Manik and Nandini were walking at Terrace
Nandini: Mani I want to ask you something
Manik: Haan Nanz bolo
Nandini cups Manik's face
Nandini: Do u really feel guilty because of that Ayesha?
Manik looks down and nods slowly
Manik (sadly): Nandini chahe galti se hi but I cheated you
His eyes gets tears
Nandini makes him looks towards herself and wipes his tears
Nandini: No Manik stop thinking yourself at mistake okay. Jo kiya uss Ayesha ne kiya tum kyu uske liye guilty feel krte ho
Manik : But Nandini
Nandini: No Manik let me complete now. Manik believe me jo bhi kuch hua usme tumhare koi galti nhi hai. Sam spiked your drink, you were not knowing this. And Ayesha was the one who forces herself on you, u didn't do anything wrong okay. It was Ayesha's mistake
Manik just looks at Nandini innocently. Nandini holds Manik's hand
Nandini: So from now you will not keep any guilt of this okay, And instead forget all this.
Manik smiles and nods. Nandini keeps her head on Manik's shoulder
Manik suddenly starts feeling like taking a cigarette.
Manik : Nandini wo I want a cigarette

Before Manik could speak, Nandini attached her lips with Manik's lips and holds his face. Manik tries to get away but Nandini didn't let him go from this. And then Manik also gets lost in the kiss and forgot about cigarette.
Both comes out of kiss. Manik was feeling little shy

Manik blushes a little listening this. Nandini pulls his cheeks and then hugs him. Manik also hugs her happily
Next Day
Aryaman was sitting at hall. Meanwhile MaNan came there
Manik: hey Aru
Aryaman: Hii Mani kesa hai ab, kal se cigarette toh nhi li na
Manik: Nhi yaar
Aryaman: Pakka na, dek agar li ho toh bata de. Main kuch nhi kahunga tuje. But jhoot mat boliye please
Manik: Bro sach keh raha hoon, kal raat mann kiya tha but Nanz was with me
Aryaman: Chal sahi hai. Hum dono me se koi na koi tere saath har wakt hoga chinta mat kar
Manik (smiles): I am so lucky to have u both in my life. Tum dono na hote toh main isse chodne ke baare me soch bhi nhi paata
Aryaman: Its okay Mani, tune nadaani me esa kar liya but ab hum hai na we will help u out
Manik smiles listening this
Aryaman (angry): But yaar muje ab bhi na uss Advik pe bahut gussa aa rha hai, ussi ki wajah se tuje ye aadat lagi
Manik: Aru yaar tu usse gussa mat ho. Usne life me bahut pain jhela hai, mujse bhi zyada. Mera pain main tum dono se share toh kr deta hoon, but uske paa koi nhi tha uska pain sun ne ke liye. Toh wo cigarette pe aa gya kuch galat logo ki advice se. Yaar Advik sach me bahut bhola hai, wo bas ye nhi chahta tha ki muje pain ho and uska pain isse chala jaata hai toh he thought to tell me also.
Aryaman: But still yaar didn't he know its all bad habits
Manik: Ese toh Aru even I know all these things are wrong but still I consumed. Aru kahi baar pta hote hue bhi hum galat cheez kr dete hai.
Nandini: Aru main bhi Mani se agree krti hoon and jab Mani ko fever tha itni tej tab Advik hi toh tha jisne Mani ka itna dhyaan rakha. Uski bhool samajkar usse maaf kr dete hai na Aru
Aryaman didn't speak anything at that time
Other side
Advik was walking. Suddenly he feels some uneasiness. He was feeling pain in full body and also was feeling like fainting. He suddenly faints there
Arun comes there and sees this and gets completely shocked
Arun (shouts): Advik
Arun tries to shake Advik but Advik was not opening his eyes. Arun immediately takes Advik in a hospital

At Malhotra Mansion
Manik, Aryaman and Nandini were sitting at Hall. Suddenly Manik gets a call from Shrikant
Manik: Hello Dad
Shrikant (tensed): Hello Manik beta , Advik got fainted and he is in hospital. Arun ne bataya muje.
Manik (shocked): What? Dad kaha hai, konse hospital me hai main jaa rha hoon abhi ke abhi
Shrikant tells him and call cuts
Nandini (tensed): Manik kya hua why r u tensed?
Manik (tensed and teary): Guys Advik is in hospital. He got fainted. Guys chalo jaldi
Nandini and Aryaman got tensed and trio leaves to hospital
At Hospital
Arun was crying very much. Manik Nandini and Aryaman came there
Manik (tensed) : Uncle Advik kesa hai
Arun (teary): Manik beta doctors bataenge abhi, pata nhi hai. check kr rhe hai
Meanwhile doctor came out
Doctor: See because of consuming too much cigarette, he is suffering from Lung Cancer.
All gets completely shocked. Arun can't able to stand listening this and about to loose his balance but Aryaman holds him immediately. While Manik was also in state of shock.
Nandini: Doctor he will fine na
Doctor: Dekhiye kuch kaha nhi jaa sakta. Although abhi bahut zyada nhi fela but unki age bhi bahut kam hai toh hum guarantee nhi le sakte iss operation ki.
Arun (cries): Ye sab meri galti hai, I failed as a father. Main kabhi apne bache ko pyaar nhi kr paaya, kabhi uska pain nhi jaa paaya jiski wajah se ye sab ho rha hai. Please God punish me for my mistakes, don't punish my son please. Please save my son please
Manik's condition was no less. In few days he also got attached to Advik and now listening this from doctor just breaks his heart.
Doctor: Dekhiye now he is conscious. Todhi der me we will start treatment. So aapme koi chahe toh unse mil sakta hai. Aur haan unhe zyada stress mat dena.
Arun: Manik will meet him.
All looks at Arun
Arun: Advik ne life me bahut pain dekha hai. But he told me ki jitne din uske Manik ke saath the, he was genuinely happy in those days. For the first time he actually smiled being with someone. So I want Manik to meet Advik.
Manik nods. His heart was fearing if Advik leaves him forever but he chooses not to show all this in front of Advik and with all these thought he enters inside
