Hol Horse felt pain striking at his ribs as he opened his eyes. He clenched his teeth and groaned, remembering what had happened the previous night. Sighing, Hol Horse turned his attention to the sound of water running. Must be Ms. Diana...

He got out of bed and felt the bandages that were tightly wrapped around his chest. What a kind girl she was, that Diana. What a lovely doll. He slid a spare shirt on considering Diana had ripped the other one off to tend to his injuries.

The kiss came back to him. Though nobody was in the room he covered his face with his hat, starry pink on his face. He mumbled curses until Diana opened the door of the bathroom not a minute later. She only wore undergarments. Though the rest of her body was rather attractive, he couldn't get his eyes off of that shining metal arm. If Hol Horse was going to get a bloody nose it would be now.

"Oh, you're awake. Good. We've got to get moving."

"O-oh yeah, r-right," Hol Horse tried to contain himself as Diana slid her dark clothes covered  her shining body. "Wait, since when were you makin' the calls, love?"

"Since now, 'love'," Diana combed her golden hair out, firm with her voice.

"Alright then...," he mumbled. "Then where are we going?" Hol Horse wasn't wise to bet on if she had a plan or not.

"Right to where you don't want to go."

"You don't mean-,"

"Yes, I do. We're going straight to Dio." Diana patted his cheek to fluster him and she smirked.

"Oh, one more thing. You're going to teach me how to drive." Hol Horse sighed and nodded with annoyance.

They sat down in the car and Hol Horse gave her strict instructions. Slowly, Diana began to press down on the gas pedal. They ran a cross a twisty part of the road and Diana drove them off of a cliff.

The sun was blaring heat down on the sandy desert. Everything was hot out, but luckily the Crusaders had just found refuge. They were staying at a rather nice little hotel, rather exhausted from the relentless stand attacks. They seemed to be getting worse...more powerful...greater numbers...

Adelio sat on his bed, staring down. Kakyoin hadn't bothered to break the news to anyone since Adelio had made an attempt on his life. Not even Jotaro. Nobody had heard the horrid scream Adelio had let out a few night prior by miraculous luck.

Polnareff couldn't help but notice the emptiness that rested uneasily in Adelio's eyes. He would flinch even if he noticed a mere glance at him. He was alert. Only alert. Kakyoin was reading a book. Polnareff studied the boy. Things were connecting and quickly. Polnareff knew what he knew. Diana had evil intent, but was Adelio involved with it all. Someone so young being forced to kill was heartbreaking. The lad looked like the grim reaper himself. However, Kakyoin acted awfully calm for his friend to be in such an awful state.

"Kakyoin. You have something you need to tell me." Polnareff took Noriaki's book, closed it, and firmly slapped it down to the night stand on his left. Adelio shook his head and mumbled words to himself. Fear was pulling strings in his head, destroying his sanity.

"Yes, I do. But I need your side of the story too. I need your story first so I can put the puzzle pieces together." Kakyoin smirked, knowing full and well they were in a bad situation.

Polnareff sighed, "geez...fine." He took a seat and rubbed his hand against his head wondering where to begin. When we where back in the hotel in Pakistan, I went to go to the bathroom, but as I turned the corner, I saw Diana helping her up from the floor. One thing led to another...and that old hag tried to kill me. She yelled something to Diana asking the lines of "kill him like you're supposed to!" Polnareff did cute little hand motions. "But...then Diana saved me and hid me in the back room. Dio had sent her, Ajna, and Adelio to kill us before we got to Egypt. Naturally because I'm so amazing," Polnareff chuckled, "Ajna changed her mind about killing us and so did Diana. I don't know why, but they did. Diana ran out and almost got herself killed. Hol Horse stole her body and I don't know anything else. Now it's your turn." Kakyoin stayed silent, putting the pieces together. "Hey! You gonna talk?"

"Yeah, just give me a moment...okay. I'll tell you what happened." Noriaki began the story but didn't let Adelio shake for long. He crawled over to his bed and let the small buddy curl up to him. Adelio stopped shaking and took a few deep breaths.

"You're kidding me! He tried to kill you?!" Polnareff stood up and let Silver Chariot out.

"Yes. But it isn't his fault."

"How is it not hi-,"

"Polnareff! You're going to listen to me and keep your mouth shut. I said it wasn't his fault, and you're not going to mention a word to the others."

"G-geez fine. I get it." Polnareff was shocked. Kakyoin didn't snap at people like that. He left the room to go give Ajna her goodnight kiss and talk to her. Adelio had already fallen asleep. Kakyoin laid him gently down on his pillow and tucked him in. His body was still and peaceful. It was lovely to see him like that. Peaceful.

"Goodnight, Adelio," he whispered. He crawled into his own bed and went to sleep for the night. Only, restful sleep was not what he received. A terrible nightmare infested his beauty sleep.

Hol Horse was rubbing his sore ribs as the two of them walked through the road that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. The sun was breathing on them and Diana's face was covered in dirt from driving off of a cliff.

"I...I'm sorry I drove us off that cliff..." Diana looked to the side ashamed.

"Nah! That's okay Ms. Brando, I'll have to teach you some other time." He rubbed the back of his head as he threw his cigarette on the floor and stomped on it.

"Oh! Look at this!" The same black figure that had beaten the shit out of those douchebags at the bar appeared. The rainbows that decorated it's body were glowing with black mist it seemed. Hol Horse looked at her stand with pride and awe.

"I knew you had one, but somethin' this powerful looking? Holy cow, woman!" Hol Horse ran up to Diana and embraced her in a big hug, except Diana was gone as soon as he made contact with her body. Turning around, he saw Diana.

"It's ability is to create illusions that look completely real. I'm not completely sure how it works, but it seems like I can bend light to form whatever illusion I want. It's crazy!" Diana Rose giggled and ran up to Hol Horse, giving him a big hug. A sweet and tender moment.

"I think I should let you know...Uhm...l-last night at the bar," Diana cocked her head. "You were really drunk, and you uh-you kissed me."

"I...remember. Please forgive me. I really didn't mean anything by it!"

"No! It's not your fault, I'm the one apologizing here!" He looked down at her. She was still hugging him tightly.

Footsteps. Golden hair. Hand on his hip. A devilish scowl was painted on Dio Brando's face as he approached them. Gone. He appeared behind the two of them.

"P-papa!" Dio pushed her away and delivered a stone hard kick to Hol Horse's chest. He spat up blood. No time passed and it seemed like an immediate transformation. Hol Horse had knives deeply impaling his body all over the place.

"Papa please! Stop! W-what's wrong with you!? How are you here?!"For a moment she debated taking off the sun proof layer her stand created around him. It was permanent for as long as she loved, but permanent could become temporary. Diana approached him in a dash. He held out his hand and stopped her, and icy expression. He grabbed Hol Horse by his hair and drug him on the sandy dirt floor over to a rather big rock that sat firmly in the ground. Dio made sure he made eye contact with his daughter before he proceeded to beat her friend's face into the rock mercilessly.

"No!" Diana took out her stand and threw a punch. She was met with several to her body. Blood spurted from her mouth as her eyes widened. She was breathing hard and looked back up at Dio. Hol Horse was hanging limp from Dio's hand. He was limp and unconscious, maybe even dead.

"You disappoint me, little one." And with a split second, the two of them were gone. Diana fell to the floor and winced. She let out an ear deafening cry. In times of past, it had been quickly learned that mourning wasted time. Diana picked herself off of the floor, and started running.

The plane had crashed after Kakyoin had panicked in his sleep. Adelio was coming back to sanity now that he had to help Kakyoin after the cherry haired brother had helped him. He would have to step up and take his place.

Hours had passed and Kakyoin was sitting by himself staring down at the gruesome letters that were carved into his arm. His purple eyes burned innocently with the golden flames reflecting from the campfire. Adelio brought steamy food over to Kakyoin.

"I believe you. I remember that baby's face. I remember nearly all of their faces. The opposing stand users' faces I mean." Adelio pressed the spoon of food up against Noriaki's lips. He opened and stole the food from the spoon.

"Thank you. I just wish the others would believe me."

"I know. Just don't do anything else. I'll take care of that little rat while everyone else is asleep."

"A-Adelio you can't just kill-,"

"Yes. Actually, I can. It's to keep you and everybody else safe. Let me do what I was trained to do." Adelio forcefully put more food in to his friend's mouth to keep him from speaking.

It didn't take long for Kakyoin to make things worse for himself. Polnareff came up from behind, Silver Chariot ready. Lio jump kicked Polnareff knocking him to the sandy ground. A powerful fisted stand with flowing black hair jumped to make a move but was ordered down by none other than Muhammad Avdol.

"Enough! Let's all get some rest. I'm sure you're all just tired from traveling."

Ajna pulled Adelio off of Polnareff and helped him up. Polnareff couldn't help but scowl at the youth. Ajna kissed his cheek and patted his head. Jean Pierre was asleep with blushing cheeks, his lady love at his side soon enough. Kakyoin had already discussed his theory with Adelio. Nori left his stand out before he slept.

Ferris wheels and cotton candy, merry-go-rounds and tea cup rides. Everything was coated in lively pastel carnival colors. The clown like stand appeared and had its fun. Kakyoin had nearly taken care of Death 13 and was currently demanding that the carvings in his arm were to disappear. Two arms reaching up from behind the opposing stand. Adelio's arms. But they weren't Adelio's arms. They were like fourth arms except ghost like and shining. Laced with visible swirling wind. His stand.

Killer eyes were locked on Death 13, the one who had caused Noriaki harm. Not acceptable. Adelio's stand grabbed underneath it's chin and the top of its head. With a swift twist, the crack could be heard throughout the endless silence.

Adelio passed out, falling to the floor and the dream faded to black. Everyone woke up in a cold and panicked sweat. Everything was remembered. The baby was dead. Adelio ended the dream world, and himself with it.

"Adelio!" Kakyoin scooted out of his sleeping bag and frantically scrambled over to Adleio's sleeping bag with Ajna in an equal panic.

"Adelio! Wake up, sweetie!" Ajna shook him while Kakyoin gently laid his fingers across the lad's neck for a pulse. Lub lub lub, his pulse was steady, yet his mind gone. Kakyoin sighed in relief and turned to face the others.

"Kakyoin...I-I'm sorry I didn't believe you-," Polnareff looked down but was heckled.

"Stop. It doesn't matter. Just...sleep, everyone. Ajna and I will watch him."

"Oh, Kakyoin you don't have to-," Ajna gently laid a hand on his shoulder.

"I'm going to be there for him too. He's my friend, Ajna." She smiled and went to grab some of the baby food for a midnight snack for her and her warm-hearted caring companion. Jotaro had his hat down low, disturbed from everything. He quietly crawled back into his sleeping bag with the others.

Polnareff leaned over to get into bed, except something shiny fell from his pocket. Something like a ring. He noticed and picked it up, hoping nobody saw.

"Hey, uhm, what was that?" Ajna stared over with a funny face.

"O-oh! Uhm, it was nothing! Don't worry about it, amour." Polnareff nervously laughed and hid inside of his sleeping bag. She just giggled and returned with the banana baby food. It was going to be a long night.

Panting. Exhausted legs, burning lungs, aching heart. She was choking down water as fast as it could run down her throat. Seven hours of running. Luck had struck and she had found them. She had run into the Speedwagon Foundation. A helicopter was to fly her to them in three days. Three days to wait. Three days for Dio to do whatever he wanted to her Hol Horse.
