my heart dropped, standing outside the door stood the three demons who were for sure going to scare away Lisette

my father came out with a smug look on his face, fixing his tie

I covered my face and whined. I heard Lisette chuckle under her breath and I looked at her

my mom went over to open the door and in they came

my grandpa shoved my grandma out of the way and hugged my mom

my grandfather literally threw my grandpa out of the way and hugged my mom like a toddler

my mom laughed and my grandparents went over to hug my dad. well, my grandpa just looked him up and down and let out a quick "tch" and walked away

I looked over at my mom for help and she ran over, pulling my grandma away from Lisette

my grandpa was yelling and squirming around trying to get out of the headlock my dad had put him in

he started playing music on his phone and grabbed lisette by her hands and started... salsa dancing. he started off with simple steps, then out of no where he picked lisette up and started doing all of these complex moves. lisette was spinning, flipping, and dipping. the song soon ended and my grandfather somehow pulled out a rose and gave it to her. I grabbed her since she was dizzy from all of the spinning

my dad booped my grandpas nose and he started going ballistic again. I grabbed lisettes hand and my grandfather started playing music.

she whispers back. she grabbed my right hand in hers and put it up in the air. she grabbed my left hand and placed it on her hip. she's always wearing baggy clothes but I felt her curves. she proceeded to put her free hand on my shoulder

the music started playing and I felt my legs and hips move on their own. it was involuntarily happening. it felt strange, my bones felt tingly and then I realized lisette was using her quirk on me. I couldn't even take control of my legs. I felt her hips moving so smoothly and looked down at them
lisette: my eyes are up here
I felt the blood rushing to my cheeks.

lisette laughed. the song went on and I got lost in the feeling of being so close to her, and seeing the way she moves so effortlessly. it felt like we were the only ones in the room. we somehow ended up being closer, I could hear her lightly laughing in my ear. I dipped her and our faces were inches apart. our eyes were locked and then-
bakugo: LET GO OF ME!
we both quickly stood up

to be fair, we were both blushing, my mom was nudging my shoulder

I looked over at lisette and I caught her looking at me. she quickly looked away and was being teased by my grandmother

he smiled at me
todoroki: i'm starving, let's go eat
he led me to the kitchen with his arm around my shoulder. dinner ended with everyone laughing, I could tell that by this ONE dinner, lisette had grown on everyone. we helped clean the kitchen table and then we left since it was already pretty late and we needed to finish our project.
josiah: next time, please warn me before using your quirk on me
she chuckled
lisette: I didn't have time to
josiah: it felt weird!
lisette: give yourself some credit
josiah: I didn't do anything
lisette: I stopped using my quirk on you after the first two minutes into the song

she started laughing in between her words and I couldn't help but laugh too. her laugh was so dorky, she'd snort at times but it was so adorable, I loved hearing it anytime I could, I loved causing it even more though

Lisette: please they're 60 and can still move like that!
we decided to work on the projects at my dorm, I was sitting on my bed and she was sitting at the foot of my bed facing me
lisette: get off your phone and finish your project
Josiah: I finished it like 5 minutes ago

I gave her my laptop and she skimmed through it, then stopped half way

she laughed and gave me my laptop

Josiah: you act as if he actually reads these, hes on his phone for the most of class

I laughed at her and sent her a copy of my document. I was scrolling through instagram and saw a video of a girl showing her fake nails
Josiah: look at how long these are! props to girls with long nails, I could never

I scoffed. then I realized I had said it out loud. I quickly pursed my lips and didn't look up from my phone. she didn't say anything but I heard a small huff from her. I slowly looked up at her, she was still typing but she had a smile on her face and her cheeks were a faint pink. she looked at me and I quickly looked back down at my phone
Lisette: finally done!
she closed her laptop
Lisette: haa.. im tired as hell
she stretched and then immediately passed out on my bed
Josiah: uh.. Lisette?
I poked her cheek very very lightly
Josiah: oh well, I tried
I smiled and laid her under the covers on the other side of the bed. I got my clothes and went to go change in the bathrooms, then I went back to my dorm and turned the lights off. I didn't lay under the covers though, my father would kill me. I laid on top of the blankets and closed my eyes. I was almost falling asleep, when I heard Lisette rustling in the covers and then felt her hand over my stomach, hugging me, and her head was laid on my chest.
Josiah: Lisette-
Lisette: you'll be less cold this way..
her sentence was barley audible, I could tell she was still half asleep. my heart was now racing like a motherfucker. she weakly chuckled
Lisette: relax..
I put my arm over her and soon enough we had both gone back to sleep. the next morning I woke up to an empty bed. was it all a dream? did I pass out as soon as she left? what happened-
Lisette: hurry up, you're gonna be late
she said as she opened my dorm door
Josiah: ...where did you-
Lisette: I had to take a shower so I got up before you, I didn't wanna wake you
so it wasn't a dream..
Lisette: hurry up!

she left my dorm and I hopped out of bed, I was smiling like an idiot at the fact that it wasn't a dream. I finished up in the bathroom and ran out to the kitchen where Quinn and Lisette were waiting for me. they weren't talking though, they were kinda just standing there.
Quinn: finally, bitch
Josiah: my... alarm.. didn't go off
I heard Lisette chuckle under her breath and I subtly nudged her
Quinn: ...
the day went by faster than expected, soon I was walking to my uncles class with Quinn.
Andy: good morning class! its a wonderful day today, isn't it! I think we should take today off for a mental health day!
Josiah: whats up with him
Quinn: my mom said that apparently he went on a date with some girl yesterday and he's "in love"
Josiah: someone WILLINGLY puts up with him?

Andy: okay! we'll start off with a meditation, everyone close your eyes!
long story short, everyone ended up falling asleep.

I winked at her and blew her a kiss, she flipped me off and walked up to her house

she snatched the garbage bags out of my hands and went out back

I sat down and heard the door bell jingle. the customer looked sketchy though, they had a black hoodie on and some grey sweats, a hat and glasses on. they looked tall as well.
Lisette: you fucker!
Josiah: sorry princess
Lisette: I cannot believe I fell for that!
she came over and started smacking me, I was laughing at her
Josiah: chill out!
I grabbed her hands and pulled her in closer, she quickly calmed down and just furrowed her brows in embarrassment
Josiah: its not my fault you have a tiny brain
Lisette: I hate you!
she started hitting me again and I saw the customer set their things down on the counter.
Josiah: pause, we'll continue later, mk?
Lisette: stop making it sound weird!
she laughed and I walked over to the counter, laughing to myself
???: lady trouble?

I heard from the back room
???: slow day, huh?
Josiah: its never really busy, but the pay is good and I get to mess around with my co-worker and boss
the stranger laughed and they took their hoodie off, along with their glasses
