A/n: It's Time to begin the first chapter of Everyday Misadventures! If you have read the second book in OP Neptunia Male Reader, the bio for Y/n is basically the same thing. Now, let's hop into the chapter!!
No one's POV
We see the entire team walking back to the mansion, with Kazuma having a few scratches all over his body, with Aqua currently healing him. The reason being that Y/n put some really huge injuries onto Kazuma.
Kazuma: Was what you did really necessary Y/n?
Y/n: Yes.
Mavis: Still, to think that your plan backfired on you like that. *snorts*
Y/n: Are you still laughing about that?!
Reina: *laughs* What did you expect?
Mile: *snorts* I still can't believe YOU were the employer Y/n!
Reina: I did tell you guys I wasn't the employer!
Pauline: Anyways, employer thing aside, where are we headed?
Y/n: Back home.
Mavis: Oh yeah, you never told us what your home was like.
Kazuma: Prepare to have your mind blown.
The others then keep walking and they make it back to the mansion.
Crimson Vow: Woah...
Reina: Y/n wasn't kidding! This is a mansion!
Pauline: Such a big place...
Mavis: I'm guess we're just passing by, Pauline.
Mile: Yeah, there's no way-
Y/n then runs to the front gates and opens the doors.
Y/n: Man, it feels good to be home.
Mile: WHAAATTTT?!
Mavis: This is your home?!
Kazuma: Yup! Pretty neat, right?
Mavis: Pretty neat is kind of an understatement!
Pauline: Reina, why aren't you shocked about this?!
Reina: Let's just say I already knew about it.
The everyone then heads in and we see the oh so familiar layout.
Y/n then immediately runs and jumps onto the couch.
Aqua: Hey, I wanted the couch!
Y/n: I just got back! I want to relax a bit!
Aqua: Then why not go to your room!
Y/n: No!
Pauline: Wow, they act like older siblings.
Kazuma: So, what did you guys do back in your world.
Mavis: Basically did a lot of training to keep with Mile and Y/n.
Darkness: What type of training?!
Mavis: I'm sure on what Mile did, but had me run through a forest many times, with traps all over.
Darkness then goes over to Y/n, still laying on the couch.
Darkness: Why can't you give me that sort of training?!
Y/n: Because I know you, Darkness! You'd just try to find every trap, making the training useless!
Mavis: Kazuma.
Kazuma: I'm Kazuma.
Mavis: What's with Darkness's reaction?
Kazuma: *sigh* Girl's a straight up masochist. Even the most little thing makes her happy
Mavis: Oh.
Reina: Hey, I'm glad we became adventurers, but there's one thing I'm still confused about.
Kazuma: What's up?
Reina: How do we learn new skills? After all, I do wonder how Y/n was able to learn some of my spells.
Megumin: It's honestly pretty simple. First, you have to find someone with the skill that you want and they need to teach you how to use it. After that, the skill will appear, and then you just transfer the necessary amount of points over to that skill.
Pauline: Impressive.
Reina: Hey, um, Megumin.
Megumin: Hmmm?
Reina: You think you could teach me explosion magic? Y/n used it a few times, and I want to-
Megumin then wastes zero time and is right in Reina's face, startling her.
Megumin: I WILL!!! IF YOU WANT TO LEARN EXPLOSION, I'LL TEACH YOU AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE!!! When you think about it, is there any other skill more worthwhile for an Arch-Wizard to know? No there is not! NOW REINA, LET US WALK THE PATH OF EXPLOSIONS TOGETHER!!!
Reina: Can you calm down a bit?! I'm happy, but not that happy!!
Kazuma: Well, if you're going to go with Megumin, I'll tag along.
Kazuma: Ko-
Reina: No-
Megumin: Su-
Pauline: Ba!
We now the Reina, Megumin, and Kazuma walking through the woods.
Reina: Why are we going so far just to teach my explosion?
Kazuma: We kinda have a place to basically work on it.
Megumin: Plus, if I'm to clos to the town, the guards will scold me!
Reina: Is it that powerful?
Kazuma: When it's the only spell she'll use, yeah.
Reina: I do have one question, Kazuma. Why did you decide to come with?
Kazuma: I do judge her explosions every time.
After a bit more walking, they make it to their destination.
Kazuma: Alright, here we are.
Reina: A castle...? Should we check and see if someone's there?
Megumin: No, we should be fine. We took down the person who lived there.
Reina: Wait, what?!
Kazuma: They were one of the Devil King's Generals.
Reina: Oh. Then never mind.
Kazuma: Now step back, Reina.
Reina then steps by Kazuma as Megumin prepares her magic.
Megumin: Crimson-black blaze, king myriad worlds... Darkness blacker than black, and darker than dark, I beseech you. Combine with my deep crimson. The time of revival has come. Justice, fallen upon the infallible boundary, appear now as extreme heat! This is the mightiest attack spell known to mankind. The ultimate destructive magic! EXPLOSION!!!!!!!!!!!
Megumin's spell then hits the castle, and Reina is amazed.
Reina: Incredible! The magic power was unlike anything I've ever seen before! You must have-
Megumin: *thud!*
Reina: Huh?
Reina then looks to see Megumin on the ground.
Megumin: *giggles* I really needed that~
Reina: Why are you on the ground?
Megumin: My explosion is powerful, but it uses a lot of my energy.
Reina: Huh?
Kazuma: Put it bluntly, she can only use her magic once a day.
Reina: WHAT?!
Kazuma then walks and grabs Megumin and lays her on his back.
Kazuma: Yup. That's how she is. Now, let's head back.
Y/n and Mile: Konosuba!
Y/n's POV
As I finish cleaning up the room that the others will be sleeping in, Kazuma, Megumin, and Reina get back. With that, I quickly go into my room and change into my Nep hoodie.
Y/n: Now that's better!!!
I then head out and go to the others.
Y/n: So, you guys want me to show you to your room?
Mavis: Would be nice to put my stuff somewhere than in the living room.
Pauline: It would be nice to have a place to rest.
Reina: Sure.
Mile: Lead the way!!!
Y/n: Alright! Grab your things and let's go!
The girls then grab their stuff and I take them to their room. I then open it and they are shocked with the look.
Mile: Woah!!!
Mavis: Hey, it looks like our room during our time at the prep school!!
Y/n: Yeah, I did work a bit to get it done. I think I nailed it, don't you think?
Reina: You did more than nail it. You got it exactly right!!!
As they all get arranged, I walk over to Mile.
Y/n: *whispers* Hey, you want to see something cool?
Mile: *whispers* What is it?
Y/n: Just follow me.
I then take her to my room, and as soon as I open the doors, she's overjoyed.
Mile: *Image Below* No way!!!! You have a TV and gaming console in this world!?!? Woah, this room is the best!!!!!
Y/n: Yeah!!! I was able to make this stuff through a little buisness trade that I made.
Mile: Wait, if I remember right, you said you were in business with someone else.
Y/n: Yeah, and guns were one of the many items. In fact, people from all over the world have come to try my game console.
Mile: Hey, wanna play some Mario Golf Super Rush? If I remember right, we were going to play that, but then you know what happened.
Y/n: No, I haven't fully gotten that game developed.
Mile: Oh. Do you have Smash bros?
Y/n: Yes.
Mile: Time to bring back the Hard Hitters.
Y/n: Are you thinking what I am thinking?
Mile: Yeah!!
Y/n: Then let's play.
Mile: Konosuba!!!
No one's POV
After the Crimson Vow, minus Mile, get all their stuff taken care of, they walk into the main room to see Kazuma laying in his kotatsu.
Pauline: Um, Kazuma...
Kazuma: Still my name.
Pauline: What is that?
Reina: I've never seen anything like it before.
Kazuma: Oh, it's just a kotatsu. Want don't you try it?
Mavis: Okay...
Mavis then walks over and lays in the kotatsu.
Mavis: Wow, this is really warm!!!
Pauline and Reina both then go over and lay in it.
Pauline: Wow, this is amazing!!
Reina: Yeah!!! Hey, has anyone seen Mile and Y/n?
Darkness: Knowing Y/n, he might be in his room.
Kazuma: I'll go get them.
As Kazuma goes to Y/n's room, right before he knocks on the door, he hears Mile.
Mile: Dammit, Y/n! It's so freaking hard!!!
Y/n: Look, I know that, just hold out for a few more seconds!!
Mile: O-Okay, I'll do my best...!
Kazuma: Y/n, please don't tell me...
Kazuma is about to say something when he hears Mile scream.
Mile: Hey! Warn me next time!!! I may not have survived that!!!
Y/n: Sorry, Mile, but I had no other choice!!!
Before Kazuma can do anything, the rest of the team comes running up. Before they say anything, Kazuma puts a finger to his mouth, telling them to be quiet.
Reina: *whisper* Why was Mile screaming?
Kazuma: *whisper* I don't know, but I have an idea.
Megumin: *whisper* What is it?
Kazuma: *whisper* Remember the staging Y/n and Darkness made?
Darkness: *whisper* Do you really believe Y/n would do that sort of thing?!
Mavis: *whisper* I don't know, he doesn't seem like the type.
Aqua: *whisper* Well, I'm going to stop him!!!
Everyone minus Aqua: *whisper* Wait, no!!!
Aqua then slams open the door.
Aqua: ALRIGHT, YOU PEDO-TRAP!!!! I'M GOING TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR
Mile and Y/n: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Y/n: Dammit!!! Aqua would you do that!!!
Mile: Yeah, we were so close to winning that game!!!
Everyone: Huh?
The others then walk in and see that the Computer players had won.
Kazuma: Wait. Were you playing smash bros this entire time?
Y/n: Yeah.
Darkness: Are you sure...?
Y/n: Yes.
Estelle: Like... that's all you've been doing?
Mile: Um, yeah? I was in Y/n's room. What else could have happened?
The others then start to stammer, and Kazuma breaks the stammering by saying one thing.
Kazuma: Got room for another player?
Y/n: Yup!!! Got a few controllers if you guys want to join!!!
And with that, the team spent the rest of the day playing Super Smash Brothers on Y/n's custom made Nintendo Switch.
