Please take note, that this isn't a new story, but rather the old story rewritten. It follows the same plot, but i made the different story segments longer, more detailed, and just rewrote the story so it would look better. The plotline is basucly the same, but edited to look better.
This story tekes place shortly after Rimuru awakens from his transformation into a Demon King.(Takes place earlier then in the original story) So if you haven't seen the latest episodes yet, you'll want to do so first, or else you will have problems understanding the story. (season two part one)
Unexpected Blooming Love

After Rimuru received the information that Milim attacked Demon King Karion, something in his head made klick. "I need to do something" Rimuru thought. He tryied to leave got stopped by Benimaru. "Don't go Master Rimuru. You got a lot stronger but Milim is still very Powerfull" he said, Rimuru just said "Move. I have to stop them or else they're gonna destroy the city. Forgive me my friends but i need to go". After that he grew himself his black wings and flew in the direction of Milim and Karion.
With Karion's beastform active they started fighting with all their power. From explosions to beams of magic they fired everything they got against eacht other. Because both dodged most of the magic the city below them layed in fire and ashes. This was the moment Milim changed into her true form. "So that is your apperance in combat Milim!" Karion shoutet while breathing heavely. "I'm sorry Karion, but it's over for you now. I won't hold back anymore" she said with a slightly pained expression. While starting to charge the energy for her Dragon Nova Karion thought "I hope you are save my people. It's over for me". She unleashed her magic that could quit lieterally pulverise everything and...
"Not today Milim!" the voice that appeared behind Karion sounded familiar. It was Rimuru in his new form. His long blue hair went with the flow of the wind as he stretched out his left arm "Gluttony!".
The black waterlike shield from his skill, blocked, disabled, and absorbed Milim's Dragon Nova Rimuru didn't knew if he could take the attack and go away unharmed, but he trusted Wisdom King Raphael that replaced the Great Sage. Rimuru was now able to block more then this low charged Dragon Nova, but since he underestimates his abilities he doesn't realize that.
After Rimuru was done absorbing the Dragon Nova, Milim asked"Why are you here Rimuru?!" "I'm not gonna let you two destroy everything... Is what i wanted to say but i see it's to late for that. But i'm not gonna let you kill Karion!" Milim made Magic Bullets appear behind her and said "Go away Rimuru. I'm only here for Karion. I don't want to kill you" Milim wanted to avoid fighting Rimuru at all cost, because he was someone very dear to her.
"Stop Milim. I'm not gonna hold back" "You know exactly that you have no chance against a demon king Rimuru! I don't want to kill you!" Milim said, on wich Rimuru just jokingly said "I'm way stronger then before, so that's gonna be a little harder" Milim already knew that he became stronger, based off of her seeing Rimuru absorbing her Dragon Nova, so she asked what he meant on wich Rimuru responded with "I became a demon king"
Of course, both Milim and Karion were shocked since Rimuru already said that he had no interest in becoming a demon king. Rimuru took advantage off the moment and said "Please Milim. Stop this." But Milim said "Sorry. But i have no choice" "Then i will go all out"
As soon as Rimuru finished his sentence, Milim discharged the magic balls she made while they were talking, wich Rimuru absorbed with Gluttony
They fought, and fought until Milim got lucky with her magic, and shot of one of Rimuru's right arm. As soon as she happened both Milim and Rimuru took a halt and Milim started tearing up. Of course, since she is in her dragon form, and therefor her bodytemperature is extremly high, the tears just melted away before they were able to be seen.
Rimuru took that chance where Milim let her guard down and... *stab* Milim could feel her chest tightening, and when she opened her eyes, she saw Rimuru directly in front of her. When she looked down to her tight chest, she could see that Rimuru's hand was lodged inside her chest gripping her heart. "Ri-muru" *rip*
As the tightness in her chest dissappeared, so did her vision. Everything got blurry and then black. With her last words before she slammed into the ground, she said "I.. Love.. You.." *slam*
"I'm sorry Milim."
When Milim came back to her senses, she was laying on Rimuru's lap, as he patted her head. She thought "ha... Looks like i'm dead.. So my dreamland is a world of constant headpatitng, huh? Wait. Actually this is..." For a dead dream, this was to realistic. She could feel the heat of the area, that still remained from the hot magic and the explosions, as well as Rimuru's hand that gently caressed the left side of her head. "Ri... Rimuru?" she said with a voice so low, that Rimuru just barely noticed that she was talking.
"Oh thank god! You're awake!" Milim was asleep for hours, so Rimuru thought she would never wake up, but luckily she did. "Yeah, but... How am i still alive?" she asked.
Rimuru explained how when they were fighting, he felt a strange magic emiting from her, so he let one of the bullets blow of his arm to get her to let her guard down. When he lodged his hand in her chest, he could feel the magic flow in her heart, and realized that Clayman put a spell on her, where he could kill her when she doesn't does as he says, so he made Clayman believe that she died by ripping out her heart, and replacing it with an artificial one he made with his body.
When Milim didn't wake up, Rimuru thought he did something wrong and was extremly worried about her. "But hey, why were you so worried about me?" Milim was a little confused. Of course they were "best friends" but she knew that, that amount of conceren wouldn't be normal, even for best friends.
Rimuru, who was lost in the flow, let words slip from his lips that came unexpected for Milim "Why... huh?That's probably because i love you" Milim got red and emberassed when she heard those words. "Huh? why did she become red? what did i just saaayyyyy... oh. OHH!!!" Rimuru realized what he said.
"W-W-Wait.. I.. I mean.. I..." Rimuru wanted to say something, anything. But the only thing that came to his mind, was to say "It was just a joke". But he couldn't say that after seeing her face like that.
Milim, when finally gathered the courrage, said "I.. I love you too..." and that, came unexpected for Rimuru. Rimuru never thought that his feelings would ever be returned, but Milim loved him too.
Rimuru Tempest. Or rather Satoru Mikami, who died by a stranger as a 37 old virgin with no romantic expierience, and who lost all hope of ever expiriencing romance. Got reborn and found someone not only TO love, but also someone who loved him too. This day, was the happiest day of all.
Something inside him, that never bothered him but was still there, went away, making it easier to breath. It was a winderful feeling. Not only did he find someone who loves him, but also this feeling of freedom was wonderful.
"Wh.. When did you... Fall in love with me?" that was one question Rimuru wanted to be answered before he celebrate his first love. "It was back when i left for the demon king council. When i left my heart ached. At first i didn't think about it too much, but when i thought about it, i knew that this was love." "Ah... so we fell in love at the same time..." Rimuru thought.
Rimuru's heart also ached when she left that day, and when he thought for a while that she wouldn't wake up again, his heart started aching again. That was when he realized that he was in love with Milim.
"So, Milim? Does that mean... Well... You know" he wanted to ask her if they were a couple now, but he didn't know how to ask. Luckily Milim wanted to ask the same, and when she realized what Rimuru wanted to ask, she happily said "Yes. We are a couple now Rimuru"
A they fell into eacht others arms, their lips drew closer, and they shared a deep and passionate kiss, while the sun went down behind them
Years after, they had already married, had a daughter, and fought against Clayman. Tempest blossomed like never before, and they lived happily ever after, in their unlimited lifespan

Note: I rewrote this since the original version was the very first completed story i ever wrote, so now (with a little more expirience) i decided to rewrite it. The original story will stay, but this is just... Let's say it'S an extra chapter... Also this chapter has 400 words more then the original story.
One last thing. I'll also make an german account later this week, where all my works will be translated and uploaded (I'm german so i decided to also make a german profile)
