vritika stopped arjun from attacking karn "what is happening here? is this a festival night or war field that you are lifting weapons " vritika asked them coldly "rajkumari you please don't come in between this is our matter" arjun said

"is this the way to behave in this kind of occassion I am totally disappointed with your behavior I have warned all of you to behave properly till the festival is completed but you all haven't listened to me mistake is from both the sides and all will be punished this is final all will be locked in the same room tomorrow totally and I want you all to not fight and vritika you will monitor them tomorrow that they should not fight because I can't trust anyone except you in this case is this clear " bheesm yelled at them even dhritrastra and vidur flinched to his authoritive tone no one tried to oppose it but vritika was irritated that why is she given the punishment
"are they babies or am I looking like a baby sitter why should I look after them" vritika said in a irritated tone bheesm turned towards her and raised his eye brow but vritika was not even effected "this is final vriti and this my decision being your brother you have to listen to my words" bheesm said with teasing smirk on his face playing his master card to make her do what he wanted to
"fine do what ever you want again blackmailing me" vritika grumbled said the line only audible to persons near her listening to this subhadra chuckled vritika shot a glare towards her seeing her sister irritated she kept finger on her lips like a obiedient child the festival resumed and everything went smooth .
But kunti was feeling a bit low seeing her sons fighting but she thanked vritika in mind to stop them before anything big happened .
other side vritika was avoiding karn totally and talking to subhadra and dushala. Karn was trying to speak with vritika ask her forgivness but she was so angry on him , he sighed knowing about her anger issues stopped trying thought to ask her forgiveness after festival . but even duryodhan and dushasan were feeling bad for upsetting vritika they even don't knew why they were feeling bad for the person whom they met just a day back , pandavas were having mixed feelings towards vritika .
But yudhistir was quite impressed with her dealing with the situation some where he started to admire her . Soon the festival was coming to an end suddenly dhritarastra stood up "I want to announce the yuvraj of hastinapur tomorrow " before completing his sentence bheesm stood up
"dhritrastra you can't take the decision in haste with out consulting other members of the court" bheesm said normaly "but tatshree I am the king " "you might be the king dhritrastra but not the head of the family and me being the head of the family doesn't find any suitable person to take the position so there will be no selection of yuraj till I personally feel that they are capable so no more discussion about this matter and I will train both duryodhan and yudhistir after that there will be test for both of them from that you can decide who will be the yuraj it is final" bheesm yelled vidur tried to say something but stopped in middle .
dhritrastra although didn't like it but thinking his son will also get to chance to prove himself so backed off . Duryodhan was in stage of shock listening what his pitamaha said but when he followed bheesm's gaze he saw he was smiling at vritika who was returning him with smirk . He understood it was because of her he thanked her mentally for doing this . all pandavs and karn dushasan duryodhan wanted to talk with her but she left from there immediately after the announcement.
