I had to deviate from his main bedroom to a side room, this one had bed post and top bars for drapes on the bed.
I pulled out some rope and looped it though the railing that ran across the top of the bed.
"Mistress?"
I could hear Austin asking for me in his bedroom.
"I'm down the hall in the other room Pet."
I listened as he walked down the hallway, the floor was made of wood.
"Mistress what are you doing?"
I turned around and I saw Austin standing there, my eyes looked him over slowly and I saw he wasn't quite naked.
"This bed works better, take off the boxers please."
I watched him intently, he blushed at my unwavering gaze by like the good boy he is he obeyed and slowly stripped off his boxers.
Standing there naked, he was an impressive sight, but I could tell he was shy about how he looked.
"I know my body isn't perfect..."
My eyes shifted to Austin's face and I narrowed them.
"I was actually thinking the opposite, no need to put yourself down pet - I like what I see, come here."
Slowly he walked over to me, one end of the rope was in my hands.
Give me both your hands, put your writs together.
He let out a whimper but obeyed the simple command, giving a little smile I leaned down and kissed his wrists before I tied the rope around them.
"Thank you for standing still pet..."
I did have to praise him, he was very obedient.
When they were securely tied I used the other end of the rope to pull.
"Now you arms are going to be raised up above your head."
With one hand I pulled on the rope raising his arms above his head the other I gently pushed him back more towards the bed.
When his hands were high enough above his head I tied off the rope.
I got two other pieces of rope and tied simple knots around his ankles as spread his legs apart, tying each one a separate bedpost.
I went out of the room, only long enough to grab his dog collar and chain.
"Mistress I can't move..."
There was distress in his voice, and in holding back I watched as he struggled against his bonds.
I walked over to him and looked into his blue eyes, there was fear, but behind that fear there was lust.
"That's the point pet."
"What are you going to do to me..."
He lowered his head when I put the collar up to it, I fastened it then with the chain I secured it to the bottom part of the bed, he was restrained at four points.
Stepping back I looked at him smiling at my work.
"Whatever I want, you are my toy for the next few hours. Do you agree to that?"
His blue eyes widened and he nodded.
I went over to the blue bag I brough in.
"Fist I want to show you what I discipline my pets with."
I gently pulled out a leather Cat o' nine tails.
"Fuck Mistress."
I turned to face him, he was looking at it with apprehension.
"Language pet...I'm going to give you a test hit - just so you know what it's like."
He whimpered.
"But I've done nothing wrong."
"I know Pet, but I need to make my point, do you consent to this, I'll kiss it better after."
He whimpered.
"You can do as you with mistress, my body is yours - I consent to it."
"Good answer pet."
I deliberately went out of his line of sight, he whimpered as I got on the bed. I thought about how hard I wanted to whip him. I decided to do one hard strike on his right shoulder blade.
Moving my wrist I pulled back and with expert movement I struck him.
He cried out in shock and pain - it was a sound that both turned me on and broke my heart - very conflicting emotions.
Instantly I went over and wrapped my arms around his torso and gently kissed each one of the red spots that now marked his skin.
"That hurt so bad Mistress, but I like when you kiss me better."
I smiled into the one off the kisses.
"See that is all the more reason to obey me, do you now understand and accept the punishment for disobedience?
"Yes Mistress."
"Now, let me get a better look at all your tattoos, I've not been over to look you over at my pace and pleasure yet, and you have a lot."
I got off the bed and I ran my hand down his chest as I looked over all of his tattoos there.
