After reaching the class..I told jungkook to sit on one of the seat which stays empty.
Time skip
Our first class started and Miss Bae, our homeroom teacher entered the class.
Everyone greeted her.
Mrs.Bae - " Good morning!"
Then she looked at all the students carefully and said
Mrs.Bae - " I heard we have a transfer student today..can you come out and introduce yourself."
I looked towards Jungkook, who smiled widely and stood up to introduce himself.
I noted just now that his smile is like a bunny..it's more evident from his side profile.
After his introduction, he sat back and Mrs.Bae..looked at me.
Mrs.Bae - " Y/n....you know what to do."
I nodded
Y/n - " Yes mam!"
Well I am the CR/monitor/Prefect of the class..so it's my duty to make the new students familiar with the school building.
That's the reason most of the new students become close to me....same was the case with Jennie.
Time skip
It was break time so all four of us..no five of us including Jennie were sitting together and eating.
Jimin - " Y/n...when will you help that new guy to look around the school?"
Jimin asked
Y/n - " After the school ends."
I said chewing my rice.
He nodded.
Y/n - " Btw..isn't he handsome?........I think he is good competition for both of you in looks."
I said nonchalantly but the boys didn't took it nonchalantly......they, glared at me.
Rosé - " Well..I agree with you."
She said supporting me.
Y/n - " He even has a plus point..that he is cute..unlike you both."
I said glaring back at them.
Tae - " Oh come on!..I am cute too."
Jimin - " Yeah I am too..infact we are more cuter that him."
Tae - " yeah!.....Let's show them."
And then they both started doing aegyo.
Me and Rosé made a puking face🤢
Whereas Jennie was smiling widely looking at Tae.
Jennie - " Aww..you are too cute Tae."
She said pinching his cheek and Tae chuckled
Rosé and Y/n - " Ewwww!"
Rosé - " You call it cute?"
Y/n - " It was silly and cringe."
Time skip
It was the time after school ended...my friends already left because they know I'll be touring jungkook around.
Y/n - " Jungkook."
I called him going towards his desk while he was packing his books.
He turned towards and flaunted his bunny smile.
Y/n - " Come, I'll tour you around the school."
Jk - " Yeah sure....just a second."
He zipped up his bag and gestured me 'lets go'.
Time skip
Y/n - " And this is the library....it really has some great books..if you wanna check out...only problem is the librarian..she is just annoying."
I said the last part in a wisper while looking towards the librarian.
Then I looked back at jungkook who was just quiet and was staring at me with a small smile.
It was a little awkward.
Y/n - " Jungkook, are you good?"
I asked awkwardly
Jk - " Huh?...y-yeah...I am good."
He said instantly putting a normal face.
I nodded
Y/n - " Well..that's all about this floor...let's go upstairs I'll show you rooftop and another important areas "
I said while we walked about of the library.
He was again looked at me while smiling sweetly.
I smiled back.
Y/n - " Why are you looking at me like that?"
I asked it out.
Jk - " Umm.... nothing...it's just that you are very beautiful."
He said while avoiding eye contact and scratching his nape.
I felt sudden butterflies in my stomach at his statement.
That was the first time I heard a compliment from a guy, face to face...tae and Jimin obviously never complimented me and other boys in the school didn't had the courage too...instead they just wrote letters and keep it in my locker...and they don't even write their names at the end
But listening to a compliment first time just made me feel ecstatic.
Y/n - " T-thank you."
I said stuttering a little.
He chuckled and we moved further towards the staircase.
We climbed half of the stairs while talking, but we abdruptly stopped, witnessing the scene in front of us.
Tae and Jennie were kissing maybe making out in the middle of the stairs.
I covered my eyes.
Y/n - " Guys please leave some space for us to go.....you can continue afterwards."
I said still covering my eyes
They immediately pulled back listening to my voice.
Jennie - " Y/n!"
I grabbed jk's hand and ran upstairs passing them .
Y/n - " I promise I didn't saw anything...but I can't guarantee that others will not."
I shouted at them from few stairs above and ran away with jk while giggling.
They both were just frozen at their place.
Jk - " Are they your friends?"
He asked me.
Y/n - " Yes, they are."
I said smiling widely.
Jk - " They are dating?"
I nodded.
Y/n - " It was so fun to watch their flustered faces."
I said with a chuckle.
Jk - " It was kinda awkward too."
He said pursing his lips.
Time skip
A month later
Its been a month since jk transferred here and we have been quite close to each other.
He makes me feel weird feelings...I mean butterflies,raised heart beats etc...... initially I was confused because of it....but I realized recently that it's because I love him.
You can say it's quite fast but it's true.
It looks like he likes me too...but I can't be sure.. because he never confessed
So, I talked about my feelings to my friends...Rosé was quite happy to know and supported me..while these two monkeys they were pissed, because they don't really like jungkook or
I say kookie..that's what he told me to call him..
cute right?..
.so as I was saying,
Tae and jimin don't like kookie because as expected he is also quite popular for his looks in the school...so they are a little jealous of him, moreover even kookie sometimes acts a little cocky with them......so they completely hated the fact that I have feelings for him
But still I can't help liking him.
We were having lunch during the break when kookie came towards our table with a tray.
Jk - " Hey y/n.....can I sit here?"
He asked pointing at the seat besides me
Jimin - " No you can't."
He said gritting his teeth
I glared at Jimin.
Y/n - " Yes,yes..kookie come sit."
He smiled and sat besides me.
Whereas Tae stood up from his seat and walked away, followed by Jimin.
Jennie - " What happened to them?"
She said and followed them.
I sighed loudly.
Y/n's mind - " This is getting really crazy now."
I looked at Rosé and she shrugged.
Time skip
It's evening right now...and Rosé Jimin and Tae are at my house right now, in my room.
I looked at Tae and jimin.
Y/n - " Guys, what problem do you have with him?"
I asked tiredly.
Jimin - " I just don't like him."
He said looking away.
Y/n - " But whyyyyy?"
I said in a whining tone.
Tae - " Y/n....do you really like him?"
He asked cautiously.
I nodded quickly.
Y/n - " Yes, I do...have I said that I like any boy before..no right?...but I am saying about him, because I really like him."
Tae sighed.
Y/n - " Guys do you know how much it hurts me seeing you both behave like this in front of him ?"
I said with tears in my eyes and my voice even broke at the end.
Rosé hugged me.
Rosé - " Shhh!!!....It's okay."
Tae gulped because I know he don't like seeing me crying.
Jimin - " Does he like you?"
Y/n - " I don't know."
I said sniffing my tears.
They both didn't said anything for quite a bit of time.
Y/n - " Ok,fine..if you both don't like him...I won't talk to him."
I said while wiping my tears and stood up from the bed to go out but Tae stopped me by holding my wrist and stood up to hug me.
Tae - " It's okay...you don't have to stop talking to him....we will try not be rude around him."
He said patting my head while hugging.
I looked at jimin and he nodded too with an assuring smile.
Y/n - " T-thank you."
Tae - " Shh....stop crying now."
Time skip
2days later
Guess what happened?.......kookie confessed to me today and proposed me to be his girlfriend.....ofcourse I said yes!.
And now we are dating.....my friends are also cool about that they don't act rudely towards kookie anymore and neither do kookie.
I still can't believe this.....just few days ago I was guessing if he loves me or not and today I am his girlfriend.
I am so happy!!!!😄😄😄
Flashback ends.
I didn't knew back then..
but jungkook was someone who unintentionally widened the distance between me and Tae which Jennie created.
But that's what happens when friends get into their respective relationships right?
I sighed thinking about the past.
I suddenly felt that I don't want to go to that café which jungkook asked me to come..
.... so I texted him that I am not coming and then blocked his number.
