Abilities: Cesare is able to use hamon in battles, she uses hand to hand combat by focusing her hamon on her palms and fingertips to deal damaging blows.
Cesare is more experienced with a sword however, specializing in gracefully swinging it to strike down her enemies but keeps the weapon sheathed most of the time. She has the ability to bloodbend using Hamon, changing the toxicity levels of her blood to create illusions to those that breathe it in.
Backstory: Cesare is the niece of Will Zepelli. Being a part of the Zepelli family means she naturally has hamon abilities she is unaware of- yet she uses them to her advantage. She grew up in France up until she was 18, moving away from her family to marry a man who lived in Japan whom she believed she was deeply in love with. Her husband was an unfaithful man who ultimately wanted to get rid of her- thus, he sent Shoguns to eradicate her.When faced with this betrayal, she murdered her husband in cold blood and fled from Japan. She restarted her life as a jockey, changing her identity from 'Lucianna' to Cesare. She traveled due to the competitions as a horse jockey, eventually landing in England for a race where she met Dio and Jonathan. Her hair is kept clipped up very short so their identity as a woman participating in a race would be hidden.
