Season 4, Episode 20 : Italian Ice
Vinny starts jumping rope.
"My daughter jump ropes too. She's seven. What's your excuse?" Pauly said.
Everyone laughs.
"What the fuck is that little move?" Angelina asked.
Everyone laughed at Vinny's little performance, so I decided to outdo Vinny.
I got up and grabbed the jump rope from Vinny and started doing advanced jump rope tricks.
"Oh wow," Mike said.
"I bet your seven-year-old can't do that," Vinny told Pauly.
"No, she's can't," Pauly said.
"Okay, I'm done," I said as I stopped jump roping and handed it back to Vinny, and took my seat.
"Good job, Cinta," Deena said.
"We got a bunch of island gals with us. State Island," Vinny points at Angelina.
Angelina chuckles.
"Jenni from Long Island," Ronnie said, laughing.
"Chris, where are you from?" Angelina asked Chris.
"I was born in Brooklyn but moved to Jersey when I was young," Chris answered.
"Freehold? Marlboro? Old Bridge?" Angelina asked Chris.
Everyone gets quiet and looks at each other after Angelina says Old Bridge.
"Okay," I said, ready to end the night.
"So, Cinta, are you dating now, or is it still team work?" Jenni asked me.
"I'm dating someone. It's still new, so I'm not sharing anything yet, but once I'm ready, I'll let you all know," I answered.
"What? No, I have so much questions now," Jenni said.
I stuck my tongue out at her.
"I'm nauseous," Nikki said.
"Are you pregnant?" Jenni asked her.
"No, I'm on birth control," Nikki answered.
"Hey, listen, you can still get pregnant. I'm birth control," Angelina said.
"I would like to get married first and then have a child," Nikki said.
"For me, I don't care what comes first," I said.
"Ooh! So you're already thinking about marriage and kids with this person," Lauren said.
I smiled.
"I mean, that's the purpose of me being in a relationship," I said.
"Any plans?" Jenni asked Nikki.
"Yeah," Lauren said, wondering.
"No," Nikki said.
Everyone laughs.
"For me, being--I'm 28 now, but I'll be 29--I would like to get married. But if we have the same end goal, and it gets there, then I don't care if it's ten years from now, if it's next week, next year, you know?" Nikki said.
"Yeah," Deena said.
"Yeah," Jenni said.
"I agree, but I ain't waiting for ten years," I said.
"Would you have another baby?" Nikki asked Jenni.
"No," Jenni answered.
"I feel like she's gonna get pregnant by accident," Angelina said.
"God!" Jenni said.
"Well, that's what I was gonna say," Lauren said.
"Zack doesn't want one more than I don't want one," Jenni said.
"Are you on birth control?" I asked Jenni.
"No," Jenni answered.
"Oh, what!" Lauren exclaimed.
"Wait, what'd she just say?" Deena asked.
"And she's telling me there's a chance," Nikki said.
"Does he use condoms?" Deena asked Jenni.
Jenni eats something as she answers.
"No," Jenni answered.
Everyone laughs.
"You're, like, an idiot," Deena said.
"Can we get--can we get a pregnancy test?" Nikki calls out with a thumbs up.
I shook my head.
"And what about you? Are you guys already having sex?" Deena asked me.
"Yeah, but we use condoms," I answered.
"So, are you on birth control too?" Angelina asked me.
I shook my head no.
"I have never been on birth control in my entire life," I answered.
"Next round is Jenni and Cinta, for sure," Nikki said.
"Us? Pregnant at the same time, yeah, ok," Jenni said sarcastically.
"It's gonna happen," Lauren said.
"How are you and Chris's sex life?" Jenni asked Angelina.
"I like him," Deena said.
"I like him too. I just--you know we're going to do therapy first, and then we're going to figure that out," Angelina answered.
"Oh, so you're just kinda, like, dating," Jenni said.
"Yeah. I want to start the therapy process when we get home, and then we'll discuss that," Angelina said.
"I feel like last night; you guys weren't on edge. You were laughing. You guys had your guards down," Deena said.
"First night, did it look like Chris and I were on edge?" Angelina asked.
"You came in hot the first night, right? 'Cause you and Vinny were like, down here, and then you're like-- [exhales]," Jenni said, demonstrating how Angelina threw a drink in Vinny's face.
"Because he was getting freaking annoying. Like, he didn't even give me a second to sit down, and then he's starting with me already," Angelina said.
"You're an easy target," Lauren said.
"Yeah, He really—he literally gets bored, and he knows you'll feed into him," Deena said.
"You're right. Maybe I shouldn't allow him to do it anymore," Angelina said.
"You're right," Lauren said.
"Don't entertain it. Like, let him sit there and cry," Nikki said.
"Oh, my God, he's gonna cry?" Angelina asked.
"I don't think you can do it," Nikki replied.
"Are you capable? 'Cause I can see—look at her, look at her," Jenni said.
"You like it," Lauren said.
"No, I don't like it," Angelina said.
"They both like it," I said.
"She's like-she's like, 'Vinny, stop.'," Nikki said.
"She's like, "Vinny, stop." But doesn't ignore him," Jenni said.
"I swear. I'm putting it in the fucking table right now. No, I'm putting it on the table right now. I will not react to Vinny starting tonight," Angelina said.
"What's the bet, though? 'Cause we need to make a bet," Jenni said.
"You have to jump in the snow in your bikini," I said.
"Ooh. You bring your bikini? We'll find one. All right, what do we want to do, 24 or 48 hours?" Jenni asked.
"Just do 24," Deena answered.
"24," We all said at the same time.
"What's, like, the results for her?" Lauren asked.
"Like, if she wins?" Jenni replied.
"If she wins," We all said.
"Is there anything you've ever wanted to do to me?" Jenni asked Angelina.
"Ooh," Lauren said.
"Something to you," Angelina repeated.
"You get one shot," Jenni said.
"One shot. Throw you in the water," Angelina said.
"What water?" Jenni asked.
"In the pool," Angelina answered.
"Fine," Jenni said.
"All right, fine," Angelina said.
"Wow. That's high stakes. I am impressed," Lauren said.
"Full 24 hours, I said.
I stood on the deck and watched as the guys snow-tubing.
"He's going over. Oh my gosh," I said.
"He's going fast," Angelina said.
"Jump off!" Nikki yelled.
"He's going over," Vinny said.
"He's gonna make it!" Ronnie said.
"Oh, my God!" Nikki exclaimed.
"Fuck," Jenni said as Zack went over the snow wall.
"He went over," Mike said.
"Oh wow," I said.
"Oh, my God!" Lauren exclaimed.
"He went over, I swear to God," Pauly said.
Everyone chuckled.
"Zack?" Nikki called out.
"Zack?" Jenni calls out.
"Are you okay?" Pauly yells.
Zack jumps up, and everyone cheers.
Then everyone decides to group tub.
Then Angelina and Vinny decided to race.
Then Vinny starts throwing snowballs at Angelina after Angelina wins the race.
"Ooh. Violence," Jenni said.
Deena and Lauren laugh.
"I won," Angelina exclaimed as she lay in the snow, but she didn't react to Vinny.
"I'm gonna pee," Lauren said, laughing.
"My belly hurts," Deena said.
"I beat Vinny," Angelina said, walking back to the group.
"I like these little—I like these little—These activities," Pauly said.
"Yeah," Nikki said, playing the snow. "It's a change of scenery, for sure," Nikki added.
"Plus, we brought a little swag to the Poconos," Pauly said.
My phone starts ringing, and I pull it out of my pocket and see Ryan calling me. I turned off my mic and walked away from everyone to answer the call.
"Hello," I said, answering the phone.
"I just got here; I'm heading to your room right now," Ryan said.
I squealed.
Last night, Ryan surprised me and told me he was getting on a last this morning to come and spend a couple of days with me in the Poconos. I was so happy to see him again, especially after making things official.
I planned to introduce him to the group but off camera as I didn't want to make our relationship public yet.
"Okay, I'm excited to see you," I said.
Ryan chuckled.
"I can't wait to see you too, so what are you guys doing?" Ryan asked me.
"We just finished snow tubing," I answered.
"Are you covered up? I don't want you catching a cold, and do you have your asthma pump with you?" Ryan asked me.
"Yes, And yes," I answered.
When I told Ryan I was going to the Poconos, I mentioned how the cold weather could sometimes cause my asthma to act up, and ever since then, he has frequently asked me about my health.
"I'm just making sure you're good," Ryan said.
"And I appreciate that; I'm leaving right now, so I'll meet you in the room," I said.
