It was October, we were scheduled to finish the filming of Deathly Hallows 1 by this month, I had already started college again, it was weird to sit with a new class, because the people that I knew from college had already graduated last year, since I took a leave for a year. Stupid work! "Y/N!" David shook me and I snapped back to reality. "Take your position" he said as I stepped into the set.
"Scene 139, take 1. Action!"
Olivia's POV
I opened my door to only see Draco was about to knock on my door. I jumped and said, "Draco! You scared me" "Can I come in?" he asked and I dropped my hand that was resting on my heaving chest on the account of the scare.
"Yes, yes. Sure" I said and invited him in. "I-If you don't want to get into this arrangement, then-then it's fine, I-I'll get us out of it" he said as he sat down on my bed and picked up the book that I was reading earlier. "No, I – What would give you the idea that I want an out of this arrangement?" I asked and he looked up from the book.
"No, well, just, erm, it's been hours since you talked to me, or even left your room, so I thought, you might-" "Oh, no, no. Of course not. Its just... that was what I wanted to talk to you about. I was gonna come to your room" I said as I placed my head in his lap. I stared at the ceiling and Draco closed the book.
Tom ran his hand through my hair, this wasn't scripted, why did he do this? I shook my thoughts and continued with the scene.
"Draco, don't get me wrong, as much as I want to do it, I don't think we should. I mean there is something going on in his mind, something that I cannot place. Something cruel and dark and evil. I don't want us to start our relationship on the basis of an arrangement" I said as he stroked my hair.
"What do you mean by something's going on in his mind?" he said as I met his gaze. "Erm" I said as I sat up straight and he raised his eyebrows. "Why this sudden interest in my life, Draco? He wants something. I don't know what. But I know that for sure that he wants something" I said and he placed his hands on my shoulders.
"Look, I am not just saying this because I am fucking scared of the Dark Lord, but maybe just maybe, is it all because you're being a little paranoid, just overthinking stuff?" he said rubbing my shoulders. "What if he actually wants to do something good?" he said and quickly shook his head. "Really?" I asked rhetorically.
"Sorry, that sounded as much as worse in my head" he said chuckling lightly. "But I didn't know that you were that desperate to get married to me Draco" I teased him. "I'm not" he said rolling his eyes at me. "Right, right, sure. Tell that to your face" I said and there was a knock at the door.
"Come in" this time Draco replied. "I just wanted to inform you that you will be getting engaged tonight. I will be hosting a ball and you can have the ring ceremony in our gardens" Narcissa said sweetly. Probably, she was happier than the both of us. Combined.
"Really, mother? A ball?" Draco said as he stood up and walked over to his mother.
"And, could you please smile a little less? You're making it bloody obvious that you are way happier with this arrangement than we are. For Merlin's sake, we're in the middle of a fucking war" he completed shaking his head, making me giggle.
"Language, Draco" Narcissa warned politely. Boy, was Draco spoiled. "Tonight, Mrs. Malfoy? Isn't it too soon?" I asked and she shrugged. "His wish" she replied and I looked at Draco. "Alright, then. I just wanted to inform you. Now, if you would excuse me, I have a ton of preparations to do" Narcissa said looking at the both of us. She giggled and left the room.
"See? I told you. He needs something" I said as Draco sat on the bed. "Maybe, you're right" he said and looked at me. "Ok, let's make our own little arrangement. Let us get engaged for the sake of our parents. But we will get engaged again when we feel like and when the time is right" he said and I smiled.
Before I could say the last line of the scene, Tom kissed me on the lips, not a long but just a peck that lasted for a few seconds. There's no kiss. Why is he doing this?
"Already planning the future, are you?" I teased him again and burst into laughter.
"Cut! Amazing, let's get ready for the next scene and I think we'll complete the Malfoy Manor Ball scene today as well" David said happily and we got ready for the next scene. I didn't ask about the kiss, I didn't want things to turn awkward between us.
"Action!"
"No" he said annoyingly. "You're so cute when you're angry" I said booping his nose. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer than we already were. "Cute or hot?" he asked and I gulped. He looked hot and his minty breath making me crave for him.
"Oh, looks like someone's turned on" he said in his sultry voice and my gaze broke from his lips. "W-What? No, I'm not" I said trying to be intimidating. "You know you cannot lie. Why bother?" he asked as he pecked my lips.
He laid down in my lap and I started reading the book of quartz. Maybe, I'll find out why my mother left me her necklace. "Why are you always reading that book?" he asked and I looked at him. "Well, you know this necklace, your mother gave it to me in Christmas, saying that it was my mother's, right?" I asked and he nodded.
"Well, Hermione and I did some digging and found out that it had some sort of magic in it. It is a rose quartz" I said and he sat up straight. "So, you think the magic in it, can help us defeat..." "Maybe or maybe not. We don't know" I said and turned a page. "Look" I said pointing at the binding of the page. There was a page missing.
"Someone's torn the page" he said taking the book in his hands and examined it. "Maybe, we have another copy" "I highly doubt it, Draco. I have searched every book there is in this library and the others as well. Didn't find another copy or another book that had something about the quartz" I said standing up and looking out the sky.
He sighed loudly and tried to distract my mind, "Erm, you know, my Patronus changed" "It did?" I asked turning around. He nodded and swirled his wand, "Expecto Patronum" A roaring lion emerged from his wand and jumped on him. I chuckled and sat down next to Draco.
"Do you know why that happened?" he asked looking at me and I cast my Patronus. The pair started to play around the room, making us smile.
"Yes" I said looking at him, "They are subject to change when the caster goes through an emotional stage of some sort, like falling in eternal and unchanging love" I took a pause and blushed, "Also, a lot of your happy memories might revolve around me, so, now we have 'Complementary Patronus' - Male and Female of the same kind" I said smiling at him.
He sighed and said, "Guess I fell in love then" and leaned in for a kiss.
Our lips resting perfectly on one another's. The first time we kissed, I knew then and there, that no one could make me feel such an electric spark like this man did. The way he kissed today, it had a way to melt every part of me into him.
He actually had a way to melt my heart, his lips did rest perfectly with mine, why isn't he with me?
I pulled away and he pouted at the loss of touch. I chuckled and pushed him on the bed and climbed over him and kissed him. I kissed his cheek, his eyes, his nose and went back to his lips. He flipped us over and hungrily kissed me. His tongue licked my bottom lip for entrance, which I gladly gave.
His kisses trailed to my neck, instantly making me moan. "Mmm, Draco" I moaned as he hurriedly took off my dress. He kissed my cleavage, he was about to unclasp my bra when we heard a knock at the door. He looked up, then at the door, then again met my eyes and buried his face in my chest.
"Why can't we catch a fucking break?" he said but his voice muffled because of my chest.
"Cut! Nina, be quick with Y/N's makeup, I want to at least finish the Ball scene today. Come on, chop chop!" we heard David say to Nina as Tom helped me with my dress. I don't blame him, but his eyes did linger at my chest and I think he was enjoying the scene we just did. We all went to change to our costumes, I was going to be wearing a huge ball gown, while Draco was in a Slytherin green suit.
"You look beautiful!" Tom said pecking my cheek. I smiled and said, "You do as well, ugh! Could you help me with the zip? I feel like I'll flash everyone if I take a few steps" I said turning around. My hair was already in a bun, so I didn't have to move my hair in the front.
The minute his cold hands touched my back, a wave of goosebumps spread all over my body, which he definitely took notice of. He cleared his throat, "There, I don't think you'll flash anyone but me!" he winked and went over to Jade.
What am I supposed to take that as?
"Action!"
"Is she ready?" I heard someone call from outside. "Yes, my lord" Bellatrix replied and I realized it was him. "Ah, my beautiful daughter" he said entering the room. "I think they're ready, my lord" Bellatrix said and he offered his arm.
Things I do for love.
I took his arm and we headed down. The whole time, I was so uncomfortable, I was just waiting when his arm would be Draco's. We entered the gardens and we walked up till front. Draco looked handsome as ever. Draco looked at me and smiled widely, he offered his hand and I quickly took his and left Voldemort's.
"You look lovely" he whispered as he kissed my cheek. "You look handsome as well" I said blushing at his gesture. "Alright, can we get the rings?" Narcissa said sweetly and the elves brought the rings.
Tom was supposed to kiss my cheek, but he did not. He pecked my lips instead. I have no problem with that, but he has a girlfriend, he can't just change the script at times like these.
We picked the rings from the boxes and held out our hands for each other.
"Consider this as my promise ring. I promise to keep you happy in any way I can. And I promise that I will marry you one day, when all of this is over. I love you, darling" he said slowly so that only I could hear. He put the ring on my finger and I smiled.
"I love you too, Draco" I said as I put the ring on his finger. The crowd applauded and Narcissa hit Draco's shoulder with hers, playfully, and pushed him to kiss me. He cupped my cheek and bent down to my height and placed a loving kiss.
"Wooho!" Narcissa cheered from behind us and started clapping. "Let's cut the cake" Bellatrix said as the elves pushed the cart in front of us. The cake was magnificent and it was chocolate.
"Cut! Great going, we only have like a few scenes left" David said as everyone picked up a slice of cake. Tom offered me some cake but I pushed his hand away. "What?" he asked as I sat next to Emma and put my head on her shoulder.
"I'm trying to watch my weight, so thank you very much" I said making him roll his eyes. "Why? You're in perfect shape" he said as Jade sat in his lap. Lately, I have been feeling like she is trying to make me jealous or is it just me? Because whenever I see them, she's either hugging him or kissing or sitting in his lap. I closed my eyes because I don't want to see them like this.
"Because Y/N has a date" Emma said singing the words. I playfully hit her because I knew the boys would spy on me on my date. "D-Date?" Tom asked stuttering a little. I opened my eyes and saw him handing his half-eaten cake to Jade. "Yeah, erm, a week from now" I said resting my head again on Emma's shoulder.
"What does he do?"
"Where are you guys going?"
"How did you meet?"
"Do we know him?"
"What does he look like?"
"Why bother asking so many questions, when you're just going to spy on my date and scare him away?" I asked rolling my eyes at the boys and standing up. "Y/N, the cake's really tasty, just have a bite" James said and I bent down as he put a spoonful of in my mouth. "Thanks, Jamie" I said pecking his cheek.
"Oh, so you accept cake from him but not me?" Tom asked rhetorically, practically pushing Jade off of his lap and following me. I nodded still not looking behind. "Alright, now that everyone ate the cake, let's get back! Positions!" This was the first scene with Jade.
"Action!"

"Would you like to dance, fiancée?" Draco asked offering his hand and stepping down from the stage. "Why not, fiancé?" I giggled and took his hand. We went to the center of the dance floor. I placed my hand on Draco's shoulder and he placed a hand on my waist and the other holding each other's.
The music began and we started swaying to the music. We stared deep into each other's eyes. Smiles never leaving our faces. The pair of us chuckled at the lyrics. Because it meant something to us. How we had been falling for each other. How we had been fighting for ourselves for so long. And how we had finally found each other.
He leaned down and kissed me deeply. This wasn't scripted as well. Is there something wrong with him? As we are still in the scene, I kissed back.
We smiled and continued to dance and the others joined in. I looked around to see Voldemort talking to Snape. And then he looked at me and smiled. I tore my gaze away and looked back at Draco.
"Hey, you seem tense" I said as both of my hands rested on Draco's chest and his went around my waist and pulled me closer. "Yeah, I seem to have pulled a muscle on my back" he replied stretching lightly. "I'll help you with it later" I said smiling and I felt a burning gaze in my direction.
I looked around to see Astoria Greengrass staring at me with killer eyes.
I knew that Jade was a stunt assistant, she wasn't an actress, but right now, the way her eyes bore into my soul, either she is a great actress or she was actually jealous, because clearly, she also has the script, so she knew the kiss wasn't scripted.
"Erm, why does Greengrass look like she is gonna murder me?" I said looking up at Draco and he turned his head to see her. "Oh, well, before I was engaged to be married to you, I was engaged to be married to her" he said uncomfortably.
"What? When were you gonna tell me this?" I asked as we stopped dancing and he led me to sit down for dinner. "Erm-" "You weren't even planning on breaking this news to me" I said angrily.
"Why does it matter? It wasn't like that was going to change anything. I wanted to be with you, from the start" he said placing a hand on my hand. "And it was just a verbal arrangement between our fathers and you know how mine is" he said and I looked at him. He kissed the back of my hand and looked back at me.
"Alright" I said and we started to eat dinner.
"Cut!" David yelled and Tom helped me out of the set as I was wearing a huge ballgown. I headed home and called it a day.
A few days passed by and we were going to film the last scene of the movie today. It was November start - so my birthday month! I was so happy, I have always been excited about my birthday, even when I don't celebrate it much. I love that extra attention that I get on that day.
"Action!" Tom and the others were in this scene and I was going to enter later. Currently, Bellatrix was torturing Hermione. When Helena brought a knife to Emma's hand, she screamed - but she screamed so loud and so real, Dan, Rup, Tom and I thought it was actually happening. So we all broke character and ran to her.
"A-Are you alright?" I asked looking at her hand. "Yes, why? No, no, Helena wasn't actually doing it, but er, I was just acting" she said and I pulled her in a tight hug. Tom hugged the both of us from behind me, Rupert hugged from behind Emma and Dan just tried to fit in.
They finished the scene and I made my entrance, "Yes, Aunt, you wished to see m..." I said and cut myself off when I saw Hermione on the floor. I looked around the room, Bellatrix was talking to a goblin, Lucius was sitting on a chair facing the fireplace, Draco was sitting on a chair, his hands on the table, holding his head, Narcissa standing near her son, protectively.
The minute Draco heard me, he pulled me towards him. "D-Draco, what-"
"Don't say anything right now. This could be your only chance" he said and I looked at him. "This can't be said for this one" Bellatrix said walking around Hermione. "Like hell" Ron said and came out from near the stairs. "Expelliarmus" he shot the spell and Bellatrix's wand flew out of her hand and into Harry's.
Before Lucius could shoot another spell, Harry stunned him. Draco pushed me to the side, near the stairs and I fell, hitting my head on the stone. Bleeding instantly. "Stop!" Bellatrix yelled and had a knife to Hermione's throat. "Drop your wands. Quickly!" she said and I stood up.
"Pick them up, Draco, now" she said and Draco picked them up and came beside me. Ron and Harry followed his movements and they looked at me. "What the hell?" Ron said and I swallowed thickly. Draco only did that, so that they knew that I was here.
"Well, well, it's Harry Potter. All new and shiny for the Dark Lord" she sneered and looked at Draco. "Call him" she said and Draco looked around. I shook my head lightly and pleaded. Harry looked at Draco and realized that he hesitated and furrowed his eyebrows a little and looked at me.
Lucius came beside him and rolled up his sleeve. Before he could call Voldemort, there was a screeching voice from the ceiling. It was Dobby, loosening the chandelier. In a few seconds, the chandelier fell to the ground and Draco hugged me to save me from any shards of glass.
Harry lunged at Draco and snatched the wands back. He stunned Lucius again before he could call Voldemort and they all formed a group, ready to apparate. "Stupid elf! You could've killed me" Bellatrix yelled and Narcissa got ready to shoot a spell but Dobby disarmed her.
"How dare you take a witch's wand? How dare you defy your masters?" I looked at Draco and he nodded. "Go, go, this is our only chance. Escape, Olivia" he said slowly so that no one could hear our conversation except for Harry and the others and I kissed him. "Go, darl-" he said and I cut him off with another kiss.
"Dobby has no master. Dobby is a free elf" he said and Draco pushed me towards the group. I stumbled but before hitting the ground Harry caught me. He held me around my waist and I looked at Draco.
Harry and Draco shared a subtle and small nod. "Dobby has come here to save Harry Potter and his friends" he completed and Bellatrix threw her knife in the air. "No!" I yelled and jumped in front of it, before it could hit anyone.
Dobby apparated us somewhere and I fell to the ground. The knife stabbed in my stomach. The ocean's waves hitting my body and making me feel cold, but the stab in my stomach making me feel warm.
"Harry" I said weakly and he ran towards me.
"Cut! Brilliant! That's pack up for Deathly Hallows, but don't forget, you still have to come back tomorrow to start Part 2" David said making a few of us groan.
Let's just pretend that your birthday comes in November, for those who's does come in November, eh. I wanted to include the birthday scene in this chapter but it was already around 3600 words so I thought I'd make another chapter of that, so, see you in the next chapter...
