Taylor's pov
I wake up at midnight. again. my clock shows it's 5am. ugh. knowing i won't fall asleep again i get off my bed carefully, trying not to wake joe.
i go downstairs, making coffee for me, i scroll down social media, seeing what my fans are up to.
soon i hear echoes of footsteps on stairs "taylor?" a familiar voice calls out. i turn around, facing half-asleep joe.
"love why are you up at 4am?" he asks.
"i couldn't sleep so i came down to make some coffee"
"make some for me too" he says in sleepy tone.
i chuckle and start making coffee for him. as im done we go up on the roof, sipping hot coffee while being wrapped in blankets. when we finish our coffees i cuddle on his chest, taking comfort in his warm body.
he rubs my back and plays with my hair, i feel like drifting in sleep when sky gets lighter, sun coming up slowly.
we sit there cuddled and watch surnise. we stay silent, both lazy to speak. i fall asleep on Joe's chest and i feel him getting up carefully, taking me in bedroom while holding me in bridal style. he lays me on the bed and cuddles with me, i smile slightly drifting in sleep again.
we wake up at 11am, god I've never been asleep this far. guess it's like one of our lazy days. we get up, both lazy to make breakfast we order some food and watch tv.
We cuddled up on the couch, watching Grey's anatomy.
"do you want to get in the pool?" i say out of nowhere suddenly.
"sounds good" he smiles and kisses me. we get up getting ready to go in the pool.
when we're ready we go outside.
omg. sun woke up today and decided to be hot af.
i check water, thank god it's so cold. as im ready to jump in, joe wraps his strong arms around me kissing my neck softly, his hands discovering my body.
"not now alwyn" i moan. he stops and stares at me. smirking.
"not know hm?" he says and starts tickling me.
"nonono please stop" i scream and start running but who let's u run.
he followes and catches me quickly, picking me up and throwing me in the pool.
"damn you're so mean to your girlfriend alwyn" i say in fake hurt tone. he laughs and jumps in the pool.
we stay there for a while, then coming up from pool and after being changed, we turn on tv again.
it's 4pm already, im getting bored of watching tv but too lazy to do some activities.
"joeeeee im boreddddd, let's do something". i say with my dry voice.
he thinks for a minute.
"wanna go to my parents house?" he asks.
I nod. still lazy to get up but uh i can't be like this for whole day.
we get ready soon, come downstairs heading in the car.
joe starts riding and rest of ride is silent, awkwardly.
finally we arrive, we get out of car knocking on the door.
Elizabeth opens the door.
"hi liz!!" i say excitedly hugging brunette woman.
"hi love, you look gorgeous!" she winks at me and i blush like a 15 year old teenager.
"mum im right here" joe says innocently, we all laugh and step in house.
everyone's home, excited to see us.
we talk for a while, then Elizabeth goes in the kitchen preparing dinner.
"tay wanna play video games? i will beat you for sure" Patrick smirks.
"mhm sure, but haha u will be the only loser" i hit his arm playfully.
"i will be upstairs with Patrick babe" i kiss joe and he nods.
me and Patrick go upstairs in his room and sitting down on the couch, eyes glued on tv as we get into games.
"so how's your girlfriend doin'?" i ask with a smirk.
"she's good, don't worry. what about you and joe?" he blushes and tries to. Change subject.
"u can't change subject alwyn, me and joe are good. so exactly what's her name? is she smart? How long have you been dating? have you had your first kiss already? did u two go on date already? when you're gonna introduce her to us???" i ask curious wanting as many answers as possible.
"oh my god taylor chill" Patrick laughs.
"im not telling you name yet. yes she's so smart, we've been dating for 5 months, noo we haven't kissed yet, we'll we may had. also no on date aand not yet" he smiles.
I sigh "come on patt u should at least tell us the name".
"ugh okay her name's betty, she's most beautiful girl and she plays tennis, she can also ride a horse" he says blushing. "but you're the first one who knows the name so keep it as secret" he adds immediately.
"don't worry i won't tell anyone" i smirk. "and beautiful name too".
he blushes even more and i chuckle.
"yesss i woooonnn. I told ya" Patrick shouts. as i am about to protest joe comes in the room.
"dinners ready players, come on" he says, coming closer to me and kissing me on lips.
"eeeew get a room" Patrick says covering his eyes.
me and joe laugh and don't stop, kissing till we're out of breath. Patrick watches us with disgusted look on his face.
"okay but haven't you ever kissed your girlfriend?" joe asks.
"well yes but no but.." he blushes and we laugh at him standing up and heading downstairs.
we eat the dinner and comeback to our house already 9pm.
I get off my clothes getting ready for shower. just as i step in joe followes me behind, we shower together and get in the bed soon.
"i love you" he says in soft tone hugging me tightly.
"i love you too" i whisper. "good night".
"g'night" he says in his British accent and we both fall asleep soon.
