It's been a week since Tom left my loft. He cries a lot, mostly, we fall asleep in my bed. He's running outta clothes and there's clearly no way, mine are going to fit him. "I - I don't think I can go home till yet" he said as we had breakfast. These seven days this was what we had everyday - just breakfast. At least he's eating something.
I nodded as I took a bite of scrambled eggs. "I can do it for you, love" I said softly as he looked up. "You would do that?" he asked making me nod again. "Of course, I don't care about Jade anymore" I said shrugging. "But you'll never want to go home?" I asked as he shook his head. "No, I mean, I will - Wait, you don't like me here, you could just say that" he said sadly and I thought he was serious.
Dead Sirius.
"N-No, no..." I said putting the spoon down and going over to his seat. "I didn't mean it like that, Tom, I'm-" he started laughing a little and I melted in that little high pitched laugh. I hit his arm when I realized he was kidding. He pulled me in a hug while still sitting. His head rested on my chest, arms around my waist as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Glad you could joke a little" I said pecking the top of his head. He nodded and pulled away, "How about I go to the apartment now and bring back pizza for lunch? We can't just stay on breakfast everyday" I said as I pushed his messy hair back. "Okay, erm, bring whatever you can, anything is fine, erm, you know where my clothes are. And come back soon!" he said and went back to breakfast.
I grabbed my car keys and headed to Tom's apartment. I did say that I didn't mind seeing Jade, but trust me, I don't want to see her. After a half an hour drive, I pulled up and parked in Jade's spot *smirking* I didn't know if anyone was home, cause clearly Jade's car wasn't there, so I just opened the door.
I could hear little sobs, so I followed them and saw Derek and Jade in the living room. He was comforting her. "Derek, I'm going to ask you politely to get away from that bitch" I said folding my hands over my chest. He looked at me with wide eyes, because I was never rude to almost anyone, so this was new for him. "L-Look, Y/N, I-" Jade started speaking, "Save it, Ross Geller!" I said putting my palm up.
"Derek, hunny, did she tell you what she did?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "Erm, she told me Tom and her had a huge fight-"
"Hah! Fight? She cheated on him!" I said angrily. Derek looked at her and came to my side, "It's been a week, and I think that she wasn't home for a week, was she?" I asked as Derek shook his head. "I wish you weren't on your work trip" I said and turned to Jade.
"You know what? I came here to take Tom's clothes, but instead, I'm going to do this..." I said and walked upstairs to Tom's bedroom - I don't want to even call it their bedroom. Derek and Jade quickly followed behind. I opened the closet, looked for a bag, any bag and started stuffing Jade's clothes in it.
"What are you doing? Those are my clothes. You can't just come in here like that— I'm talking to you, Y/N!" she said when I kept ignoring her and kept stuffing her clothes. "Oh, sorry, I don't speak skank" I said throwing her a sarcastic smile. "Lo - Look, Y/N, I'm not your favorite person, today-"
"Bitch, you're not my favorite person any day" I said as Derek came to my side. "Listen, please, okay? I messed up. I know I did, but please tell him to call me. I know he's with you, he's not answering my calls, please" she said with tears in my eyes. I stopped, thought for a second and looked up at her.
"You do know that we all hate you, right?" I said rolling my eyes. "The only reason that I was even shred bit of nice to you was because of Tom, now that you aren't together anymore, I don't have to be polite to you so, I'm gonna ask you to GET THE FUCK OUT"
"Y/N, please, he'll listen to you-"
"Get out before I make you" I said pointing at the door. "Please-" I charged at her, "BITCH!" Derek wrapped his arms around my waist and held me to my place. She sighed looked at Derek who shook his head making her leave.
I hope for good...
"I'm gonna tell Mick to disinfect the whole apartment - you know what, we'll do the whole building" I said making Derek laugh as we started stuffing Tom's clothes in the bag.

"Look, who's here" I said happily as I opened my loft's door. Tom stood up put his phone in his pocket and said, "I'm going back to Jade" he said as he grabbed his keys. "BITCH WHAT?" I yelled as I pushed him back into the house. He looked at me dumbfoundedly.
"Sorry, changed my tactic to talk to some people. Forgot to turn it off" I apologized quickly. "What the hell are you talking about, Tom?" I asked as I pulled him in and Derek placed the bags down. "Please, we were going to celebrate our eight year anniversary next month in February, that's gotta mean something" he said with sad eyes.
I sat him down and looked at him, "Look, I know, you think she was the one, but, erm, I don't, actually no one did. When you think about her, you only think about the good stuff, so when you look back, I think you should look again" I said putting my hands in his. He sighed and snuggled his head on my neck.
"What'd I do without you, Shorty?" he mumbled against my neck. I smiled and he looked at me, "I'm sorry too" I said as he furrowed his eyebrows. "For what?" he asked and I looked at Derek, "When I was at a date with Rob, I saw Jade with someone - prolly the same guy she cheated on, I was going to tell you, but then I heard her talking to you on the phone, so I thought you knew where she was. But now, I realize that she was just manipulating me" I said guiltily. He smiled, pecked my forehead, "That's fine, we were all fooled. But I'm sorry about Rob, I know you haven't-"
"Fuck, Rob!" I realized that I totally forgot that I had him in my life. "W-What is the date today?" I asked hurriedly searching for my phone. "January 20th" Derek said as he handed me my phone. "Thank you, love" I said taking it from him. Today is the day Rob is returning to California. I looked at the time - 2.30 PM - his flight is in an hour, I need to call him.
"Pick up. Pick up" I mumbled as it kept ringing. "Tom, I need to see Rob, are you going to be fine?" I asked and he nodded. "Derek, you're in charge - no drugs, no drinking, no drunk calls, no messages, NO JADE" I said sternly. He nodded quickly.
I grabbed my car keys and headed to the airport. "Fuck!" I banged my head on the steering wheel, accidently honking the person in front of me. "Sorry!" I said putting my hand out at them. This traffic is killing me. When it started to move, I literally thanked God. I parked and headed to the gate 32.
Lucky for me, I had his ticket in my phone. As soon as I reached, I saw him just about to enter, I pulled him back. "Rob!" I said breathing heavily. He sighed as I bent down holding my knees and getting my breath back. "Ca-Can we talk?" I asked as he shook his head.
"Look, I know that your flight will take off in fifteen minutes but please, can you take another flight?" I asked looking into his blue eyes. He shook his head once again. "Rob, you have to understand - I couldn't leave him like that-"
"Exactly! You can't leave him at all! That's the fucking problem" he said angrily. "Y/N, you haven't even texted me in a week, you totally blew me off" he added as I looked around. Luckily, no one was around us and we were more than careful of the paparazzi. "Tom was just always there-"
"This is between us, you wanna hate me - hate me. You wanna kill me - then by all means. But don't bring him into it, you don't know what he's been through" I said with tears in my eyes. "That's the problem! I don't wanna hate you! Because if I do that - then I have nothing left" he said and at this point, he was crying too.
"I hate you" he mumbled quietly. I gasped just a little, "If you're going to be like that, then fine, I hate you too!" I said yelling a little. He grabbed my arms roughly, "I'm a great guy, Y/N. I take care of you, I love you (Bitch you just said-), I know you in and out, I love every flaw of yours, then why not me?" he asked shaking me a little.
I didn't have an answer. It was simple though, I didn't love him, but I can't tell that to him. God knows, how many times I heard it and it broke me. He scoffed when I didn't reply, "Do you have any idea, how hard and painful it is when you tell the person you love, oh so dearly and hear them not say it back?"
"Yeah, actually I do" I said wiping my tears. I looked up and he realized what I meant. He shook his head again in disappointment. "How do you look at the girl you love so dearly and realize that nothing's going to happen ever again and it's time to walk away?" he asked like I didn't do it.
Yeah, right.
"Rob, please-" I said as I saw him picking his bag up. He looked at me, "It's me - come with me, tell me you love me and we'll live happily for our whole lives or it's him and we're done" he said staring straight into my eyes. Without thinking, I said,
"It's him. It's always him"
