quinn: come on!
josiah: im going!

we walked into the school dorms and got settled in. our dorms were obviously not in the same wing but it was fine. we met at the dining area, where quinn was already eating

josiah: your fatass couldn't wait huh
quinn: I just eat well

I grabbed some chicken from her salad and ate it

josiah: I got a room next to peter, i swear that kid is so annoying
quinn: bruh I got a room next to the ice queen
josiah: lisette? no way
quinn: I waved at her and she snarled at me, then slammed the door. she only had a box of things, it was mostly just clothes and like a doll, I think
josiah: so she has a soft side
quinn: maybe it's a voodoo doll

she did those creepy fingers at me, I laughed and smacked her hands away from me.

lisette: you were so against people talking about me but here you are, doing the same, fucking hypocrite

she grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and walked away

lisette: let me take take a bow though, you know, so you can put up your nice guy act, and kiss my damn ass

she turned the corner and quinn and I were speechless

quinn: take a bow so we can pull that stick out of your ass instead
josiah: ...

quinn continued eating and I grabbed a juice box.

josiah: bestie what are we doing wrong
quinn: ugh..

she looked down at her salad

quinn: we're not doing anything wrong, she just doesn't like us
josiah: but WHY

she rolled her eyes

quinn: I don't KNOW, JOSIAH
josiah: hm.. do you think-

she sighed loudly

quinn: im gonna go eat this in my dorm now, goodbye

she got her salad and walked off

josiah: um.. okay

I went back to my dorm and did some homework, to be honest I thought life in the dorms would be more exciting.. if anything, home is more exciting than this. jeez, I miss my parents and their weird habits already. I spent the whole day in my room, trying to find things to do. eventually I gave up and walked over to quinn's dorm. before I could turn the corner I saw lisette with a hoodie on, looking around and then quickly ran off. we weren't supposed to leave the dorms after sundown, so she made sure to be quiet when leaving. where was she going? she shouldn't be going out by herself at this hour, maybe I should- no, josiah, just leave her be.. it's not your problem. I knocked on quinn door

quinn: no ones here!

she said, monotone

josiah: I guess i'll take these fudge brownies with me then! oh well!

I stood at the door and I heard her tiny footsteps bolting towards the door, then it swung open

quinn: gimmie-

I smirked and her smile disappeared

quinn: I literally hate you
josiah: hang out with me!
quinn: im tired
josiah: okay, let's take a nap together!
quinn: ew no, gross

I sighed

quinn: night!

she closed the door
