Warhammer 40k would have deathkorps, cadia for their anti demon warfare experience, and a single detached of adepts astartes. The soldier #'s you can decide but I would recommend war ready size, you could have the 'magic' be a more refined and safer but very weakened warp energy, and should include anti warp forces. I'm not into the lore enough to choose
