They heard Kiko laugh a bit.
"Yes, tomorrow you should be able to go home, but please take it easy for a few days," She said, then headed back out. She came back a moment later with a wheelchair.
"I'll help you," she said and took one of Hinata's hands, helping him stand up off the bed.
She helped him sit into the chair, and Kageyama stood next to them as she began to wheel him out of the recovery area and back down the hall to the elevator.

The tension was heavy as they stepped into the elevator. As the doors opened to the hall where the room Hinata had been in before was. Kiko pushed the wheelchair out of the elevator, with Kageyama following close behind.
They made their way to the hospital room, and Kiko opened the door to find Kageyama's parents, Hinata's mom, Daichi and Suga, and Tsuki and Yamaguchi all sitting in chairs around the room.
"Were back, " Kiko did in a cheerful tone as everyone's worried expressions faded.
Hinata looked at everyone, a bit groggy and confused from the anesthesia. He was trying to figure out why everyone had seemed so worried and why a few of them looked like they had been crying.
Suga and Daichi stood up off the bed where they had been sitting so that Kiko could Help Hinata back into the bed.
Kiko wheeled the wheelchair to the bed and helped Hinata stand up and sit in the bed. Then she turned to everyone who was still in the room.
"I'll let you all be alone, " she said as she pushed the wheelchair out of the room.
Hinata sat on the bed in silence for a moment as Kageyama sat next to him.
What's wrong?" he asked as his eyes finally focused on Suga.
"They told us you weren't waking up, " Yamaguchi replied from somewhere in the room where Hinata couldn't see him.
Everyone fell silent. Hinata realized at that moment that was why Kageyama's scent seemed off, and why everyone seemed so worried. He looked down, feeling a tad bit guilty that he had caused so much worry for everyone.
Hinata's mom walked closer to the bed and sat a small plastic bag down beside him.
"Kageyama got you some meat buns and some orange gummies, " She said, her voice seeming a bit distant. She backed away from the bed.
There was a knock at the door catching everyone's attention. The door opened, and In came the doctor along with Kiko once again.
"Ah, hello once again, " the doctor said, seemingly in a happier tone than he had earlier. He walked around the room and stood in front of Hinata.
"I need to examine your neck., " he said and motioned for Hinata to tilt his head so he could get a good look at the incision.
Hinata titled his head, and the doctor leaned down. He pressed his fingers to the area above Hinata's permanent mark where the stitches from the incision were. Kageyama had to look away, not liking the fact that the doctor was was that close.
"Does it hurt when I press down?" The doctor asked as he continued to press down around the stitches.
"It hurts a little but not a lot, " Hinata replied as he tried to stop himself from flinging.
The doctor stood up straight again and gave Hinata a small smile.
"Well, it seems like everything is fine, and you can go home tomorrow, " He said, then he noticed the bag of buns and candy next to Hinata on the bed.
"You may eat, but if you feel nauseous, that's normal. I'll let you all be now, and I'll discharge you in the morning, " with that, he turned and walked out of the room with Kiko following behind."
Suga grabbed Daichi by the hand and walked closer to the bed. Hinata looked up to them and couldn't help but notice that Suga still looked worried.
"We're going to go back to the packhouse... Takeda and coach Ukai have been there since we were here, and apparently, all hell has broken loose, " Suga said, trying to fake a smile and let out a small chuckle.
Yamaguchi came from behind him, holding what appeared to be a McDonald's cup with a lid and straw poking from the top.
"I got you some orange juice from McDonald's in case you woke up, and we're thirsty, " he said and reached the cup out for Hinata to take.
Hinata, who was still dizzy and felt off from the anesthesia, gave him the best smile he could and nodded as a thank you. Daichi and Suga headed out the door with Yamaguchi and Tsukki following behind.
Kageyama's mom and Hinata's stood in front of them in silence for a moment before Kageyama's mom spoke.
"We will take you both home tomorrow, she said and gave her son and Hinata a smile and stepped away, allowing Hinata's mom to have a moment to speak to her son.
Hinata's mom looked at her son like she wanted to say something but instead looked down at the floor.
"Save some orange Gummies for Natsu, okay?" She said, finally breaking her silence. Hinata nodded, a bit confused, and watched his mom leave the room.
Kageyama and Hinata sat there alone in silence. Hinata could feel an odd tension between them as if Kageyama wanted to say something but couldn't find the words.
"I'm sorry I made you worry, " Hinata said quietly, breaking the silence between them.
Kageyama looped his arm around Hinata's waist and pulled him closer. He kissed the top of his head. Without saying anything, he reached for the bag of food. He took out two of the now room temperature meat buns and handed one to Hinata.
"You should eat, " Kageyama said and took a bite of the bun in his hand.
Hinata stared at his for a moment. His head still felt a bit fuzzy, and his body felt heavy. He leaned his head against Kageyama's shoulder and started to eat his bun.
After he ate it, he took the Orange gummies out of the bag and opened the package. He took one out and handed ot to Kageyama.
Kageyama took the piece of candy and watched as Hinata squished his between his fingers.
"What's wrong?" Kageyama asked worriedly.
Hinata let out a sigh.
"Nothing, my body just feels weird, " he said quietly.
"At least we can go home tomorrow, " Kageyama replied, hoping it would help Hinata feel better.
Hinata nodded and tried to give Kageyama a smile. He ate a few more gummies before deciding that he could no longer stay awake and laid down.
Kageyama sat the bag with the remaining buns and candy on the chair by the bed and laid down next to Hinata.
