It had been a month since we started IVF, sadly, I didn't get pregnant. One full cycle of IVF takes about three weeks, so yeah, we've only done it once, but I thought I would've been pregnant. I had a random, casual party at my place, just us friends gathering. "Here" Tom offered his half smoked cigarette to me, I was about to take it, but I stopped. "Erm, no thank you" I said pushing his hand down.
"What, are you pregnant or something?" he joked casually making me choke on the glass of water in my hand. He furrowed his eyebrows as I felt a need to vomit. I went to the bathroom and sat at the edge of the toilet but nothing came out. I washed my face and as I was about to head out again, another feeling of vomit came and I sat down near the toilet and again I didn't.
I need to tell someone...
I headed down and pulled Emma to the piano and sat her down. "Whatever I'm about to tell you stays between us and no one other, got it?" I asked subtly, so no one would get suspicious. "Got it" I expected to hear her voice but I heard three. I turned around to see the twins eavesdropping. I shook my head and pulled them near me.
"I think I might be pregnant" I said and Emma stood up with wide eyes. "W-What?" she asked stuttering. "I don't know, but I think I am" I said biting my nails. James pushed my hand down, "Who's the father?" he asked as I looked around to see if anyone was near us. "Nick" I blurted out without properly forming a sentence to make them understand.
"What?! You slept with your brother's gay fiancé?" Emma whisper-yelled but it was enough for people to listen who were standing near us. "Shhh, shhh, Emma, do you need a mic?" I asked rhetorically, "Long story short, they asked me to donate an egg and be their surrogate" I said in one breath as Emma squealed and hugged me tightly.
"That's great!" she said loudly. "What's great?" Tom asked with my phone in his hand. The four of us looked at each other, "Is-is that my phone?" I asked changing the topic. "Yeah, it's Rob" Tom said dryly. I smiled widely and took the phone from him. As promised, he called everyday to check up on me. "James, could you, erm" I said looking at him, he nodded and left. "Hey" I said as I walked to the balcony. "Hi, love. How you feeling?" he asked as I sat down on the mattress.
"Not that great, one cycle of the IVF has been done over a week, and I'm still not pregnant" I huffed making him chuckle. "The doc did tell it was going to take sometime, didn't he?" he asked as I looked into my loft through the balcony to see Tom squinting his eyes like he was trying to intercept what I was talking about. "Well, I am feeling like I'll throw up, but then I don't, so I think I might be, but I did tell James to bring a pregnancy test" I said playing with my toenail.
"Mhm, do you want me to be there, you know when you see it?" he asked softly. "No, no, no, Rob, I think it's pretty late there and you just came back from filming, you head on to sleep, if it's good news, I'll call you" I said standing up. "You sure, darling?" he asked once again. "Yes, I am, Pattybear, don't worry"
After a few minutes, James and Oliver arrived with two pregnancy tests, the store was just down my the block, so it didn't take them a while. Everyone in the party had no clue what was happening except for the others who knew but Tom was pretty suspicious. I discreetly took the bag from him and headed upstairs, after taking the test, I waited and waited. God, the time was killing me.
Negative.
My head hung low as I went down. The three of them looked at me, I shook my head, "I guess I just ate something funny" I said and picked up a red cup that contained water in it, I didn't want anyone to ask why I wasn't drinking and everything. So, Emma, James and Oliver know, that's nice.

Over the next month, we had another cycle of IVF, but no luck. It was now February and we were going to start filming today. Nick and Julius cannot come to every visit because they have lives in America, so I agreed to go alone to the visits. Rob had come back and today's first scene was with him and my mom.
Since, Olivia looked a lot like her mother, they wanted my mum to play Aurora Montgomery, so she was here, they were pretty sure to finish the first scene today itself, which meant Rob would leave by tomorrow. "Alright, welcome back! Let's get started" David said happily. "Positions! Action!"
Olivia's POV
I fluttered my eyes open only to find myself in a bright, white room. I was on the bed and I looked around. Everything was too bright for me to check where I was. So, I sat up straight and looked out the window, I could see the Black Lake and some mountains. It was the view from the castle.
I stood up from the bed and headed towards the door. I opened the door and found myself in the Great Hall. I took one step forward, so that my right leg was in the Great Hall and my left in the room that I woke up. I heard someone talk so, I quickly closed the door behind me and headed outside. I was following the voices but every time I would get near, the voices would seem to go far.
"Hello, gorgeous" a voice said and I turned around. There he was. Just the same like last time when I saw him. Happy. I ran up to him and he took me in his arms. "Cedric!" I exclaimed while he tightly wrapped his hands around me.
"Oh, I missed you so much" he said onto my shoulder. "I missed you more" I said and he put me down. "W-Where am I? I mean, I know it's Hogwarts, but why am I here?" I said and he grabbed my hand. "Come on, I'd like you to meet someone" he said happily and pulled me in another direction.
"Cut! Amazing, let's call Y/M/N" Rob and I talked for a while, since it was pretty obvious that his part in the movie would be done by today, he insisted to come to one of the visits before he leaves. I hesitated but did agree. "Okay, now, Y/N, even though she's your Mum, I need you to act like you're seeing her for the first time, alright? Quiet on set! Action!"
We were walking hand in hand when he pulled me closer and put an arm around my shoulder. "Meet Aurora Montgomery" he said and the lady turned around.
She had brown hair that went till her hips. She was a little taller than I was. She also had green eyes. If anyone else saw her, they would've said that this was just my older self. I looked just like her. Like my mother.
"Mum?" I asked and she opened up her arms.
I ran to her and hugged her, finally feeling a motherly embrace. It was happy and soothing. I never realized this feeling. Since, I never knew you feel like this when you hug your mother, since mine died when I was a year old. Sure, Narcissa and Molly have hugged me tons of times, but this feeling, it was different, this was amazing and I didn't want it to end.
"You fought so bravely" she said cupping my face and pulling it for a forehead kiss. "I'm very proud of you" she completed and I smiled at her. I didn't know what to say. What do you say to a person who meant so much to you but you never spent time with each other? "Come on, let's take a walk" she said holding my hand and we started to walk around the castle, with Cedric by our side as well.
"Cut! Let's take it from the top again and then we can continue the next scene" David said as we took our original positions. "Action!"
"When I first saw Cedric, he was a total sweetheart" my Mum said looking at him and he started blushing. "So, he isn't right now?" I joked earning a hit from him. "No, no. He is" she corrected herself. "I see, Narcissa is keeping her promise" she said looking at my necklace. I touched it and smiled. "Yeah, she loves me. Sometimes, I reckon, more than Draco" I said and we all laughed.
And then it hit me. Draco. What was he doing right now? How will he cope up with my loss? What will he do next? And with Cedric here, what am I gonna tell him that I started dating Draco in my fifth year? How would he react? So many thoughts were running in my mind.
"I know what you're thinking, it's okay" Cedric said and I looked at him in bewilderment. "When he first helped you, I knew he had feelings for you. But I never knew they were this deep" he said pointing at my glowing necklace.
Why was it glowing?
I smiled at him and turned to my mother, "Mum, this is your necklace, what does it do? I never knew what it did, I was told by Narcissa to wear it, always, so I did, never questioned her or anyone. But then Mione and I discovered that it wasn't just any necklace that it had some sort of magic" I said fiddling with the quartz.
"I even searched for it; in any library I could find. And I found the book as well, but-" "But the page was torn" she completed me. "I was the one to do it" she said when we reached the bridge.
"If people found out about this necklace, then they would try and steal it from me or after I died. So, I thought it was only for the best that I would tear the pages of the book and when I would pass it to you, then I would tell you it's magic" she said as we stopped in the middle of the bridge.
"Well, what does it do then?" I asked and she looked at the view.

This necklace would help the owner to come back from the dead, just like you can bring people, but only when you are loved by someone – true and unconditional love" she said smiling at me. "Then why didn't it work for you when you died?" I asked unclasping the necklace and taking it in my hands.
"Because at that time, I didn't have anyone that loved me unconditionally, I didn't have a soulmate" she replied sadly. "The one man that I thought was my soulmate, turned out to be a monster" she said fiddling with her fingers.
"Mum, there is no need to feel guilty" I said placing a hand on her hand. "No one knew that he was gonna turn out this way. Plus, when you realized you took care of me and went away. That says something, mum" I said trying to reassure her that whatever she did was the right thing to do.
"Thank you, sweetheart. Now, do you want to go back?" she asked out of the blue. "I-I have a choice?" I asked looking at her and then at Cedric. "Yes, everyone does. Everyone has a choice, no matter what" she said and we headed back into the castle. "No, not everyone" I said sadly.
"What do you mean?" she asked furrowing her eyebrows. "Well, when Draco was given a task by Voldemort, he didn't have much of a choice, he just had to do it" I said looking at Cedric.
"Ced, can I ask you something?" I asked looking down. "Yes, anything, gorgeous" he replied sweetly and put a hand on my back. "Why didn't you want to come back?" I asked and he stopped walking.
He sighed loudly and said, "Because I never knew if we were gonna win the war, or if there was even a chance for us, so I just didn't want to return to a world where he was in power" he said honestly and I nodded.
"Cut! Take 5 and Y/N, let's see the scenes" David said and I spent my break looking at the scenes, telling David what could've been improved. We did a few takes again and finally arrived at the last scene of the day. As I was about to go into the set, I saw Tom enter the area. He waved happily at me, I thought he was looking behind me, so I looked behind me, but there was no one.
He pointed at me, mouthing, 'You!', I waved back and I guess he waited for me, because he didn't move. "Alright, last scene of the day! Scene 3 take 1, action!"
"Looks like Draco's love is undeniable, everlasting and unconditional" she said when the necklace started to glow way too much for us to even see it. "Cedric, dear, take the necklace and clasp it around her neck" she said and Cedric followed.
She held both of my hands and said, "I'm proud to call you my daughter. I'm proud to know that you are there in world to make it a better place for everyone. Now, when you go back, you won't feel all healthy, like you're doing right now, because it's just your soul. When you go back, you'll go back to your tiring body that has been fighting for hours in the war. So, keep the will and hold onto Draco, he's a nice guy" and I smiled.
She pulled me in for a hug and cried. I turned around and saw Cedric. He had tears in his eyes. "He's right for you, I can accept that now" he said and pulled me towards him and cupped my cheeks. He placed his lips onto mine and kissed me. "Sorry, I just had to do it" he said pulling away and smiling widely.
His lips felt the same like last time, but this time they felt different too. I sighed into the kiss but he messed up a little. "No, no. Cut! Let's take the kiss again" David said as Rob smirked, I knew he would mess up. I looked back at Rob who raised his eyebrows knowingly. I hit his arm, "Alright, let's take it again"
Rob cupped my cheeks and looked into my eyes, I guess to get into the moment. He leaned in, so did I. I wasn't supposed to but I did. He sighed as our lips met. "Cut! Let's take it again. I need those emotions, that you're seeing each after so long and at the same time, seeing each other for the last time" David said making us nod.
Once again, we leaned in, our lips met, this time, I held his arms and Oh My God! I could feel his toned arms as they flexed because he was cupping my face. This wasn't necessary, but he slipped his tongue in as I gasped because of his muscles. We pulled away and he said his line, "Sorry, I just had to do it" he said and pulled away.
"Scene!" David yelled as Rob and I rested our foreheads to each other and I heard Rob curse under his breath because he only got to kiss me three times. We stood up straight as Tom called me, "Shorty!" I looked at him and he ushered me to come over. He pulled me in a hug as I smiled at him. "You're not scheduled today" I pointed out making him nod.
"I know, we all start tomorrow but we haven't hung out, so I came here to kidnap you" he said and I pursed my lips into a thin line. Rob and I had to go to the fertility clinic but I can't tell him that. "Erm" I said as Rob draped his arm around me causing Tom to follow his actions. "Yeah, erm, Tom, maybe we can hang out tomorrow or something? Rob and I have to do this thing, so..."
"Yeah, yeah, sure" Tom agreed quickly yet sadly. Rob and I headed to our trailers and with a change of clothes, we headed to the fertility clinic. We reached there after closing hours, as it was late so no one was around. Rob and I were received by Dr. Calvin Turner's assistant who tried her hard to flirt with Rob but he just seemed uninterested.
I changed into a hospital gown as Rob and I waited for the doctor by making conversation. "Ahh, my favorite girl-" he cut himself off as he saw Rob, "Who's this?" he asked but I was totally distracted by what he was wearing. He had a light blue shirt on with black pants - just a normal attire with his stethoscope around his neck, but this time he wasn't wearing his white doc coat today. His shirt was fit to his body and I could clearly see his muscles flex as he moved his hands up and down or his abs were also visible.
Is that why he didn't wear a coat today, because he was planning something?
"Erm, Dr. Vin (he insisted on the name), this is Robert, my friend. And Robert, this is Dr. Calvin Turner, the doctor who's handling my case" I said as both of the boys shook hands. "Pleasure" Rob said dryly. "Likewise" Calvin replied in the same tone.
"Alright, I'm going to have to ask you to leave the room, since you're not a family member and I need to start the process of retrieving the egg" Calvin said wearing his gloves and taking his place between my thighs. He looked at Rob who looked back at me, I gave him a nod and he left the room.
"Before I forget" Calvin stood up and gave me some pain meds, "Thank you" I said as he took his place again. He got under the blanket after he winked, "So, who's the guy?" he asked trying to lessen the pain of the process. "Erm, please you act like you didn't see him in the Harry Potter movies" I said as I felt a little pain. "Yeah, well, I didn't want to be rude" he replied making me shake my head.
Why do all the boys that I like or one that I love have such incredible bodies?
"All done" he said as he helped me sit up straight. Usually after the egg is retrieved, there's a mild pain in your vagina. God, if I can't handle this pain, what about labor? He put the egg down safely as he helped me get down from the bed. I changed into the little room that was there and came back out.
I saw Rob was already waiting for me in the room, as Dr. Calvin continued his work, "Well, I'll see you in three days" he said turning around as I came out. I nodded as Rob helped me stand straight, "Thanks, Doc" I said taking my bag. I looked at the boys to do their formalities. "Pleasure meeting you" Calvin said extending his hand, "Likewise" Rob replied shaking his hand. I squinted my eyes at the boys who were having a little jealous staring competition.
"See you in three days!" I said breaking the tension and heading for the door.
I know these are just filler chapters, once they start filming and Y/N gets pregnant, things are more fun. Trust me....
