"are you sure he'll like this?" i question "what if he says no?" i ask once again
"youve gotta be kidding dude" sapnap says "he's obviously going to say yes"
"but what if he doesn't?"
"youve been dating almost all year, i see how he act around you. he will say yes" sapnap reassures
"okay, im still super nervous tho"
"just act normal, like youre going for lunch like you usually do"
"okay, thanks for the help by the way"
"its no worries"
"you sure karl go the right size?" i question
"mhm, he kinda stole one of georges rings to make sure"
i let out a chuckle "okay"

"hey george, ready to go?" i ask walking towards my car
"mhm, also why are we getting lunch?"
"i dunno, its been a while since we last had a nice lunch"
"mkay" he responds grabbing my phone and playing some music
in the pocket of my jacket contains a small box
this box contains a promise ring and a question
the top part of the inside of the box says 'will you go to prom with me' while the bottom part holds the ring
its a simple band with 404 engraved on it, its the size of either his thumb or middle finger (since theyre the same)
i obviously didnt want it going on his ring finger as im saving that for a different ring in the future

once ordered we chat like normal, talking about the game next week, prom and graduation
"i need to run to the loo ill be back" he says
i chuckle at his british slang "its washroom georgie" i tease, he just rolls his eyes walking away to find it
while he's gone the food arrives, this is the perfect opportunity
in-front of his bowl i somewhat hide the box, now only visible from where he is seated
i see him walking back, i act normal taking a bite from my food
"oh wow the food looks good!" he says i just nod, mouth being full
"whats this?" he questions holding the box up, examining the sides
i decide to play clueless and just shrug
i watch closely as he opens the box, eyes widening at the question inside
"yes" i hear him say
"hmm? yes what?" i still continue to play dumb
"yes ill go to prom with you, idiot!" he says excitedly
i dont know how to react other than a big smile

ita friday night, which means i can stay at dreams and not worry too much about sleep
i cant contain my excitement
he just asked me to prom, i wanted to kiss him so bad but we were in public and at a pretty fancy restaurant
we step inside and i instantly pull him into a kiss, the door hadnt even closed yet
he pulls away after a moment "calm down princess, lets atleast go somewhere comfy" he says closing the door then picking me up
once in his room im back on him, tongues roaming around eachothers mouths
heavy pants fill the room
i could do this forever
he begins moving down my neck, giving wet kisses and hickeys around my neck
pulling back we both quickly discard of our shirts going right back to the heated make out session
but alas it has to end, and we cant go further due to the game being so soon
but prom night i know will be special

It's saturday, which means one week till prom
dream and i have decided to go suit shopping, it took me a while to decide between a dress or a suit but ultimately for comfort i choose a suit
heading to the tailors, we both head to the back to get sized
we are each given a trial suit an the seamstress allows us to see one another
we both have on a simple black suit, white button down and red tie
seeing dream step out he looks more handsome than ever his muscles being defined, abs peaking through the tight shirt
"you look hot" i say, covering my mouth in embarrassment.
"so do you" he says back
"what colours should we go with?" he asks
"hmm im thinking ill do a navy suit and a blue tie, like my uniform. and youd look good with a deep green suit and a lime tie, like your jersey" i say to him
" you really thought about this huh?"
"i mean, i want yo look good" i say defensively
he just chuckles call the seamstress to get the colours of suits, we both go back and try them on
as dream steps out once again i have an idea
"i think youd look better like this" i say stepping closer to him
i start by removing his tie completely, then unbuttoning the top few buttons of the shirt letting his chest be on display
which happens to have a few marks from last night
i turn him around so he can see himself in the mirror
" you look better less preppy" i say moving to his side
"damn" he says under his breath, i can tell he likes how he looks
"you should do the same georgie, but wear this with it" he hands me a long gold chained necklace with a sapphire pendant.
the chain is big enough for me to slip over my head, the crystal sitting a top my heart
"i got one aswell" he says slipping on a similar necklace except his is silver chained and hold a raw emerald pendant
"you think this is how we should go?" i ask making eye contact through the mirror
"i think so, we look pretty damn good" he says
"okay then, its final" i give him a quick peck on the cheek before going and getting dressed
we pay and head over to sapnaps, he wanted to show us what him and karl are wearing, and we also wanted to show them our fits

headings over to sapnaps, we have our suits laid out in the back seat
"hey guys!" karl and sapnap say in unison as we enter the house
"karl and george go get ready on one room, dream and i will get ready in another" we all agree heading to two different bedrooms
"so how does your little gogy look?" sap nap says adjusting his tie
"really fucking hot, how bout karl?" i ask
"i could make the same comment" he says
Sapnap looks good, a classic black suit, white button up orange tie, his classic bandana and some checkered vans
george pov -
"do you like the suit dream got?" karl asks me as he pulls on his jacket
"yea i do, he looks really good"
"so does sap, hey i also love your necklace"
"oh thanks dream surprised me with it, he has a similar one"
"thats cute" karl says
karls suit is a deep purple colour, underneath is a white button down and a tie that is a teal colour with squared swirls (like his mc skin) paired with that same teal doc martins
we get a text from the boys telling us to come out into the main room
we all let out gasps seeing one another in our suits
the room floods with compliments and spins showing off our out fits
we dont spend a ton of time in them as we dont want ruin them before the big night
we head out after some movies and pizza
dream drops me off and i instantly miss him, monday cant come sooner
