Guys before this starts, i know this contains Dsmp events but they're not on the same dates and they're different, i will keep things like the war or schlatt but they will be different. To make things fit in and get to the things i wanted to i had to change things in the events and even they're dates. I'm sorry if it bothers or confuses some of you!
~techno's pov~
"Dream what the fuck, why are you here and why are you hugging y/n?!"
I didnt thought about it before saying it. Now it felt awkward. Both dream and y/n were looking at me.
"oh hi techno!" y/n said totally ignoring what i said earlier. "uh- hallo" i said also forgetting what just happen. Dream looked at me and smiled awkwardly. I noticed he didnt had his mask on.
"I was goanna get ready for the.. you know.." dream then said also forgetting what i said earlier. I nodded in response. I knew what he meant and i noticed he didnt meant to let y/n know about the war. As much as i wanted to spend time with y/n i had to go in the war. Soon enough y/n figured out there's something we dont want to tell her.
~y/n's pov~
"I was goanna get ready for the.. you know.." dream said. For a second i ignored what he said thinking he just forgot the word but then Techno nodded. That's the moment i realized they're hiding something from me. "ahem so for what are you guys getting ready?" Dream looked at me panicked. He then looked at me then back to techno and then back to me.
Techno then came a bit closer. "hey.. uhm y/n.. you know there's this war going on.. pogtopia against Manburg.." he said. Then realization hit me. They were going to war. I got scared. What if i lose them? i know techno fought in a lot of wars and he's alright but.. what if i lose him? what if i lose dream..? ".. i-is there g-going to be Wilbur as well..?.." But only then i realized. Manburg was a while ago L'manburg, and L'manburg was ruled by someone named Wilbur. The person that was there when i woke up was none other but Wilbur, the ruler of L'manburg himself.
Techno spoke up "i mean.. you might not realized but he's the ruler of L'manburg.." I looked at him deep in the eyes somewhat admiring his beautiful black eyes. "I just realized... You will be fine wo-" i tried to speak but dream cut me off "We have to hurry, i am sorry but y/n you shall better go or hide at the least"
I was about to cry. all i could think about is that i could lose my friends in this war. I seriously didnt wanted them do get hurt. "look, y/n i know you're probably scared but yet the best chose is to hide or go back. If they find you they will find you useful for.. well i dont know what but they could use you as an advantage to get to me or Wilbur or techno or the others" Dream said trying to calm me down, getting a bit closer, I could see techno looking somehow different to dream when he came closer.
Then i remembered, my parents were going to Manburg. That could stop them to stay there a good 3 weeks because they will stay there until the war stops, not being allowed to travel back.
techno then went in the basement without saying a word. Dream started making potions, teaching me how to do them as well in case i might need to. Techno then came back with a iron sword and a shield. He came closer saying "y/n, i know you dont know how to fight but these could help you in case of something." as he handed me the sword and the shield. They were a bit heavier than i tough they would be.
Techno started to look around, open chests or help dream with the potions. When they were done, it wasn't yet the time so techno took the chance to teach me how to fight. He taught me the essentials. Then a new person came in. He had a bucket hat and had blonde hair. He looked a bit old. "uhm.. hi" i said. "oh hello I'm Philza, you must be y/n, right?" i didnt knew him but he seemed to know my name so i backed up to techno, hugging his arm, hiding my face on his chest. "w-who's that..?". Techno just laughed so that meant that old man was someone he knew.
"that's Philza, my father" he said still laughing. I got so embarrassed. I was scared he was someone from the other kingdom. "O-OH! I'm so sorry- i- i didnt knew!" a blush of embarrassment showed up on my face. Techno just started laughing harder as Philza also started laughing. Dream was just smiling. "dont worry, its fine" Philza said as he tried to stop laughing.
~Techno's pov~
All of a sudden, y/n came closer to me, hugging my arm, she was hiding her head on my chest. If felt nice but also weird. I realized something or someone scared her. She then asked "w-who's that...?" I then looked at Philza, just then noticing he arrived. I started laughing. She probably thought he was someone from the other kingdom
"that's Philza, my father" i said still laughing. Even tho, the fact that she came to me when she was scared made me feel nice ."O-OH! I'm so sorry- i- i didnt knew!" a blush of embarrassment showed up on her face as she said that. I started laughing harder as Philza also started laughing. "dont worry its fine" Philza said as he tried to stop laughing.
~y/n's pov~
I got really embarrassed but i tried to change the subject "so when.. when will you guys be back from the.. y'know.. war.. if you are coming back.. hopefully.." Techno then looked at me with a sad face "i-i dont know but we- we will come back.. i mean I'm the blood god himself right?". I could tell he was trying to comfort me but he wasn't the best at that. I softly laughed at his attempt of comforting me.
As i was watching the boys get ready for the war, the only thing i could think of was the fact that techno was seen by so many people as a scary, crule, ruthless monster but in reality he is really not. He had been kind and caring.. at least around me. He is intimidating yet so soft and funny
As the boys were ready ( again) they took their things and took their goodbyes from me. But When it was techno's turn to say his goodbye, i felt like i just needed to hug him. So i hugged him but without noticing a tear fell from my face. "Dont cry.. it will be fine i promise" i looked at him, stayed like that for a few seconds then i backed up, allowing him to go. "If something happens to me please take the netherite armor from my chests, the axe and the sword and ask Philza to teach you how to fight for me, be the woman you wanted to be." he basically whispered. The fact that he thought something could happen to him made me tear up again. "goodbye, y/n, ill see you again, i hope" As they left, i waved to them.
When they got further away, i entered the house, fell on my knees and started crying. I am afraid of losing my dearest friends. I could say that i consider these guys like my best friends. Even tho i only had two friends besides them and of course Luke but with none of my friends i spent this much time witht, because I never was allowed to.
Now i was stuck in techno's house until he comes back.. if he does ..but now that i am all alone, what can i possibly do to keep me busy? there's no way in hell i am going back until i spend at least a day with my friends and make sure they're alright, so i will have to find something to keep me busy.
~Time skip~
It had been a day since techno and his friends went to war. I did got pretty bored but in my time i either cleaned around the house, made food, feed his pet foxes and polar bears, practiced fighting by myself or reading some of the million books he owns. I discovered he read a lot of books in the past.
This whole time i really thought about techno. I seen him as a really close friends even tho we basically haven't spent much time together but each time he's around i feel something different.. something i never felt before.. besides the fact that i felt safe around him.
Indeed he was smart, kind, funny and attractive.
This time I've made a plan for today. Firstly i was going to practice fighting, then i will take a shower, go feed the pets and then look around techno's arsenal, I was thinking of leaving him some gold in one of his chests without him knowing. I knew he liked gold things, he even had golden piercing in his pig alike ears, he had a lot of gold rings, necklaces and much more. I never knew what to give him exactly because he seemed to be pretty rich for a normal person. Kind of wondering what he did to earn all of this gold and money.
I followed my plan, and now i was going to look around and in his chests.
As i opened one of them i saw his coat. I took it and put it on my shoulders sometimes hugging it tight.. It felt so good and it reminded me of when i hugged his arm and hid my head in his chest.. i started smiling.
Am i starting to catch feelings for him?...
