I reached home thinking how Jade was being nice or jealous? I don't know, I mean, I do, the way Timber comes to me before going to her, I get it why she's jealous, but it's not like I'm going to steal Timber, she should worry about Tom.
I might steal Tom...
I sighed as I sat down on my couch. I already ate dinner at Tom's, so I only had to take shower and head to sleep. After taking a shower, I settled on my bed, turning the TV on, watching my favorite series. My phone rang and I looked at the time, it was 11 PM. I picked up my phone, "Well, hello, Castillo" I said teasing him by taking his last name.
"Hello, Y/N. Espero que no estés dormida" he said chuckling. I bit my lip hearing his Spanish accent.
(Translation - I hope you're not asleep)
"What do you take me as? It's 11, of course I was awake" I said muting the TV. "Well, I was busy today, that's why I couldn't call you" he said making me think how nice he was being.
"Yeah, that's totally fine. I might've not picked up the call, as I was busy on set too"
"Are you free tomorrow? We could grab that cup of coffee"
"You're British and you asked me for a cup of coffee instead of tea?"
"Haha, come on, if you're free, then I need to clear up some schedule for you"
"Ooh, Captain of the football team, clearing schedule for me" I said mocking him while laughing right after.
"Sigues siendo el mismo, ¿no?"
(Translation - You're still the same, aren't you?)
"Kidding, kidding, erm, yeah, we could grab a cup, I don't have to go early tomorrow, so we can meet"
"Okay, good, I'll text you the details"
"Alright, bye, Carver!"
"Adios, preciosa!"
(Translation - Bye, gorgeous)

"No way, you actually did that?" I asked Carver as the both of us took a seat on a table near the window. I took a sip of coffee as he started talking, "Yeah, we did. Greg was an ass for the football team, and everyone agreed with my plan-"
"Of course they did. You were their captain, if they didn't agree, you would've kicked them off the team" I joked sipping my latte. He rolled his eyes and flashed me the most beautiful smile, I've ever seen.
When he smiled with his teeth, his green eyes sparkled, he had two dimples that came effortlessly, his cheeks would have that slightest of lines when he smiled. His lips would curl up in a way that you would wanna kiss them.
He snapped his fingers in front of me and I realized I was staring, chuckling a little, "Sorry, I zoned out. What were you saying?" I asked putting my cup down.
"No problem. I asked what is up with you?" He said leaning his elbows on the table. "Oh, you know, same old, same old" I said rolling my eyes a little.
"There were rumors about you starting another movie, were they-"
"What are you? A reporter?" I asked cutting him off. He shook his head while laughing a little, "No, just curious" I folded one leg on the other, "Yeah, when I was in America, I was going to star in a film by one of our producers, but erm, due to some complications, it had to be pushed back, after Harry Potter, I think we're going to start the other movie" I said turning my cup in circles.
"Why were you in America?" He asked curiously, squinting his eyes. "For my semester-"
"You're still studying?" he asked tilting his head a little. I nodded, "Unfortunately, I had to take a break because of the movies, but I'm graduating in a week. I'm done with the exams and everything" I said looking at the time.
"Enough about me. What about you? What do you do?" I asked meeting his eyes. "Oh, Law firm" he said happily. "That's nice, I never knew you'd take that line" I said giggling a little. "Uh-huh" he said agreeing, "Even I didn't but you know..." he trailed off.
We made conversation for another hour, "Look..." he said placing a hand on mine that was the table. I smiled, "I have to do it, I'm really sorry, I mean, I hurt you a lot in high school-" I cut him off, "I'm not the person who you hurt the most, Carver. You know who you need to apologize to" I said as he took my hand in his.
"But you do forgive me, right?" he asked making me nod. "Of course, it has been ages, plus you seem nice now, so" I shrugged and he took my hand to his lips. Placing a sweet kiss on the back of my hand, I tucked a few stranded hair behind my ear.
"I'm afraid, we're going to have to stop here, Castillo. I need to be on set in 15 minutes" I said setting the empty latte cup down on the table. "How about we sit for another 5 minutes and I drop you off at set?" he asked hopefully. I hesitated but agreed.
"So, may I ask? Why the sudden change of heart? You're being nice, not bullying me, you apologized" I said as we got up. He opened the door for me and we stepped out. He let out a deep breath before speaking, "Guess, time changes people, I mean, when in high school, I was the handsome jock, the captain, the popular boy on whom girls flaunted, so, I got-"
"A little cocky" I said biting my lip. He chuckled, "Yeah, erm, yeah, you could say that. But that's not what changed me, three years ago, my mom got really sick and there was nothing I could do, so we lost her" he said as his eyes teared up. I pulled him in a tight hug, "Carver, I would never - I don't know what I would do if I lost any of my family members or even someone who's close to me" I said as he wrapped his arms around me tightly.
"Thank you" he said pulling away, "So, yeah, before she took her last breath, she said, 'Si no puedes ser una razón para la felicidad de alguien, está bien, pero nunca serás la razón de la miseria de alguien" I smiled as we started walking, "It was very simple, but it hit me here" he said pointing at his chest.
(Translation - If you can't be a reason of someone's happiness, that's fine but never ever be someone's reason of misery)
"You know I met her once, she used to speak only Spanish, right? When I met her, I was not very fluent, but she kept telling me something, and I couldn't understand it. Later on, when I started learning Spanish, I realized she was complimenting me, how beautiful I was and how God took his time to create me" I said holding my purse in my hands.
"Well, she wasn't wrong" he flirted making me blush.
Exactly after 10 minutes, a car arrived for us. "Law firm's treating you well" I said as he opened the door of his BMW for me. He rolled his eyes, "Just get in there" he said playfully. He sat next to me and we headed to the set. I never knew Carver was a funny guy.
We were stopped at security, "I'm sorry, this is a closed set" the security guard said to Carver's driver. I removed my sunglasses, since I was sitting on the right side, while the guard was on Carver's side, I scooted closer, placed my hand in between his thighs, "Seth, it's me" I said smiling a little, while I saw Carver getting uncomfortable in that way.
"Oh, Y/N, new wheels?" he asked making me shake my head no. "Just a friend's" I said and he let us in. "Boy, you're kind to everyone" Carver said as we stopped in front of the set instead of my trailer.
Tom's POV
Y/N was going to come in late today, so I thought I'd wait for her in her trailer. I waited but she didn't come. So, I headed to the set. I'm a car man, I know everyone's wheels around here, so when I saw a BMW approaching, I squinted my eyes to see whose it was. The person driving the car was somebody's driver, so my gaze shifted to the people coming out of the car.
It was bloody Castillo.
That was not shocking to me, considering who I saw next. I rolled my eyes and headed to her. She is too kind for her own good. "Hey, Shorty" I said pulling her to me. She stood next to me and my eyes met his. "Castillo" I gave him a single nod. "Felton" he said giving me a single nod as well.
"Alright, then I'll see you tomorrow for lunch?" he asked looking at Y/N. She looked at me, back at Castillo and raised her eyebrows. "Felton, can I have a word?" he asked and I furrowed my eyebrows. "Alright, you guys can have as much as privacy as you want, but if I see either of you getting physical, I'll make sure to kick you both off set, even you Tom" Y/N said pointing her finger at me.
"Don't worry" I said pecking her cheek, which I noticed made Castillo jealous. There's no way I'm going to let Y/N date this idiot. We talked for a while, he apologized, which was new for me, though I didn't trust him. He made my life miserable in high school. We returned back to Y/N, who was eagerly waiting for us. "Well?" she asked raising her eyebrows in anticipation.
"I forgive him" I said and she jumped into my arms. Wow, she must really like him. "But I still don't trust him fully" I whispered in her ear, so she knew that I didn't fully approve of whatever she was planning.
"Now, to answer your question, yes, you can pick me up from here at 2 tomorrow" she said pulling away. She hugged him while he pecked her cheek. I stood there hands folded over my chest. What was astounding me was why I was feeling jealous.
"So, Castillo?" I asked as we headed to her trailer. "Yeah" she smiled, "I accidently bumped into him yesterday while running to the set" she said looking at me. "Well, he looks nice or acts, doesn't mean he's actually changed, it takes a lot of time for people like him" I said putting an arm around her.
"Yeah, well, I feel good about this one" she said as we reached her trailer. She pecked my cheek before entering the trailer.
Well, I don't...
Okay, I made Carver's smile sound so good. I think we need to add him a little more than I was planning to.... So....
There's still a lot to come. Of course, I didn't forget about Tom, so tighten your seatbelts for the coming chapters.
