THIS MOVIE IS AMAZING........ Without saying this is the BEST animated movie of 2021. The story is told by Katie Mitchell who's a neurodivergent gay about her not so normal family fighting against the robot apocalypse.
Katie's crush on Jade is shown subtly at the start of the movie and she wears a pride pin on her hoodie throughout the entire movie. Disney should really learn something from this.
I love Katie's relationship with her brother who's also a neurodivergent. Every fucking character in the movie is lovable even the villain. The good thing about this movie is it doesn't blame technology for the apocalypse but rather the humans who misuse them.
Katie's and Jade's relationship is confirmed at the end of the movie, I also love that they didn't make coming out a huge deal with Katie, she just straight up has a girlfriend and no one questions it. DISNEY SERIOUSLY TAKE NOTES.
