I was in my room face-timing Ryan before I had to go out and film with the roommates when Ryan said he had something to ask me.
"What is it?" I asked him.
"Gia," Ryan replied.
"Yes?" I asked.
"I have given this a lot of thought, and I loved the time we spent together, and I want more of that, so I want to know if you want to be official?" Ryan asked me.
I made a fake thoughtful expression.
"Like in a relationship? Boyfriend and girlfriend?" I asked him.
Ryan got tensed, but before he said anything, I grinned.
"Yes, of course," I said.
"Oh, you had me on edge thinking you were going to say no," Ryan said.
I smiled.
"Nah, I already had my answer since we had sex, but I wanted you to make a move," I said.
Ryan chuckled.
After a few moments of thought, I asked, "We keep it on the low, or I can tell people that I'm in a relationship with you?" I stared at his facial expressions.
"You better be telling everyone you're in a relationship, but we're not going on social media posting each other just yet. Let's see how we do as a couple. I don't want everyone in our business," Ryan explained to me.
I nodded.
"I'm okay with that," I said.
"What is the game plan when she comes?" Pauly asked the group.
"Let's see if she comes with Chris," Ronnie answered.
"We approach it a different way if Chris is here?" Pauly asked.
"Oh," Mike replied.
"That's what I'm saying," Ronnie said.
"Great question. Great question," Mike said.
"Nicole didn't want any drama. That's why she left the show. And then she caused all the drama. We're left with all the drama," Vinny said.
"Popped in for lunch, fuck it up, and left," Pauly said.
"And fucked it all up," Vinny added.
"Why didn't they just sit down after this trip?" Pauly asked.
"Now Angelina is gonna come in hot thinking that we're gonna attack--," Mike said before Pauly interrupted him.
"Fact," Pauly said.
"We're gonna attack her," Mike continued.
"And that's the problem. We didn't have bad intentions. Even though we still have these videos, we don't have bad intentions. Yeah, but we have to abort mission and try something different," Pauly said.
Mike gets a call from Jenni and puts it on speaker.
"Yo," Mike said, answering the call.
"Hi, neighbor," Jenni said.
"Hey, what's up, guys? What you doing?" Mike asked.
"We just got the kids to bed. Where are you guys?" Jenni answered.
"Oh, my God. We just sat down. Just come right downstairs. See you guys in a second, neighbor. Miss you guys," Mike said.
"Yay!" Lauren said.
"Miss you," Jenni said.
Mike ends the call.
Jenni and Zack walk into the dining room.
"Hi, guys," Jenni said.
"Hi, Jenni!" Everyone says at the same time.
"Hi!" I said.
"Hi, Zack!" Pauly screams.
"You made it," Nikki said.
"Hi, Jenni," Ronnie said.
"Sorry, we're late. The kids," Jenni said.
"What up?" Zack said.
"Thanks for coming to the Pocono," Pauly said.
"Hi," Jenni said, hugging me.
They took their seats next in between Ronnie and me.
"Sorry we're late, guys," Jenni said as she as takes off her gloves. "We were fucking around," Jenni starts, but Mike interrupts her.
"In the parking lot?" Mike asked her.
"Got engaged," Jenni answered as she held her hand up to show us her engagement ring.
Everyone hollers at the news.
"Congratulations," I said to Zack and Jenni.
"What the hell?" Vinny screams over the noise.
"Oh, my God!" Lauren exclaimed.
"Whoo!" Mike cheers as he stands up.
Everyone is shocked by the news of Jenni's engagement.
"JWOWW and Zach, what you've been doing this quarantine?" Pauly asked.
"Yay!" Nikki cheered.
"She said yes!" Pauly said.
I'm happy for Jenni and that she was able to find love after her failed marriage with Roger. Zack is a good guy in my book.
Everyone gets up and hugs and congratulates Jennie and Zack.
"I'm so happy for you," I told Jenni.
"Thank you," Jenni told me.
"Welcome to the family," Pauly told Zack.
"He didn't do it here. We were just late because of the kids," Jenni said as we all retook our seats.
"It's one of Pauly's earrings," Vinny said, talking about the size of Jenni's engagement ring.
"When did you guys do it?" Ronnie asked Jenni.
"He took me to the Empire State Building on my birthday," Jenni answered.
"Whoa, smooth," Pauly said.
"Aw," Lauren said.
"And he rented out the 102nd floor," Jenni said.
"Did you know it was coming?" Nikki asked Jenni.
"It's so nice," I said.
"You had a hint?" Nikki asked Jenni.
"It's funny. I did, I did not," Jenni answered.
"You ain't getting nothing past Jenni," Ronnie said.
"And so before we even got to, like the top, he was, like—you were crying," Jenni said as she looked at Zack and rubbed his thigh.
"Yeah, I was sobbin'," Zack confirmed.
"Aw," Lauren said.
"Aw, that's the best," Mike said.
"Oh, my God," I said.
"Guy turns 26, all of a sudden, he's getting married," Vinny said.
"Yeah," Ronnie said.
"Crazy," Vinny said.
"I agree," Pauly said.
"All of a sudden, wifing up JWOWW," Vinny said.
"I won't tell a soul. JWOWW is engaged!" Pauly announced through a bullhorn.
Everyone laughs.
"I love engagements this time of year," Pauly said.
"Aw, what a happy family," Vinny said. "Where's Angelina?" He asked.
"She might be coming," Mike answered.
"Really?" Jenni asked.
"Yeah. You never know," Pauly replied.
"If it's awkward, I'm gonna be like, 'Anyone seen any good movies lately?'" Vinny said.
Everyone laughs.
Nikki announces that Angelina is coming to dinner then everyone talks about Angelina's relationship as Angelina and Chris walk in.
Then it gets tense, and everyone is quiet right now as they know Chris is here, and they don't know how to talk about the videos.
"Okay," I said.
Jenni tells Angelina that she's engaged.
Angelina is on defense, and she and Vinny start taking jabs at each other. I rolled my eyes.
Everyone hollers as Angelina throws a drink at Vinny.
"Oh my God," I said as I started drinking even more. "Okay, I'm going to bed," I said.
