Author's POV
"Stand up don't let your body get weak!" Momo shouted to jiyeon who's lying on the bed
"I really can't where's my medicine." She said momo handed her six medicine as she drink it all
Momo doesn't know what medicine she took but if it'll make her better she'll gladly let her drink it.
"Let's me call the doctor I can't handle this anymore jiyeon." Momo took out her phone to dial jiyeon's private doctor
"I'm sorry because of me your having a hard time. Just leave me here unnie I can take care of my self." Momo look at her eyes softened
"You're not giving me a hard time I can't handle your pain anymore so I need to call the doctor I don't want you hurt jiyeon." She nodded and close her eyes to rest
After calling the doctor momo took a basin full of warm water and put it on jiyeon's head. She's having a fever, throwing up sometimes and also having a massive headache.
*knock knock
Momo open the door of jiyeon's room and there is doctor kim their private doctor.
"What's the problem?" Dr. Kim ask
"She's been throwing up when she smells food and having massive headache I really don't know what to do doctor she sometimes cough blood." Momo said almost tearing up while jiyeon just listen to her half open eyes
"I see. Ms. Hirai can I talk to jiyeon privately?" The doctor ask she wants to protest but the doctor's eyes it tells that it's really important so she went outside
Doctor Kim look at jiyeon with sad eyes she's been the private doctor of myoui family and half of jiyeon's life she's there she treat her like her younger sister.
"U-unnie what's the pro-prob?" She weakly ask
"I'm afraid your showing symptoms of brain tumor."
Momo's POV
I'm getting anxious here outside her room why I'm so nervous. I took my phone and dial someone's number.
"Hello unnie?"
"Chaeyoung-ah I'm coming there I need to tell you something." I hung up after that
I texted doctor kim if she can look out for jiyeon for a while till I come back and gladly she agreed. I used jiyeon's car to drive back to the city.
When I arrive I immediately went inside the dorm I saw everyone looking at the floor when they look up they saw me and immediately launch at me.
"What's happening?" I ask confusingly
"I was worried unnie you sound so serious when you called." Chae said surprisingly not with her cold voice
"What happened?" Jihyo ask I told them to sit down
"I need your help jiyeon needs our help." They paid attention to me very well
"She had fever yesterday and this morning she throwed up with blood." I pause and everyone had a teary eye
"I called doctor kim but I wasn't able to ask what happened since she told me she'll talk to her privately all I know is it's not an ordinary fever. But I hope she'll get better after a week, on the way here I called the school and transferred jiyeon to online classes it's so sudden but she never attended school for 2 weeks already." I look at the maknae line
"I need you to handle her job me and sana will handle the unnie line. But if ever you'll go please tell me and I'll join you." I said they nodded hesitatingly
"What job momo? Jiyeon has a job?" Mina ask oh god this is why I always want to talk in private
"No no I mean different people ok geez." I tried to lift up the mood and I really did
"Can we visit her?" Nayeon unnie
"I-I don't know." I avoided their eye contacts
"Please momoring I want to see my sister." Mina pleased
"That's the prob your sister doesn't want to see you I think she'll have more headache it's better if you'll let her rest first." I said I turn around ready to leave
"Ok fine. But tell her I lover her very much and her mina unnie miss hugging her." Mina finally cried I felt hurt too their sister bond is really something
"I will mina she's can't stay mad at you to the people she loves. So you guys hang in there and I know she'll come home in the dorm we both will."
I drove back to the rest house I thanked doctor kim after arriving I went inside jiyeon's room and I saw her throwing up on the basin I put under her bed.
I caressed her back she keeps throwing up this time everything came out from her mouth is color yellow even the rice. I don't know what to do anymore I want to panic but it won't help the situation.
"I w-want...." I went near her face to hear what she saying
"J-jeonghoon I want to sleep." I was kinda disappointed I thought she'll ask for her mina unnie
But I understand her maybe she's still angry. I called jeonghoon on the other room he's studying for her and jiyeon's school works I kudos this kid he didn't leave jiyeon's side.
"I'm here." He hug her as she fell asleep on his arms
Maybe she still don't need her unnies for now she needs love from the love of her life. I went outside to clean the things jiyeon used.
"Noona she wants you to her room she's a bit off right now she sometimes whine without a reason and always punch her head." I sadly look at jiyeon's room while jeonghoon say those words to me
I went upstairs and saw her at the bed with a weak body but still she smiled at me weakly. I sat beside her she held my hand.
"I'm still not dying *laughs*" I glare at her she just clap her hands
"Jiyeon..." I called she look at me
I'm afraid to ask her if the others can come I want them to know what's her state right now I can't handle the pain alone I want to cry but I can't show it to jiyeon.
"Umm can your other unnies c-come here?" I nervously ask she look at me confusingly
"I have other unnies? Ehh I thought your my only sister. Unnie! Are you seeing other sisters than me." She glared at me I was surprised what's happening to you jiyeon
"Your real sister is myoui mina and you treat other members as your real sister as well." I explain I shouldn't be explaining she already know this
"Tsk tsk who are those people I only want my momo unnie." She turn her back on me
What's happening to you jiyeon. I should ask doctor kim about this I need to know so I can take care of you right.

"I don't want to eat that!"
"Please you need to eat babe."
"I don't want it. And who are you are you his other girl. Jeonghoon I'll really strangle you."
It's like this everyday jiyeon's condition became worst she's not eating the foods we give she always throw tantrums and she always accuse me as jeonghoon's girl like heck I have a boyfriend.
"Jiyeon let's take a sleep." I said softly and I heard the door open as jeonghoon left the room with tiredness
I feel sorry I should take care of jiyeon alone but he insist cause he loves jiyeon so much.
"Unnie! You know what teddy said to me that you are the best unnie." She said like a child her attitude is changed again and now she knows me as her unnie
"Yes he told it to me too." I smiled I need to do this if it's the only way then I should cope up with her childishness
I waited for her to sleep as I went outside of the room I sit beside jeonghoon at the living room who's almost crying.
"Noona I'm in pain when I see her like that." I caressed his back I feel what he felt
"I know."
"Let's choose the second option noona." He look determine
"Are you sure jeonghoon? There's a 50/50 chance of survival and 30/70 chance of forgetting some of her memories."
"No other choice it's the best choice we have so far."
I hope our decision bring her back to he old self I miss her.
