"Guess what?" Tom asked entering my trailer. I looked from my phone, "What?" I asked as I took a bite from my peach. "Jade is being cast as Astoria Greengrass" I dropped the peach from my hand, Tom looked at me with furrowed eyebrows. "I'm sorry" I mumbled before picking up the fruit.
"That's great! How - how - how did that happen?" I asked as my door knocked. "Coming!" I said and I walked over to my door. "Erm, well, I knew they were auditioning for Astoria, so as a joke, I told Jade and she did, as a joke as well, but turns out that she was amazing!"
"Your scene's ready, Y/N and Tom!"
"Perfect!" I said looking at Tom and the other guy. We talked about this or the other and reached the set. "Quickly, Y/N, now when Ralph calls for you, so we all know why she did turn to the dark side, but when you stand beside him, a smirk and the bitchiest face you can do, I want that, okay? When you're walking to him, no sign of fear like the other Death Eaters have, none. Walk like you own the place and Ralph when she comes over to you, place a hand on her shoulder, while Tom, you need to be scared for Y/N, alright, take positions!" David directed and we took our positions.
"Quiet on set! Action"
Draco's POV
I was sitting at the table surrounded by Death Eaters. Today, an extra chair had been placed at the table, near the Dark Lord. I was sitting next to my mother and she held my hand under the table, like she always did.
"Severus, I was beginning to worry you lost your way. Come, we saved you a seat" Voldemort said looking at Snape who had just entered the room. He sat down and the meeting begin. After the letter that I had received from Olivia, I didn't want to come down, I didn't want to do anything.
But I had to, because who can say no to the Dark Lord. I had been distracted in the whole meeting. I was brought back to the reality when everyone laughed.
"Now, as we seem to have no luck in finding Harry Potter or the wand, I order that the troops be increased" he said looking at us. "And for the reason that I held this meeting was for everyone to meet someone special. Someone who will be most useful in the war, someone who will be most, most useful than you" he said smiling widely.
"Someone who had been hidden from me for years" he said and I looked up. "Someone in whom my blood runs" he completed and I started breathing heavily. My mother rubbed the back of my hand in assurance.
"Come, my child. Come" he said and the door open.
I entered the scene but I couldn't plaster a bitchy face, so I thought about Jade, I mean not because I think she's a bitch, she's not but because the news of her being cast as Astoria Greengrass when she has no experience in the field just made me mad.
All eyes were on the door. Everyone eagerly waiting for that person to come out, whereas I wished she didn't. And then she did. It was her. The love of my life. My darling. My Olivia.
How did he find her? And why is she here? Did she join him? And why is she smiling? And looking proud? And what was with the letter then? She was wearing a black gown that covered her curse and the room filling in by the sounds of her heels clacking the floor.
My breath hitched when she sat next to him and he put a hand on her shoulder. "Meet my lovely daughter, my greatest weapon, Olivia" he said and she smirked and looked at everyone.
When her eyes met mine, for only a second, I was afraid of her. What if she told him about me knowing the truth? Or that my mother knew? I looked at my mother like please tell me that this is a nightmare but she shook her head. And that's it. I fell to the ground and everything went black.
"Cut! Tom let your head fall on the table, don't bang it, but do that, let's take the last part again" We took another take of the scene and moved to the next one, as I was getting my makeup done, I saw the trio behaving coldly to Jade. I furrowed my eyes making Nina groan. "Sorry, Nina, but gimme a second" I said and headed to them.
"Hey, Jade" I said and she smiled at me. "Y/N, did you hear?" she asked making me nod. "Yes, congratulations!" I said and pulled her in a hug. She hugged me back and went over to Tom, who had the biggest smile on his face when he saw me and Jade getting along.
"What was with that?" I asked looking at Emma. "What?" she asked as she ate a piece of chocolate. "Why are you behaving so coldly towards Jade?" I asked folding my hands over my chest. "Because we hate her, remember?" Dan said making me roll my eyes. "Why? What has she done to you?" I asked raising my eyebrow. They all stuttered making me sit down on the chair next to Emma.
"Nothing but you know, she stole Tom from you, so you hate her and we hate her" Rup said making me laugh. "Aww, you guys are sweet for doing that, but for one, Tom was never mine for her to steal, for two, she's nice once you get to know her, for three, she's Tom's girlfriend, so you should be nice to her and for four, believe me when I say that I wish she was a bitch, but she isn't. She just found the right person for her at the right time" I said looking at them. Jade was sitting in Tom's lap and playing with his hair.
I wish it was me...
"Y/N, scene's ready!" I heard David yell. Tom and I got up and headed for our scene. "You two ready?" he asked making us nod. "Action!"
Still Draco's POV
I opened my eyes and saw that I was in my room. I groaned and looked around only to see the person I feared the most right now, sitting on a chair beside my bed. Olivia. She had a change of clothes and was in her night net robes instead of her black corset dress that she wore, I looked outside and it was night time. I had been out for hours.
"Please" I said removing the damp cloth that was on my forehead. "Please, don't tell him" I completed and sat up straight and pleaded to her. "Draco" she said standing up and placing the cloth on my head back. It had been ages since I heard her say my name.
"Please, lay down. You need rest" she said and I furrowed my eyebrows. Why is she being nice? What happened to her smiling and smirking at the meeting? "What-" I said but she cut me off by locking the door and putting a muting spell. She sighed and turned around. Her demeanor changed quickly. She had tears in her eyes and she was quivering. She jumped at me and hugged me.
All the problems seemed to disappear the minute her body touched me. I wrapped my hands around her tightly. Not wanting to pull away any time soon. She cried loudly like she had never before and I sobbed on her shoulders. She pulled away and sat on the bed. She wiped her face and took the cloth from my head and dipped it in water and placed it back.
"I didn't tell him" she said and I sighed. "He doesn't even know that I know Harry" she said and stood up. "I've been in this house for 3 months now. He had kidnapped me from my house in the muggle world and brought me here. The first thing he did was search my mind and I blocked every information that I had that would help him. I showed him that I was a Slytherin, close friends with you and eventually lover, I showed him everything that he needed to know at that moment, which was anything but my relationship with Harry or the others" she sighed and sat down on the chair.
"The next thing that became his routine was to cruciate me" her voice breaking down. "The letter-" "Was his way to punish you" she said cutting me off and I got up and hugged her again. She told me everything that happened, every second of every day. She even told me how my mother had helped her last night.
I grabbed her face and kissed her. The taste of strawberries making me feel at home. I kissed her like I was at last coming up for air after ages underwater. She kissed me back with the same passion. I smiled into the kiss making her chuckle. "I missed you so much" I said and sat on the bed, pulling her to sit on my lap.
Why do our characters have to be together, I can't do it if I have to kiss him everyday... I won't be able to move on...
"I missed you more. And I'm sorry. For everything that you had to go through" she said and I cupped her cheek, caressing it with my thumb. We were about to kiss when we heard a knock. The both of us looked at each other in fear. "Olivia, sweetheart, open it's me" my mother said and the pair of us sighed.
"Cut!" David said and I got up from his lap, "No, no, sit back, we'll continue the scene, Helen's right here, let's continue" he said as Tom placed his hand on my lower back. We continued the scene and completed it in one take.
"Okay, Helena, for this scene, I need you to..." I zoned them out when I saw how comfortable Tom and Jade were. How I thought we would be, but of course not, that's not possible. My heart sunk every time when Tom used to talk about how happy he was with Jade. He was trying to go back to the best friend phase, which was very difficult for me, since I was still in love with him... but you know, he doesn't even realize how much it hurts me. "Positions!" David shouted and Tom and I stood next to each other.
"Action!"
Olivia's POV
I changed and we went down. The both of us entering the room together. On the dining table, sat Voldemort at the head of the table. Next to him, Bellatrix. In front of her, Narcissa and then next to her, with a chair empty in the middle, which I assume is for Draco, sat Lucius.
"Yes, father. You called for us?" I asked looking at him. He ushered for us to sit. I looked at Draco and he sat down in between his parents, whereas, I uncomfortably sat next to his aunt. "Good, now that everyone is here. I wanted to make an announcement" Voldemort said looking at me and Draco.
What could he possibly want at this point?
"As much as I missed my daughter's childhood, I reckon I should not miss being in her teenage years" he said looking at me and Bellatrix put an arm around me. Boy, she would do anything to be in his good books. "I couldn't be there for her in her early years but now I can" he completed.
Why is he showing so much involvement in my life, all of a sudden? "Lucius" he said tearing his gaze away from me and landing on Draco's father. "Yes, My Lord" he replied looking at him. "Yes, my lord" he mimicked him in a taunting way.
"As you might already know that my daughter and your son appear to be in love. The only nice thing I can do for her now, after missing all those years, is to arrange their marriage with each other" he said and I looked at Draco.
All the time, in the past few minutes, he had been looking down. But the minute, these words left from his mouth, he looked up and faced me.
"Mr. Greengrass-" Lucius said and he cut him off. "I have spoken to him about your early arrangement as well" Voldemort replied and looked at me. "What do you think, Olivia?" he asked and I looked at him.
To be completely honest with you Voldy, I'm kinda glad, you're making me marry my own boyfriend in the middle of a fucking war. I'm very happy that I get to marry the person I love.
But why? Why are you making me marry the son of the man who was incomplete in his task? Why are you making me marry the person who didn't complete your task? What do you want from us? More importantly, what do want from me?
"Your wish, father" I said smiling lightly. "Good then it's settled" he said and left the room. No one was saying a word to each other. I sighed loudly and awkwardly looked at everyone. The only person to have been absolutely happy and over cloud nine, was Draco. He couldn't hide his smile. And he tried so hard.
I burst into laughter before saying my line. "Come on, Tom, can you be a little less happy, cause I can't stop laughing" I said in between fits, making everyone laugh around me. It had been long since I had laughed. "Alright, let's take it from there"
I furrowed my eyebrows and shook my head at him, smiling slightly. I looked around to see Bellatrix smiling at me, widely. It was awkward. I smiled back weakly and stood up. The room now filling up with the sound of my chair dragging itself back on the cold floor.
"I'll be up in my room, if anyone needs me" I announced and practically ran up to my room.
"Cut! Okay, that's it for today. Y/N, Jade and Tom, be ready for your scene tomorrow" David said making me sigh loudly.
Let's see what tomorrow holds for us...
