Y/N's POV
We stayed on our small ship, unsure of where the elves were. Thor tried to wake up Jane, but she was too tired.
"What I could do with the power that flows trough those veins" Loki said, looking at Thor and his lover.
"It would consume you" Thor answered back.
"She's holding up all right, for now" Loki said.
"She's strong in ways you'd never know" Thor answered in a dark tone.
"Say goodbye" Loki said.
"Loki" I whispered, in a way, telling him to stop since this was a sensitive topic for Thor.
"Not this day" Thor said, getting progressively more angry.
"This day, the next, a hundred years, it's nothing. It's a heartbeat. You'll never be ready. The woman whose love you've prized will be snatched from you"
"And will that satisfy you ?" Thor said loosing any patience he had left patience.
"Son of Odin..." Loki's sentence was cut off before he could finish.
"No. Not just Odin" Thor said getting up and walking closer to Loki and I.
"You think you alone were loved of mother ? You had her tricks, but I had her trust"
"Trust ? Was that her last expression ? Trust ? When you let her die ?" Loki said.
"What help were you in your cell ?" Thor asked.
"Who put me there ?" Loki screamed.
Thor grabbed Loki's shoulders.
"Enough !" I screamed.
Both their heads turned to face me.
"It wasn't your fault Thor, you couldn't have known what would happen. It wasn't your fault either Loki, you were in your cell, you couldn't have done anything. If it's someone's fault, it's mine" I said calmly.
They stayed silent until I continued.
"I knew she would do something reckless. I knew she would try to sacrifice herself. But unlike the both of you, I had the chance to save her and I didn't" I fell to my knees.
Loki sat beside me on the floor of the ship and put his arms around me.
"It wasn't your fault Y/N. If you had tried to save her, you both would've been killed" He said trying to comfort me.
"Now, we have the chance to avenge her. Let's not waste it" Loki said, seriously.
We got up and stood there until we arrived at our destination. Thor looked Loki.
"I wish I could trust you" Thor said to him.
"Trust my Rage" Loki said holding my hand.

We were almost there. Soon we would battle Malekith and the Dark Elves. Jane had woken up. Because of the Aether she could sense the Dark Elves's presence.
Our ship landed and we got out. We walked until we made it to a small sand cliff. The Dark Elves were right in front of us. It took me all I had not to run towards them and kill them where they stood. Loki casted a spell projecting illusions onto our bodies. All we needed to do now, was to play our parts.
"You know this plan of your is gonna get us killed" Loki told Thor.
"Yes, possibly"
Loki held his hands in front of Thor, telling him to remove the chains he had around his wrists ever since we left the palace.
"You still don't trust me, brother ?"
"Would you ?" Asked Thor as he removed the chains from Loki's wrists.
"No, I wouldn't" Loki stabbed Thor. Luckily for him, Loki's spell worked and Thor was not actually harmed. But to the Dark Elves, it looked as if Loki had betrayed his brother once more.
"Thor !" Jane screamed.
Thor was pushed off the small cliff we were on by Loki. Jane tried to run towards Thor, but I held her back. Loki jumped off the cliff, towards Thor.
"You really think I cared about Frigga ? About you ?" Loki said aggressively.
He kicked Thor's face. Since we had to make everything look realistic, Jane did actually try to get out of my grip. She wasn't able to.
Malekith walked towards us slowly.
"All I ever wanted was you and Odin dead at my feet !" Loki said.
Thor tried summoning Mjolnir, but before he could, Loki cut off his hand. Thor pretended to scream in pain. I walked towards Loki, while still holding Jane. Loki took Jane's arm roughly and brought her to Malekith while I followed.
"Malekith ! I am Loki of Jotunheim and I bring you a gift" He threw Jane on the ground, in front of Malekith.
"We ask only one thing in return, a good seat from which to watch Asgard burn" I said.

"They are enemies of Asgard. He was a prisoner in their dungeons and she walked around in chains with guards following her"
We walked towards the rest of the Elves to signal that we were no longer with Thor and we were now on their side.
Malekith walked towards Thor, who was still pretending to be hurt. Malekith used his power to lift Jane in the air and extract the Aether from her.
"Loki ! Now !" Loki removed his spell making Thor's hand reappear and letting him summon Mjolnir.
I ran towards Jane and I shielded her from the incoming explosion. The Aether was still in the air, Thor used a lightning blast to destroy it.
The Aether's pieces began to float in the air. Malekith was absorbing the Aether's power. Once he was finished he walked back to his ship, leaving us to fight his soldiers. The Elf that killed Frigga threw a bomb that could absorb matter at Jane and I.
I pushed Jane out of the way, but I got absorbed by the bomb. Loki held onto me before I could get completely erased from reality.
Malekith's ship began to take off. Thor used Mjolnir to fly towards the ship and destroy parts of it. But before he could completely demolish the ship, the elf that killed Frigga brought him to the ground and began fighting him.
Malekith had successfully left, leaving his strongest soldiers behind to kill us.
Elves formed a circle around Loki and I as they got ready to fight us. I looked at Loki and threw him one of his daggers that Thor had previously given me. I used the second dagger to attack the Elves around me.
We both fought as many Elves as we could, while Thor fought the bigger Elf.
When we finished fighting the Elves that were around us, Loki looked at Thor. An Elf was walking slowly behind Loki as he was distracted, ready to kill him. Loki had yet to notice, so I killed the Elf myself, stabbing him with the dagger in my hand.
"Be more careful" I told him.
He grabbed my shoulders and quickly began to talk.
"Remember when I faked my death ?" He asked.
I nodded.
"Let's do that, but this time both of us"
"Why ?" I asked confused.
"If we go back to Asgard we'll be executed for sure, Frigga isn't there to defend us anymore and I know for a fact that Thor will only defend you"
I looked at him, thinking carefully about my answer.
"Alright" I said.
He looked at me and smiled.
"All right. I'll use the same spell I used on Thor to make sure we're safe" Green light surrounded us quickly.
We ran towards Thor to help him with the Elf. Loki stabbed the Elf's back, only for the Elf to turn around and stab him too.
Loki screamed.
"No !" Thor screamed.
"Loki !" I said running towards the elf.
The Elf punched my stomach. His strength managed to puncture my body, creating a hole in my stomach. I began 'bleeding out' and I fell to the ground.
Loki grabbed the pin on the Elf's bomb, making it explode.
"See you in hell, monster" He said, as the beast finally died.
Loki crawled towards me, pretending to be affected by the bomb, while Thor ran towards the both of us. I must say we were quite phenomenal actors.
Thor held us in his arms, thinking this would be the last time he would see us. Loki held my hand.
"No, no, no, no" Thor said quickly.
"You didn't you listen" Thor told Loki.
"I know. I'm a fool." Loki said, gasping.
I coughed.
"Y/N stay with me" Thor said.
"Go save Jane" I said as 'died', letting go of Loki's hand.
Thor cried and screamed.
"Y/N" Loki said sadly while crying.
He then turned to Thor.
"I'm sorry" Loki said trying to catch his breath.
"It's alright" Thor tried calming him.
"I'll tell father what you did here today" Thor said.
"I didn't do it for him" Loki said as his head fell, creating the perfect 'death' scene for someone like him.
Thor kept on screaming, but he had to leave. He had to stop Malekith. For Frigga. For Loki. For me.
Thor let go of our bodies and left with Jane.
When he was out of sight, we got up and walked to our ship. I held Loki's hand.
"I must say, my darling, you are quite the actor" He said.
"What do we do now ?" I asked.
"We go back to Asgard. I will send Odin away and pretend to be him. You will have to be a maid, sorry"
I sighed.
"It's better than nothing"
I gave him a kiss on the cheek as we left to go back home.
