Author's POV
" Priya, open the damn door " Arjun yelled for the nth time while banging the main door of their home.
It's been a few minutes since he came back from work, banging on the main door. But priya refused to open and made him stand outside.
Life has been a roller coaster ride for Arjun and Priya, after passing many hurdles they finally tackled their issues and began to lead a peaceful life. In these four months if something has changed then it's their love for each other. Yeah, they have become more involved in each other now, day by day they're falling for eachother, harder than before. Every little thing which Arjun does for her, and the way Priya understands him like no one, is one of the strong influences they have. In these four months of her pregnancy Arjun took care of her like a fragile feather. He handles her mood swings, her tantrums without making faces. Infact sometimes he enjoys her mood swings because it's the moment where he can get a glimpse of baby Priya. He adores her.
Morning sickness is such an energy sucker for Priya, seeing her throwing up all day and night after a point of time Arjun felt bad for her, he wished if he could bear all that sickness instead of priya. Why it's women always have to suffer ? Can't man's do have part of it, He asked himself. But nature won't let that happen as it is the rule of the universe.
So far he helped her by making her drink lemon juices, after a month priya's morning sickness stopped, Arjun was relieved. They kept visiting the doctor for a regular check up. Hopefully this time, the baby and mother both are healthy and fine. Arjun was in cloud nine knowingly his both babies are doing good. Yet he started to take extra care of his babies, he would help her with cooking, and in her office work. Priya has planned to take maternity leave after a week, till then she will continue her job. Although Arjun told her to take rest, she refused him saying she can handle it. And like a Gentleman husband he couldn't deny her as he knows how dedicated Priya is towards her job.
Thus, he started to look after her eating habits. He arranged a diet chart for her and made her follow that, every morning workout and walking is also on the list. Sometimes she doesn't even have to ask anything, yet he will get it for her.
He was totally clueless about her sudden behaviour with him, till afternoon she was all fine. She called him and asked him if he had lunch or not. Then what happened to her now ? Why is she punishing him by making him stand outside in this pouring rain. He even asked her the reason behind her anger. But she never gave him a reply. He stood there waiting for her to let him in.
His bad luck, that he forgot his spear keys at his cabinet itself, otherwise he would have used those keys now.
Wiping his wet face with a kerchief he began to shiver when the ice brees hit his already drenched skin.
Sneezing in the cold, he ran his fingers through wet hair. Just then he heard the door clicking sound.
A smile appeared on the corner of his lips seeing his angry bird wife opening the door for him.
The moment she heard him sneezing, worry of her husband's health took over her anger and made her open the door.
Slowly peeking out her head she looked at Arjun, who was standing there folding his hands till his chest. His almost drenched shirt was sticking to his muscles like a second skin of his, and the wet hairs of his were spreaded all over his forehead, dripping water droplets from it.
Seeing him smiling wide at her, Priya glared at him and grabbed him inside holding his shirt color.
Arjun stumbled on his feet by her strong action. But priya was less bothered about it, she grabbed him till hall and pushed him on the couch.
Arjun composed himself and sat on the couch wondering what made her so angry that she became violent.
Finally he decided to ask her what was the matter, looking up at her he was about to open his mouth, but she put a towel on his head along with covering his face.
Arjun sat there dumbfounded while priya dried his hairs with a towel.

He grinned feeling so lucky to have her in his life, the way she cares for him even in her anger is a heart melting moment for him.
On the other hand Priya was worried about his health, she felt guilty for punishing him like this. Her anger left and guiltiness overtook her.
Drying his hairs, she moved away to leave from there, but Arjun grabbed her hand and made her sit on his lap.
Priya didn't wriggled nore she pushed him away, she silently sat on his lap keeping her arms around his neck looking down with a pout.
Arjun held her chin and made her look at him, seeing her glossy eyes Arjun narrowed his eyebrows at her and asked " What's wrong priya ? Did i do anything stupid that made you upset ? Tell me baby "
He held her face in his palms and wiped her alone, tears which escaped from her eyes.
" I'm sorry, '' Priya Sobbed, burying her head in the crook of his neck. She herself was Anwar, the reason for her tears. Perhaps these pregnancy hormones made her so emotional even for a small thing. Her anger and disappointment turned into tears.
" For what ma ? " He questioned her while cherishing her back gently.
" No, I just...I should n't have done that. Sorry " priya mumbled on his neck, her hit breath against his cold skin felt so smoothing to him.
" Oww.. that's okay baby, now tell me why were you angry with me ? " Arjun asked her, he wanted to laugh at their proximity, but thinking about her doe eyes getting widened in anger he kept mum.
The fact is, he's babysitting a woman who's carrying his child in her womb. Isn't it too adorable?
Priya sniffed partying away from his chest and looked at him, " you don't remember what day it is? Do you ? " She asked him, blinking her eyes like a kid.
Arjun thought for a moment scratching his stumble and spoke " umm....is there something that I'm missing ? "
Priya stared at him for a few minutes and got up from his lap, turning her back to him. She stood playing with her fingers. Arjun waited for her to say something.
" Nothing, go get fresh up, I'll serve the dinner " saying this priya walked to the kitchen, while Arjun giggled knowing the reason behind her act.
Of course he does remember !
He just wanted to test her patience. He even knew why she called him at noon, she wanted to know if he planned anything or what. But Arjun being naughty husband, he denied her saying he doesn't remember what she is talking about. Listening to him priya grumpily ended the call while Arjun laughed at her.
How can he forget the day they got married ? It is the day he got priya as a soulmate. The day when destiny put them together for forever.
It's their second anniversary, this time priya was waiting for a surprise from him. But disappointment was all she got, because she was impatiently waiting for him to surprise her, greet her,gifts and a lot of love. But nothing happened like she wished. Infact Arjun woke up and went to the office like everyday, at first she thought he must be pranking her. Nevertheless her patiance broke at afternoon when she called him and asked about evening plans, he simply acted dumb.
How can he forget our second anniversary ? Anger and disappointment appeared in her. She was in peak of anger that she wanted to make him realise his mistake.
On the other side Arjun has planned something for her, but he kept it as a secret until he surprises her.
Smiling on his cute wife, he walked to their bedroom to change his wet clothes.
