heavy manga spoilers, if you don't understand much—read chapter 304 of the manga.

(Y/n)s eyes shot open, she was met with pitch black darkness—nothing but a void. It was peaceful, 'So...i really died huh?' There was nothing, no walls, no sounds, no movements, absolutely nothing. It was the most amazing feeling, was time passing? She didn't know, somehow—she was floating and didn't have any injuries anymore. A small, content, smile graced her face with a softening of her eyes and relaxing of her body. She feels bad for leaving but, right now—she felt nothing but serenity.

Her eyes fluttered shut with a soft breath that escaped her lips. 'I'm sure someone will find the notebook and they'll save the sins.' Her smiled started to turn down. 'But...who's going to fix society? What about dad? Who's going to stop him?' She started to panic, 'I can't leave! There has to be a way to go back, come on! Shit, i should've thought this through!' She tried to move around—she couldn't. There was a weird whirring sound that the vigilante stop and glance around. "(Y/n).."

Her body went rigid as a hand was placed on her shoulder, there was a light behind her, to be specific—a presence. "My baby, my baby, you're my baby." The back of a warm hand caressed her cheek, she caught of glimpse of familiar pastel pink nail polish. Someone hugged her from behind and placed their hand on her forehead—pushing the hair in front of her face back. The scent of coconuts and before it rained invaded her nose. "Mom...?"

She glanced back to find a woman with unruly brown hair and narrowed navy blue eyes. "Mom!" She tried to hug the woman but gravity turned on and she phased right through the woman and tumbled onto floor covered by about three inches of water. She looked up from her laid position in shock, the woman was still there. "(Y/n), my darling..." The white dress she had on—flowed behind her as she went up to her daughter.

Aiko cupped her face in her warm hands and kissed the tip of her nose. "Mom? Is that really you?" She tried to desperately reach out for the woman—anything—but her hand only touched air. "Why can't i touch you?! Come on! Please, why are you doing this?! You can't just show up out of no where! Stop." The blue haired girl tried to push the woman away but it didn't work—instead, she continued to hug her. "Get off of me! How could you?! How dare you just leave me like that and expect me to not hate you!"

"I hate you!" She had unwanted tears pricking at her eyes as the woman continued to caress her hair lovingly. "It's not fair, i know cariño, i just wanted to tell you how much i love you." She started crying too, before adding, "Our time is only limited, but i ask something of you darling." She wiped the girls tears away with her thumb. "I want you to forgive your father, he too was a product of someone who wasn't saved. Or was, but by the wrong person."

(Y/n) started to tug at her hair, "What the hell?! You—! What?! Forgive him? Are you even sane? Don't you remember what he did to you? What he did to the both of us?! What he did to me? I was confused mom! I barely knew what was going on, it was confusing for a little girl to have her world fall apart right in front of her—and now you're asking me to forgive someone who knew it was wrong but still continued to do what was wrong?!" It was confusing, infuriating for her.

How could this—this, person just show up as her mother and tell her to forgive him for what he did. "I know it's confusing honey but you have to look at him—tell me, do you hate your father because he's what you don't want to become? Do you truly hate him?" Her her trembled and she backed away from the glowing silhouette. "You don't know anything! You don't know how i had to survive years of me being by myself! You're selfish!"

"You abandoned me!" Aiko hugged the girl again as the latter could do nothing but struggle with air. "Please forgive him (Y/n), i'm sorry. I am selfish, it was selfish of me to abandon you—i should've left sooner. But please, don't say you hate me." She started to dissipate from her fingers. (Y/n) couldn't, the lump in her throat prevented her from saying anything as her mother started to fade away into the darkness. "Wait—!" She was gone, again.

The ex-vigilante pressed her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around her legs, a way to keep the darkness from making her tremble. What just happened? She didn't know, she was just supposed to die and that was it. She let her head drop down and pressed her forehead against her knees. Her right hand raised towards her neck, trails of blood rolled down to her grey shirt—she was scratching her neck too harshly. Her eyes were shut tight.

"(Y/n), stop doing that." She scratched harder at the unfamiliar but familiar voice. "Stop." Her eyes shot open—the voices, or the voice that would overlap and echo inside of her subconsciousness—it was clear. There was a speck of light right in front of her 'The hell?' She stood up from her previous position and stared at the light as it got larger—it radiated a type of warmth that people would love. Or maybe it was how powerful its aura was.

The light looked like some type of star, if she titled her head—it would look like an X because of its four points. It was similar to the star of a compass but only the four pointed parts of it, it almost looked fragile if she were to touch it. "(Y/n)..." It was calling out to her. "One for all." The blue haired girl furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. She didn't mean to say that, so why did she? Was it really One For All? "(Y/n)." She reached out to the star—everything flashed a bright light, and suddenly she landed on ground.

Her mind started to spin and she clutched her forehead. There were eight presences—her head shot up in alarm. (Y/n) was met with eight piercing gazes on her. "Sit down kid, ya' gonna be here for a while." A bald man with a slouched sitting position and goggles on his forehead ordered. She kept her mouth shut and sat down on her knees—she was in a room with a run down door. 'These are...the former successors of One For All...'

"Sorry—it was kind of our fault you died." She choked on her own spit. "What-?!" She turned to the long white haired man with pretty green eyes. "Previously—you could only sense us and see us in your dreams. We appear when you need support, since you were little we've been watching everything from your point of view. But my power, one for all—has been growing since the time you were able to have the energy transferred to your body. Your mental instability since you were a child has given us the advantage to eventually communicate with you and each other."

'Mental instability—?!' She pursed her lips, he was right though. "Don't worry though! Yer privacy is safe, we choose to look when you're not doing anything. So don't worry about being watched all the time." The man who spoke first spoke again. "So...what's up with me being here now? Aren't i supposed to be in hell or something?" She tilted her head to the side. A man with a unique scar going from his hair line, and sliding down all the way from his eye and a little below his lips stood up. "My name is Shinomori Hagake, i am the fourth user of One For All."

"You have been using my quirk since you were a child, it's become more powerful since the time of the...what was it? The U.S.J incident." She perked up "Right! I remember now, that made my ears bleed." She stood up wanting to know about all of them, maybe a little too sudden. "You scared me there." She sweat dropped, "I was alerted to be alert to your alerting manifesting..." She blinked once, twice, and then shifted back as the other man was ready to slap the other on the back, probably.

Shinomoris quirk activated and he also shifted back—making the others hand miss. "Master Shinomori here is a weirdo hermit who lived in the woods cause' he was so irritable when it came to society." (Y/n) slapped a hand over the mouth as the other attacked his master with the dark tendrils she used during the fight in Kamino. "It was a turbulent time, i wasn't the weirdo—everyone else was." She let out a small "Pfft-!" And looked away. "Are you aware of my age and cause of death?" She shook her head.

"I was forty and of old age." She furrowed her eyebrows "But you were barely old..." she pointed out. "I didn't understand why either, Banjou and i were discussing it amongst each other but it was through Yagi-kun that we were able to understand. In layman's terms, one for all is no longer to be held—by a regular person." She squatted to the ground and pressed her hands on her face—the gears were turning. "I think you overwhelmed her..!"

She held up a finger and they watched as a look of realization appeared, she bounced back up and tapped her foot on the floor. "Midoriya-kun and All Might were both quirkless before they were given One For All and all of you probably had quirks and the body isn't really fit to have multiple quirks at the same time unless you're like you." She gestured the white haired man in the room before continuing. "And so that's basically where you got your scar, didn't you Shinomori-san. The quirk is burning out people's life force—"

"—So basically like a cup of water, you guys had all of your cups filled and adding another portion of water made it overfill and crack under its pressure. And so, only people without quirks are able to contain the power, but so then—why am i here? And what are you explaining this to me?" She glanced at everyone's shock fill expressions and faltered 'Overdid it didn't i..?' They shook themselves out of it.

"Straight to the point—my brother gave you another quirk, a friend of your ancestor thankfully. We will train you—here in this domain, to control the new power you have obtained. My power, your two quirks and now adding another one—you're dead but..." The girl clenched her fists in confusion. "The quirk my brother gave you—is bringing you back to life, it's starting to merge with One For All." She glanced around and locked eyes with a man with narrowed eyes—identical to hers.

"The Flash—i have his quirk now, it was called Godspeed. He was able to manipulate forms of electricity and lighting at will, he was called the flash because of him using it to run at levels above mach three. But, when am i going to go home? How am i going to balance all of these quirks, you said it yourself—i'm dead but it's brining me back to life. What are the drawbacks to it when i do revive? Ive had one for all since the day i took a breath but my other quirks when i was four and seven."

"The cost is that—you'll lose your memories form everything you did during this time. Not all of them thankfully, we'll teach you how to balance everything (Y/n)-chan. Just put your faith in us, godspeed sent you to our domain because there was a path that connected. You will also be using our quirks from now on, it'll be your choice to use them in the real world or not. Now, are you ready to begin?" The blue haired girl let her jacket flow off of her body with a smirk as they all activated their quirks.

Her eyes flickered blue. "Heh, hope you old geezers can keep up." They grinned as she cracked her knuckles. The nine all launched at each other with adrenaline.

At 4:32 in the morning, (Y/n) (L/n) was pronounced dead. There was a shatter inside of people's hearts—when she revealed herself to be the vigilante known as Azul, people obviously would freak out. Not in a bad way though, she was known around the world for capturing the most villains, even out of the top ten heroes. The hero public safety commission was out to get her, the president would issue orders to other heroes to capture the vigilante because they were doing what heroes were supposed to do.

It was blatantly obvious that the commission was corrupted, they try to force a fake viewpoint of society onto innocent and naive civilians who don't know better. There was always one thing that nagged at the back of their mind, more than 80 percent of the world cheered for Azul during her vigilante times—even if it was illegal in Japan, she was people's idol. So when she was pronounced dead—multiple people broke down over it.

Even criminals whom she saved from being lead down a dark path, she was also known for taking down corrupted heroes—though that would always be covered up by the commission. Shinsou Hitoshi could remember the day he met (Y/n) (L/n) almost vividly, she was amazing. She stood up for him and kicked ass while doing it, from the point on he stole glances at her in the hallways—hoping for her to turn to him. He could remember her saying something by the lines of—

"A quirk is what you make of it!"

Yeah, maybe she was a bit rough with it but his bully's got the point. When he found out he was going to be able to transfer to the hero course soon—he was obviously estatic about it. Who wouldn't be? The best thing of all was that he was going to be trained by Eraserhead himself, also known as his favorite hero. It was the same day the sports festival ended that he was about to walk into class A— he entered the room, he knew that Eraserhead had an adopted daughter and he knew it was (Y/n).

It was pretty cool to think about it—because he admired both of them. But when he saw the caring emotions in their eyes when they looked at each other—he didn't like it. He hated that he didn't like it, she never did anything to him before but he couldn't help the bitter resentment enter him. Him and his father didn't always have the best relationship, but they still cared for each other. His mother was out of the picture but that didn't matter.

(Y/n) (L/n)—A girl with everything, a perfect quirk, in the hero course, in a perfect school, perfect clothes, hair, eyes, she had so many friends and people that loved her, she had Eraserhead as her father. She was perfect, someone with everything he's ever wanted before. From there—the resentment that he felt for her grew rapidly. He began getting invited to dinner, it was definitely a level up, Shinsou wanted to take everything she had, for himself.

She would be fine—she had tons of other people to depend on. When he opened the door to face the girl—he felt a sick sense of satisfaction when she was confused. "Ah, Shinsou-san was it? Where's Shouta?" He clenched his fists behind his back, she didn't even remember his name. He became annoyed as she was also close to Hizashi. "What's with all the cutesy nicknames?" He scoffed at her irritated expression. She doesn't have any valid reason to be annoyed.

When he heard Aizawa say "Family day isn't as important as training Shinsou, go ask someone else." He smirked to himself—content, something nagged in the back of his mind. He knew it wasn't right, but she would be fine, it was nothing. She's probably never even had something barely bad happen to her. Next was after the final exams, he pointed out her neck bleeding—they looked like scratch marks, he shook it off. She was perfect, she didn't have any reason to do something to herself.

"Sorry, who are you again?" That set him off, was little Mrs.Ungrateful was too good to remember someone as low as him? How annoying. Next was in the hallway, he could even feel (Y/n)s blood run cold when she saw both him and Aizawa together. He made eye contact with one of her dearest friends, he looked away with a small noise of amusement. He felt accomplished of his actions when she bolted towards the exit. What?

She was so sensitive, she's never felt anything like he has. She deserves it, she would be fine. Though—it hurt when Aizawa would still choose her over him. But he watched him run after her with a smile, he was proud of himself for showing the girl that she should be more grateful. Next, the training camp—he almost laughed when his mentor told him how his previous adopted daughter had been kidnapped, wow, was she really that weak that she couldn't prevent herself from getting kidnapped? She's so pathetic.

He's so much better than her.

The press conference—a daughter of a villain, now this made him confused. Little miss perfect was a daughter of a villain? Well whatever, that didn't change anything. But it did get him thinking—what did she really suffer from? No, nothing happened to her, and nothing was going to. She would get famous off of being kidnapped and that was that so it doesn't matter. He was wrong, he watched her fight alongside All Might.

Could she be anymore of an attention seeker? Something course through his veins when he started overthinking it, it was a ice cold sense of realization and a hot feeling of shame. But still, she was going to be fine right? All Might and Azul, they could take anything together. So he went to sleep, the next morning, he had waken up to multiple news notifications and the class 1-C group chat blowing up. He opened his phone and opened the group chat first.

(r/p)
Dude! Did you guys hear the
news? That (Y/n) girl is
dead!:(

(r/p)
Ik! I feel so bad for
her classmates. My mom
started crying cause' she was
actually saved by (L/n) once,
it's really bad.

(r/p)
Her funeral is going to
be in Tokyo, are you all
going? U.A is giving free
busses to go since she went
to school there...

(r/p)
It's in like two weeks
though, we still have a
lot of time to mourn, for
the people close to her i
mean.

Shinsou felt bile rise up his throat, his phone clattered on the phone and he grabbed the small trash can that sat indolently by his bed. His body hunched over on reflex and he threw up inside of the trash can. She was dead, (L/n) was dead and he's been horrible to her this entire time. Maybe if he didn't ruin her relationship with Aizawa then maybe she would still be here. He felt the tingly feeling around his body—he started to sob.

Oh my god, he ruined someone's life didn't he? And what did she ever do to him? Nothing, his rooms door busted open. He expected it to be his black haired mentor—but instead, it was his father. They were identical, except his father was an older version of himself. "Hitoshi!..?" Hajime rushed towards his son as he continued to throw up in the trash can—while crying of course. He rubbed his back comfortingly, "Are you alright Hito?" The latter had been avoiding his father for a while now.

Hajime wouldn't admit it but it hurt seeing his son slowly distance himself from him. And Hitoshi threw up even more, it was another horrible sense of realization—he had gotten caught up in someone else's life so much so that he ignored his father for another father figure. He wiped his mouth and let the purple haired man bring him into an embrace "I'm sorry son." He clutched his coat. "I'm sorry too dad."

Though he wish he could apologize to a certain someone.

Fun Fact: The former users of One For All would never admit it but they enjoyed when (Y/n) would put old songs like Deceptacon by Le Tigre—they like old songs.
