over to my dresser.

"You not yelling at me Bella." He responded,

I crossed my arms getting emotional. "Stop calling me that."

"That's your name isn't it."

"Yes but it's the way that your saying it. You have no reason to be mad at me." I told him. He just got onto his phone completely ignoring me making me scoff.

"So immature." I opened the door, and walked out with him following behind me.

"Mrs.Bella, are you alright?" Ashlyn the housekeeper asked.

"I'm fine Ashlyn thank you. Good Morning." I smiled as she nodded.

"Bella?!" I heard my mom call out coming from the kitchen making me sigh mentally. Now really isn't the best time mother.

I looked over at Keith seeing him chuckle lowly shaking his head. I rolled my eyes at him, and turned in my mothers direction. "Hi."

She was about to say something but looked over at Keith. "Did he sleep over?" She asked while crossing her arms.

"Yes." I admitted walking past her, and into the kitchen while Keith stayed by the stairs onto his phone.

"Bella Rose-Marie Harrington. I told you to stop seeing that boy." She said raising her voice while I made myself some coffee.

"You told me to stop seeing him, but you didn't tell me that you tried to pay him off like he's a charity case." I sighed putting the top onto my coffee.

"I never tried to pay him off." She lied through her teeth.

"Please don't lie mom. I already have a headache," I went on turning to face her. "Me, and Keith are a couple. I love him, and it's going to stay that way. If you can't except that then I really don't know what to tell you."

I walked past her as she followed me. "Bella! Stop walking away from me." She called out.

I looked back at Keith, and sighed. "Apologize." I told her.

"What?" She asked looking confused.

"Keith. I want you to apologize to him. You've been rude to him ever since you've met him, and he doesn't deserve that. So apologize." I shrugged.

"I am the adult here. I am not about to stand here and apologize to a teenage delinquent." She argued.

"Mom. Apologize." I said.

"The hell is going on down here?" My dad asked coming from his office.

"Your wife has been rude to Keith ever since she's met him. All I asked for was for her to apologize to him, and she can't even do that."

My dad looked at my mom, and sighed. "Sweetie, shes right. Keith is good for our daughter, and she loves him. As a mother you should respect her happiness, and her choices. Keith deserves an apology." He agreed.

I went by Keith, and grabbed his hand trying to step him up to my mom but he looked at me, and didn't even move. "Keith." I whispered harshly.

"I'm not getting close to her ass. I'm good right here." He mumbled.

"You wanted an apology, shes about to give it to you." I said.

He looked at me, and sighed walking face to face to her. My mother looked back at my dad, and scoffed. "I am truly sorry for how I've been acting towards you ever since you corrupt- starting dating our daughter. I was out of line, and you didn't deserve that. I apologize Keith." She said.

He looked at her, then me, and turned back to my mom. "Mhm, I accept your apology."

"I also apologize, for my wife's behavior." My dad said.

"It's all good." Keith nodded.

"Thank you. Were going to school now." I smiled grabbing Keith's hand walking out of the door. I unlocked my car door as we both got inside.

I heard him laugh making me turn to look at him. "What is it now?"

"Her apology. On how hard she tried to make it sound sincere. I lied, I aint accepting that fake ass apology. And to be honest I never wanted an apology anyways, I don't care bout shit like that I'm dating you not her. She only apologized because you, and your dad forced her to." He laughed.

"If you didn't want an apology why did you.."

"I wanted to see what you would do. If you couldn't stick up to her for me I didn't know if we could continue this. I'm not finna let her distort me but I don't care about that racist shit, She ain't pushing my buttons with that." He explained.

"Keith," I went on turning to look at him as he looked back at me. "My mom has been spoiled, and rich her entire life, she's been the way she is since birth. Trust me, my grandmother told me. That doesn't excuse the way she treats you but when she's being rude to you, I will speak up when she disrespects you, I don't even know why you would question if I would or not. But I can't promise you that she'll change her mind about us being together."

He nodded. "I know. I'm not about to be mad at you because your mom. It just pissed me off because you couldn't admit that she was racist. But I'm glad you spoke up about it. No matter what she say Imma forever love you Bella. Nobody can change that."

I smiled as he gave me a kiss onto lips when I heard my phone ding. I looked at it seeing that it was Piper asking me what I'm wearing to the party in a few days as I responded back.

"Who that?" Keith asked.

"Just Piper. Asking me about the party." I shrugged. He looked at me crazy, and took my phone. "Keith." I said trying to reach for it.

"Why you back friends with her?" He asked.

"I'm not about to let a little fight ruin our entire friendship." I sighed.

"She fought you over a guy that didn't want her. She was never a real friend to begin with. I don't want you associating with her." He told me sternly.

"I'm giving her a second chance. We had a little fight, it was never really serious. I know you don't think she's a real friend but I just think that everything was taken out of context."

He looked at me for a while, and just shook his head while giving me my phone back. "I don't want you talking to her. But if you want to talk to her, you can. It's your choice." He told me.

"So supportive." I said sarcastically making him laugh.
