Sir Billiam is strongly related to Techno, whilst Sherman is not (He could but there is a chance he could be Billiam's Cousin-)
Reasoning: Billiam is related to Techno since he has pig-like features, while Sherman has Boar-like features instead. If Techno had Boar-like features like Tusks for instance I would believe he was related to Sherman. Since if you think about it genetics, offspring don't loose their tusks in a couple of generations. It would take hundreds of generations for the genetics to change
Ranbutler is a human, but is extremely tall and lanky (or he his just distantly related to endermen)
I like to think that Ranbutler is a full on human (or distantly related to endermen), and the enderman + other side is added on in future generations down the line.
