Vali was holding onto y/n as he struggled to get out of her grasp she held him close like a mother to her son she held him y/n felt the same feeling he felt when hes with issei the feeling of warmth and safety y/n was feeling comfortable and slowly stopped struggling he soon fell asleep in her arms causing her to let her guard down as issei stood with a clenched fist and a hateful look she got in her battle form when y/n woke up pushing away from vali
This caused her to let go out of reflex he fell a bit but caught himself as his armor came back the black and red now slowly fading back to gold and his sword went from broken to fix and back to gold a voice came from his chest

Vali: so your not dead
.......: who are you talking about
Vali looked to see that it was y/n in valis head she knew that the hero king was dead that he was destroyed by his own attack but this kid held the armor and the helmet as she stared at this being the helmet she talked about formed the helm of knowing
Vali: speak who are you
Y/n: names y/n lionheart and I have but six words
Vali: oh and what's that
Y/n: do you know who I am
Vali: regrettably no I do not know
Y/n: then good leave

Vali was cut off by y/ns fast attack but she blocked it easily

Vali stabbed y/n then she took off the helm issei freaked out and ran to help y/n she jumped up and with her wings lifted her up she landed a heavy punch causing vali to let go of y/n who's armor broke and left him unconscious
Issei and vali threw punches at each other but vali was holding back and issei knew it

Vali: they attacked me I only did what I did to protect myself
Issei: they where all he had left of a family all that was left to keep him safe

Issei stopped for a moment and thought it was her promise to his mother so stopped hitting vali when she spoke again

Issei got her armor ready as drag laughted

Issei used her armor to boost her power level when a gold plate armor formed around her left arm issei looked very confused when drag laughed again this time issei knew why
Drag: so he really gave you the power of the king now hes really wants to help
Issei was ready to throw hands when she heard y/ns voice call out for her to stop she looked back and saw that y/n had awoken and his armor was gone his face was healed his body had no scars anywhere on his body his hair changed to a half color from his usual dark brown to a golden yellow his legr eye changed to a golden look
Issei let her guard down and vali knew this so she went in to attack y/n seeing vali tried to warn her so did rais but it was too late as she was impaled by vali issei fell to the earth hard
As the dust settled isseis body had a hole init slowly healing from her devil blood but it was painful vali flew down to finish the job she stepped on her chest and was ready to put her down when y/n ran over trying to hit her only to get backhanded and thrown a few feet vali went back to try and kill issei but y/n got back up he limped jogged to vali again he tried to hit her but this time vali caught his hand and pulled him to face level and she saw him squirming and trying to get free and where the back of the hand hit
She saw the damage and noticed that he wasn't healing and that his hair changed colors on one side she used some of her magic on him to heal him y/n stopped squirming and stread at her for a moment then he spoke
Y/n: why
Vali confused looked him dead in the eye
Vali: what?
Y/n: why
Vali: why what
Y/n: why can't you just leave us alone
Vali: leave you alone I cant do that sweety
Vali pulled him closer and into her bosom he struggled to get away but again he felt the same comfort he feels when hes with issei and slowly calmed down to a sleep like state
Issei barely crooked out some noises vali stepped off of her and flew away with y/n or so she thought as y/n used an illusion spell his left side the golden yellow side was glowing and so his eye but when vali left he collapsed as the spell took most of his strength and strangely his hair went back to light brown all around
Issei barely picked her self up off the ground with some help from rais and ashia they carried her to y/n who was sleeping issei picked him up and flew away deactivating her armor ashia followed nearly keeping up with issei but as the landed y/n let out a painful cry as his his powers reawakened his hair went back to a golden color and his eye blue again issei panicked and almost dropped him ashia luckily saved him
Issei: what the heck was that
Ashia: i-i dont know but hes really heavy
Ashia almost dropped him when he picked himself up wings of pure gold formed and he flew and for a moment they saw a different person like a monster ready to be let free
Issei: baby are you ok
Y/n: w-where am I
Issei: well dont freak out but
Ashia: where flying
Y/n looked down and sure enough they where flying he slowly looked over to issei
Y/n: how do I get down
Issei laughted and showed him, both her and ashia helped him get used to flying they where having a great time but it got late and they went home issei happy to have her y/n back again ashia was happy for issei but she felt something was off about y/ns memories as when they asked if he remembers even using the spell he replied to no and that all he remembers was yelling at issei to stop then she got stabbed
Time skip school next day
Y/n was walking in the halls his hair still the same one side brown the other yellow sadly people made fun of him for a bit in his first class but as the day went on people warmed up to his hair and the best part is kiba made friends with him
Y/n was in the lunch room with issei talking about what to do after school when kiba showed up everyone thought he was gonna bully him but he bowed and said sorry and apologized for the terrible things he did before and to everyone's surprise y/n accepted it and told him to sit hell issei didnt even say a word she just snuggled up to y/n and kept talking about there plans
Issei was gonna ask kina to tag but he declined and said he was gonna train but would be open in the weekend so y/n smiled and said
Y/n: I'll hold you to it then
Issei smiled and that's when the bell rang issei pouted but let go of y/n and walked back to class
Time skip
Y/n was walking Home happy and wanting to get home to freshen up and get ready for his and isseis date but in a twist of events kiba was walking him home saying that theres been a straight demon on the loose so rais told kiba to watch over y/n while issei needs to recover and attained a meeting
Kiba: so what do you like to do
Y/n: w-well I like to do homework and when I dont got anything to do I either go with issei to the arcade or go with ashia to the park
Kiba: yeah that's good to hear hows your powers
Y/n: u-um what
Kiba: sorry its just that yesterday you used a very high level illusion spell
Y/n laughed and looked at kiba with a huge grin but he spoke with an echo you know the one where it sounds like two people are talking at the same time but a mix of y/n and a demonic voice
Y/n: you see I used what I like to call a spell ruin and when it wears off the ruin disappears it's like magic

Y/n: I'm just this stupid kids powers I manifest after father killed himself I became my own conscience but soon learned that this kids a powerful hero so hay lucky me so I'm using his body to channel my energy with his sadly in the attack he lost his memories now I have to work alone

Y/n: you bet its real anyway I'm his magic part you see I've seen what you did to him I remember the terrible things from when he got here you guys where here too I may have been locked away but I still saw what happened

Isseis pov
Isseis and ashia where flying home to meet up with y/n so they could go out and see a movie issei was flying as fast as she could with only one thought
Issei: I hope I get lucky tonight
But then they got a call rais was telling her to get back to her house as fast as she could it was attacked
Issei flew back faster then shit and when she got there rais and akeno had just killed the remaining fallen Angel's and evil priest ashia saw kiba with cuts and wounds all over his body his cloths torn issei noticed that her house was a wreck and almost destroyed
Issei was about to go in to what was left but rais stopped her
Rais: dont go in there
Issei: why not
Rais: just don't go in for your own good
Issei: what's going on rais what's happened
Rais: I'll tell you just walk away and hear me out
Issei slowly walked away from the door rais sat down and gestured for issei to sit as well
Rais: well for starters this was an ambush
Flashback
Kiba and y/n had just made it to the house they both walked in y/n went up into his room and started his homework but shortly after isseis parents came home they saw kiba in the living room and yelled for y/n to come down
Y/n: oh right mom and dad this is kiba one of my upperclassmen
Isseis mom wanted to say something but was put unconscious both her and the father and like a horror movie these images came through these magic circles
Kiba used the magic word to summon y/ns magic form and they faught the mages until one of them his kiba with a paralysis spell and froze him they kicked him around forna.but but y/n got him out of there but by then the roof was gonna collapse in a last minute attempt to save both kiba and isseis parents he threw kiba outside and away from the falling ruble
Y/n then shielded isseis family from the roof
After hearing this she gasped and ran in only to see what she didn't want to see her parents where dead and y/n was kneeling infront of them using a type of healing magic to try and recover them but mother was impaled and her wound was too big father was crushed one half of his body
Issei turned to y/n who said no word she slowly approached him issei teary eyed hot up behind him and hugged him y/n flinched but he finally broke and yelled his magic fading
Y/n kept trying to activate his magic again and again and again but he was out of mana but he kept trying out of hope that it would just turn on and heal them issei could see this and knew that he was gonna hurt himself
Issei: please stop theres nothing we can do there gone I'm sorry y/n but please stop
Y/n stopped and just slumped down issei hugged him tightly and cried as reality hit her and she cried her parents where dead where will she go where will she stay but something awoken her from her thoughts
Y/n:..i...really...tried...this...time
Issei looked at him and saw lifeless eyes and a dead look but tears came out
Y/n screamed out in pain
Y/n: I FAILED AGAIN!!!
issei was pushed back by this golden light and issei saw y/n split into to his powerful magic grew it's own body and teleported away leaving y/ns human side on the ground with the permit golden yellow hair and blue eye
Issei got up and ran to y/n to see if he was alright but saw that her parents where alive again like they where never dead
Isseis mother saw issei holding y/ns body and ran to her
Mother: what happened to the house and to y/n
Issei: a-an earthquake
