Nick was getting up from the chair as Cinder walk to the side of the room as Nick walked to pour something to drink while David and the other are viewing the double round as Nick look at Cinder

Nick: "Uh no I'm actually planning to threatened you"
Cinder: "You should have left your armor on you"
Nick: "Yeah while you have some people on your back like a drink"
Cinder: *chuckling* "Stalling won't change anything"
Nick: "No no no Threatening no drink you sure I'm having one"
Cinder: "The Grimm are coming nothing will change that what have I to fear?"
Nick: *pouring himself a drink* "The Knights"
Cinder look at Nick as he finished pouring himself a drink and took cup for himself and walked to Cinder drinking
Nick: "That what we call ourselves, we're sort of like a team 'Earth mightiest heroes' type thing"
Cinder: "Yeah I met them"
Nick: "Yeah sure you did it take us a while to get any traction I'll give you that one, But let's do a head count, here this School full of Hunters and Huntress"
Nick actives a device on his wrist
Nick: "A Super soldier a living legend who kind of lives up to the legends a men who has the strength to take on everything and two couple master assassin and you, big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them."
Cinder: "That was a plan"
Nick: "Not a great plan when they come, and they will, they'll come for you"
Cinder: "I have the Grimm and the White Fang"
Nick: "We have a Army you see you're are missing a point there no throne or anything here there is no version of this where you come out on top maybe your army come and maybe it's too much for us, but it all on you Because if we can't protect Beacon, you can be damn well sure we'll save it."
Nick take a sip of his drink as Cinder take couple step toward Nick as she summon her blade that will try to control Nick mind

Cinder turn around and see something came burst off the wall as it head to Nick as he was falling until the machine scanned his wrist as it locked on as the suit begin assamble around him as Nick start to smile
Cinder wide her eyes as she saw what just happened as Nick flew up the window to the room where Cinder is staying as Nick look at her
Nick: "And there one person you pissed off it the people of earth"
Cinder ready her bow as Nick raised his hand and blast her as Cinder fall to the floor in pain until Nick get called
David on the radio: "Nick we need you at the arena Pyrrha and Penny is about start"
Nick: "On my way"
Nick flew off as he head to the arena as Cinder crawls to her scroll to ready her to send her message

After Yang and Mercury fight Yang was disqualified as David Razor Ramirez and Sarah was talking to each other as they know what going to happened as Razor was sent to get the troops ready as David grabbed his shield ready as he loaded his pistol as Ramirez and Sarah grabbed their gear
David: "Everybody ready"

David: "Nick is dealing with Cinder while we are-"

David: "Damn we got to move Sarah start it up" *Get contact with Nick* "Nick we need you to be at the arena Pyrrha and Penny is about to start"
Nick on the Radio: "On my way"
Sarah: "Alright Ramirez I need you up here"

Razor on the radio: "Troops are their way"

David hanged up as they were flying to arena as Nick show up next them flying in his suit as Ramirez start to complain

As Mercury get ready to fight Ruby as she tries to get her Crescent Rose but forgot it in her locker while Oobleck finished counting down as Mercury smiled

David and the other were at the Arena Range as Nick was flying stright to the arena as Everyone see Nick flying in as it was too late as the string torn a part Penny as Everyone was shock to see Penny to be ripped apart
Nick: "SHIT!!"
Nick landed in front of Pyrrha as the front plate show his face to Pyrrha as she was shock of what she did as it the show predicted it

Ruby got out of the Mainainted room as she see Nick trying to snap Pyrrha out as she see Penny on the floor broken as she fall to her knees as tears were falling to the floor

Mercury see what happened as he leave to join Emerald until only be knock by the floor by butt head of the rife as Marcus Roze and Velikan aimed their weapon at him as Emerald tries to leave she was stop by Daniel Jessica and Justin as they point their Pistol at her
