Your pov:
"I have a feeling we will be good friends Eliot"
I tell Eliot as I continue to sip my coffee.
"I hope so"
He tells me as I move to sit at the table,
"Do you live here by yourself?"
I ask Eliot and he nods.
"I really don't have much of a family anymore"
He tells me,
"Well I don't know were my family is"
I say to him.
"Guess were both without a family"
"I hope I can find them though"
I tell him,
"I can help you find them if you'd like"
Eliot tells me.
"Really?"
I ask him and he nods.
2 years later:
Me and Eliot have become befriends, hes more of a father figure to me than Reginald would ever be.
I walk down the sidewalk with a bag in my hand,
I had bought some more supplies for me and Eliot's red room.
I could've sworn that I heard gunshots in the distance, but I figured that ot was just my PTSD acting up again so I ignored it.
I walk up to the stairs of Morty's Television and hear Eliot screaming,
I run up the stairs and quickly open the door.
Eliot sat on the couch with a shocked look on his face,
"Eliot are you ok? I heard screaming"
I ask him and he nods.
I didn't really believe him but I decided not to push it,
"I got the stuff"
I tell him as I put the bag on the table.
"Thanks"
He says,
"Alright well im gonna go for a walk"
I tell him and he nods,
"Be safe"
He tells me and I roll my eyes.
I grab a small pocket knife and slip it into my blazer pocket,
I never took off my uniform.
I only took it off to wash it, but it was the only thing I had left of my family.
Besides my wedding ring of course, but Eliot doesn't know about that one.
I grab my house key off the counter and head out the door,
I walk back down the stairs and into the alley.
I never stopped looking for my family,
Everyday at around noon, I walk all through out town looking for them.
I have yet to succeed in finding them.
I walk down the street and look around,
I pass the asylum and walk over to a lake.
I sit down on the ground and look at the water.
I focus on water and fling a small bolt of lightning at it,
It creates a small wave over the water.
I have had allot of time to practice my powers.
Mjolnir was even here with me.
How it survived the end of the world is beyond me,
My best guess would be that it floated into the portal before closed.
I lay down in the grass and close my eyes,
I must have fallen asleep because when I open my eyes again its night.
I decide just stay the night here because it was already late enough.
Nobody's pov:
"Eliot did you develop these photos yourself?"
Five questions as he looks at all the pictures of his family.
"Of course, well with the help of my friend"
Eliot tells him,
"Can exactly drop that stuff off at the neighborhood fotomat, governments got eyes everywhere"
Eliot tells him as he eats a bowl of cereal.
"I didn't see a dark room"
Five points out,
"We converted the hallway closet"
Eliot tells him.
"We?"
Five questions,
"Yeah, me and my friend"
Eliot tells him.
"Why do you seem so nervous?"
Five asks him.
"My friend went out for a walk yesterday and hasn't come back yet"
Eliot answers.
Before Five can say anything else, the radio begins to make a static noise and Eliot walks over to it.
Five crosses out the date on the Frankel footage and hands it to Eliot,
"Can you devolve this?"
He asks.
"Frankel footage, friends of yours?"
Eliot asks him,
"Cousins on my robot mothers side"
Five tells him with a sarcastic smile.
"Can you do it or not?"
He asks,
"Sure I can"
"How long?"
Five questions,
"Well I mean I'm running low on acetic acid, Beeker's cameras is open today but it's two miles away, I'd have to take the bus, on the other hand Gibson's is only ten blocks away, but I got to cut through the park and there's this over breed of pigeons-"
"Eliot"
Five cuts him off,
"It's like five, maybe six hours"
Eliot tells him.
The radio beeps from behind causing Five to turn around,
'Attention all units be of a code 3-15 at the Holbrook Sanitarium'
"The hell is a code 3-15?"
Five questions.
"Fugitives on the run"
Eliot tells him,
'25 patient still at large money are considered armed and dangerous'
"Oh Diego"
Five breaths out.
"Oh, who's Diego?"
Eliot questions and Five turns to him,
"Imagine Batman, then aim lower"
Y/n opens the door and heads inside,
"Eliot?"
She calls out.
"In here"
Eliot calls back.
"Who's that?"
Five questions,
"My friend"
Eliot tells him.
Y/n puts her hand out and Mjolnir flys into it,
She walks into the room and sees two people with there back facing her.
One of them she recognized as Eliot, but the other..
Five turns around and they lock eyes,
Y/n freezes in her place.
"Five?"
She whispers as tears come to both of their eyes.
"Y/n?"
Five asks,
his voice is barely audible.
After a few seconds they both run at each other and hug one another.
"I thought you were dead"
Five tells her as he buries his face into her shoulder.
"Do you guys know each other?"
Eliot asks, clearly clueless as to what's happening.
They both ignore him though and just continue hugging.
Your pov:
"Were have you been?"
I ask Five,
"I just got here yesterday"
He tells me.
"I missed you"
I tell him,
"I missed you to"
He tells me.
I pull away and look at him,
He had a broken expression on his face, I could tell he was doing everything in his power to not cry infront of Eliot.
I give a small kiss,
"Have you found anyone else yet?"
I ask him and he nods.
"Luther and Diego"
He tells me,
And I smile.
"Im actually going to get Diego right now, and before you ask, you cant come with me"
He tells me,
"Why?"
I ask.
"Y/n after what I just saw happen to you, Im not puting you in any danger what so ever, ever again"
He tells me with a sad look,
"Why is Diego dangerous?"
I question,
"He and many others just escaped a mental asylum, who knows how many crazy people hes with"
Five tells me.
"Ok that's valid, just be carful ok?"
I tell him,
"Promise"
He gives me one last kiss and blinks away.
"Yeah, you definitely know each other"
Eliot says from behind me.
