You ran to your room putting the phone on the charger, quickly picking up a towel and scurrying to the bathroom.
Trying to consume as little time as you could because the place was a good 20 minute drive and getting ready would take at least 35. You scrubbed every inch of yourself in the steaming water. Stepping out wrapping yourself in the towel hovering over the sink preparing your tooth brush before brushing your teeth.
You ran back to your room and you took a peek at the couch to see Jonnie on her phone. You picked an outfit, went with somewhat light makeup and swayed your locs, in the mirror. You did think you were ready for a change of hair. You took a picture playing into Connies antics per usual.

You left the apartment locking it from inside, walking down saying goodbye to your receptionist and heading straight for your car. Once you got in the car you put on your playlist letting the car cool down since you turned the ac on cause it was hot as a mf. You put in the location Connie sent you and started your drive.
About 13 minutes in your drive you started to see a yellow building with a fruitstand on the side. You pulled on to the side, parking so you could shoot Connie a text.

Connie popped up to your passenger window smiling like a kid so you unlocked the door and he jumped in instantly. Taking your seatbelt off you re-adjusted yourself to face him, which ended with you on his lap.
Even though it was way too hot for this shit your arms wrapped around his neck and you embraced his long strong arms that held your waist and his soft palms rubbing your back underneath your hoodie.
You cupped his cheeks giving him a kiss on the lips, but seeing your now brown tinted lip gloss all over his lips made you break into laughter. "Whhaaatt what y/n?? My lips salty or sum its cause I was eating sandia e sal stopp" he stopped rubbing your back and focused on holding you up.
"Na brody it's just my lip gloss n shit all on yo face and ion got nothing to wipe it" laughter coming to a holt you looked into his eyes, which were a lot bigger when he wasn't throwing a fit, sleepy or high.
"Didn't I say I don't care about your lip gloss? It's like you don't listen or sum" he rolled his hazel green eyes at you to which you mugged him. "Bye Connie" you attempted to lift yourself over but Connie pulled you back into his lap. He looked to his watch to check the time, "It is only 1:48, where you got to go! Right okay."
Pushing your body back into his he laid his head on your chest looking out at the fruitstand and you wrapped your hands around his head again.
"Want some fruit y/n" you whispered a small "mhm" near his head, you were tired since you didn't get to sleep well yesterday. "Why you so sleepy? Hard to sleep with out me?" feeling his smirk against your chest you smacked the top of his head causing him to let out a yelp.
He lifted you over so you now sat in drivers while your legs hung over the center console. Connie exited the car standing in front of his open door with a purely unamused face. "Nigga I did not hit you that hard where are you going" he folded his arms and looked away.
"Yes y/n it hurt that badly, tears are forming! I think I know how you can fix it..." saying the last part with a sing-song tone.
I let out a sigh hopping into passenger sitting in front of Connie who's hands rested on top of the car. He looked really good today, he had a white designed belt, black tee and black pants with white detailing, white forces and a deep blue hoodie.

You looked up at Connie mixing your lips, while his tongue poked the side of his cheek and before you knew it his hand fell to your neck holding it firmly as he leaned down and you leaned up into a fulfilling kiss.
Parting your lips giving his tongue full access to your mouth. Once his tongue entered it entwined with yours as your lips smeared over his. Your arms around his neck his other hand rubbing your thigh.
But the moment was not long lived when a smack hit Connie his head pushing him into you. "¿Quién es esta chica Connie!? Preséntame! Es demasiado hermosa para ti" (Who is this girl connie? introduce me! Shes far too beautiful for you)
Connie let out an annoyed huff stepping aside revealing the small lady and her pink and green scarf standing with a clear container of watermelon covered in salt, tajin and dribbles of hot sauce.
"¡Cálmate! ¿Por qué has venido aquí!? No puedo creer que me hayas hecho hacer esto" (Calm down, why did you come over here!? I cant believe you made me agree to this) Connie spoke back at the little lady only causing her to push him aside and ignore him.
"Hello, I am..how you say Connie grandmother yes, I brought fresh fruit for you pretty lady" you smiled at the her accepting her offering seeing it to be rude had you done otherwise.
"Thank you so much! I'm y/n" she began wiping her hands with a napkin, "You know Connie never brings girls to us! Even though he supposed to be watching his cousins, maldito" she glared at him. You wouldn't have came and distracted if you'd had known "I am so sorry, actually I was on my way out!" you said with a slight laugh.
"No she wasn't" Connie chimed, "Connie is right that is nonsense, come y/n" his grandmother agreed. Connie's hand wrapped around my wrist pulling me from the car to follow his grandmother as she walked inside the shop where three kids ran in circles chasing each other.
"Cálmense" Connie shouted to the kids causing one to stop and the rest to fall into each other. They all looked over at the three of you, not saying anything just staring all big eyed.
