"They are not my friends" Yerein interjected to avoid this dangerous topic. If her link to her best friend would be unearthed, her friend would be dragged to her case.
"One of them is your mortal enemy and one of them is your buddy so which is which?" Kamzan still continued on with his friendship tale. He was fully aware about her friendship with Jarannya what he was going to confirm now was her friendship with Fragya
"Think whatever you want" Yerein just shrugged off the topic as if it didn't concern her although from the inside it was the opposite
" if will be better if you stay away from them, they may trap on your case, the lawyer and soldier can't be mixed with terrorism except if we will blend it using the spoon of friendship and sisterhood"
"What if I tell you that they came to seek the truth like you?" Yerein denied again trying to protect her best friend
"If you continue on your useless answer it will take us forever to remove you from here, just say the truth because we have been doing this for so long now"
"Just give me the verdict, I am tired too" Yerein spoke with her tired eyes. Her eyes were almost closing, and her back was aching. She was tired, everything about her was tired.

Kamzan didn't answer, he just looked at her, if the anxiety wasn't visible on her face he would immediately rebutted her words. Same routine everyday.Whipping,interrogation and banter.Nothing new,no new information from their interrogation, the only new was a scar on Yerein's back. Today was supposedly just another ordinary day but the enemy made it an exciting one.
After getting out from Yerein cell Kamzan heard the loud voice of officer Jake
"Captain we are being attacked!"Officer Jake shouted while running to captain Kamzan's office
"Protect the prisoners, bring them to the safe room!" Captain Kamzan shouted back,their first priority was the prisoners because most of the attacks happened because their enemies wanted to redeem their hostages/prisoners...
Captain Kamzan ran outside while all the troops were shooting and on their defensive position,officer Nico ran to captain Kamzan"captain,the prisoners are safe now"
"good"captain Kamzan spoke calmly but observed that officer Nico was still in panic"what happened officer Nico?" Captain Kamzan inquired while trying to shoot back the opponent,after every shoot he would hide from the wall,while officer Nico was still beside him."we are being penetrated"
"what?" Captain Kamzan's eyes were almost close to the size of Yerein's eyes.
"I think there is a traitor here"officer Max finally reached the two and informed them about the traitor.
Kamzan immediately remembered the prisoner on the highest storey"shit,yerein!"
"his husband is attacking us to get her"officer Max spoke again
"stay here"captain Kamzan asked the two to stay behind to help the troops
"Okay please take care buddy"captain Kamzan never answered because he was already running,he was desperately running to reach the highest cell floor.

"Don't touch me!!"Yerein tried to run away from the scary man.She didn't know the man,she was scared,she didn't want to be touched by those filthy hands,she rather died than to be touched.While defending herself,she stabbed the man.She couldn't believe it,she had a blood on her hands"Ya Allah,ya Allah,I killed him,I killed him"
Captain Kamzan heared her terrified voice and when he entered the cell,he couldn't link the act of terrorism to this girl because at the moment,he saw a scared muslimah,a broken woman,a terrified soul"woman"
Captain Kamzan didn't call her Mrs.Terrorist for the first time but called her woman instead,Yerein lifted up her head and saw captain Kamzan,she was mortified,she was shaking"I didn't kill him,he he he wanted to touch me,A I did this to ...to protect myself"Yerein tried to explain in a shaky voice while still sitting on the floor.
Captain Kamzan walked to the man and checked his pulse"calm down he is still alive"
"oh aw alhamdulillah,I thought he died"
Kamzan called officer Nico to get the wounded intruder
"we are being attacked,we need to go to the safe room,follow me"Yerein was shocked to see captain Kamzan talking to her like this,he was not mad and was not on his period because he talked calmly this time as if he talked like Yerein was not a prisoner.

Officer Nico blocked them while taking the path to the safe room"captain she is not safe here,you need to bring her to the safe house"
"Officer Nico that is very far from here,we need to go down from this camp"Captain Kamzan reasoned out not liking the idea of officer Nico.
"she was the target,if they can't get her,they will kill her"captain Kamzan held the extra cloth of Yerein's abaya,he made sure that she was just touching the fabric not her arms.
He dragged her outside the camp and they exited from the backdoor.They descended down from the hill since the camp was located on the top of the hill.
Yerein was nervous ,what if he would going to kill her that's why she was being dragged to the heart of the woods
"What are you planning to do? Where are we going?"Yerein shouted but not long before they heard many gunshot"Ya Allah!!"Yerein shouted again
"Can you please shut up?!"Captain Kamzan couldn't focus because of her shouting.She kept on shouting but she couldn't avoid it,she could see the rain of bullets.
"why do we need to run here?we are already safe there" Yerein was panicking she hated this day.He stabbed a man and she was running for her life.
"we need to get you out to make the camp safe" Yerein was dumbfounded, she never dreamed to be so important to anyone but she always felt that when it came to her ,sacrifices were hard to be made.
She always sacrificed herself to save everyone"woman are you listening to me?"captain Kamzan cut her emo moment.
"what?"Yerein asked after cutting her analysis.
"This is your gun if you want to live, protect yourself".Two strikes in a row, Yerein was being shot by captain Kamzan thru bullets of words.He forcefully gave the gun to Yerein to protect herself.
Yerein's heart was snapped many times, she couldn't help but ask why captain Kamzan needed to emphasize that she was not worth protecting.
They ran,ran,until they couldn't hear the gunshot anymore.But since Yerein ran first,she was ahead few meters away from Kamzan.
She was still holding the gun with her shaking hands."I told you to shoot but you ran away instead"Kamzan said when he reached Yerein's place
"I don't know how to shoot,what do you think of me? an assassin?"Captain Kamzan was confused for a while. He saw in her file that she was an expert on guns but why she was saying now that she had no ability to do that?
Yerein just continued on walking until captain Kamzan told him to stop."This way"She followed Kamzan but when she saw something moved, she moved abruptly and captain Kamzan responded quickly but their body collided which caused them to fall to the deep hole.
"ahhh"Yerein shouted she thought she would die.She saw captain Kamzan not from afar,he was cursing.
Kamzan dusted off his uniform and walked near to her"next time if you want to die,die alone"He was angry,he didn't understand why this woman starting to become clumsy.She must be brought back to the cell;she was behaved there.But the woman was just afraid that's why she couldn't think and move properly.
"I."Yerein was about to say something when he noticed the left arm of captain Kamzan."You are bleeding"Yerein stated,Kamzan followed the direction of her eyes and shocked to see that he didn't feel that he was being shot.
