It was finally prom day. I was more than excited to go, I mean, who isn't. It was a stormy day, grey clouds made their way home in the sky. The boys were going to pick us up in a limo, while us girls, got ready at my place. Tom and I decided to match our outfits. Since, his blonde locks were still intact, he decided to go for the Draco Malfoy look, he was going to wear all black and same goes for me. I put on some light makeup with a messy - elegant bun that showed my beautiful back.
*Honk honk*
"That's the guys" Nico said happily and went over to the window to see. "Oh, damn! They look hot as fuck" she exclaimed making me laugh. My parents decided to drop by just to see how I looked.
"Language, Nicole" my mom warned her politely. "You both look very pretty" Dad said coming beside me. "Thank you, Daddy" I said pecking his cheek. "Thank you, Mr. Y/L/N" The doorbell rang and Nico and I quickly went in my room.
Tom's POV
I was really nervous, not for prom. I'm going to have the most beautifulest - if that's even a word - girl by my arm. I decided to confess my feelings to Y/N, no matter what. I know she's with Robert but if I don't do it, I would just, I would regret not saying it. Nothing can ruin the night. I sighed as I pressed the elevator button.
"Chill, dude. It's not like you're getting married" Stefan joked as he buttoned his suit button. I laughed a little and the elevator arrived. I didn't see Y/N's dress, I mean, I don't need to see it, she's going to look beautiful, definitely. We rang the doorbell only to be greeted by Y/N's mom.
"Tom!" she exclaimed and pulled me in a hug. I smiled and bent down to her height to hug her back. "Y/M/N" I replied back happily.
"Gentlemen" Her dad greeted us, while adjusting his camera. "Y/F/N" I said as I entered the kitchen. "Mr. Y/L/N" Stefan replied formally.
"Aren't the girls ready? We honked when we were in the car" I said and looked up from the fridge, "Okay... that sounded bad"
"They're in Y/N's room, waiting for their reveals. Shall I call them?" Y/M/N asked and we nodded in response. I pulled out a green apple from the fridge and took a bite of it. Nico opened the door and she entered the family room, she looked gorgeous. I smiled as Nico and Stef hugged. I was about to take another bite, when Y/N entered, the apple dropped from my hand and all the eyes were on me, but mine stuck at her.
She was in a beautiful black mermaid open back gown, that hugged her curves perfectly. Her blonde hair were in a bun, and high black heels making her look more appealing. She looked better than the Yule Ball.
"Oh my God! You look- I don't have words, darling. I'm more gobsmacked than I was when I saw you at the Yule Ball" I said walking over to her. I took her hands in mine and placed a soft kiss, making her blush.
"Alright, boys, give them the corsages and then Y/F/N will take pictures with the view outside" Y/M/N said clapping her hands.
"Mom, this..." Y/N said pointing at the huge window behind her, "is not a good view. It is clear that it's going to rain" she completed as I lead her to the window. I tightened the grip on her before she would spoil her mood. "It's going to be okay... No one is going to look at the view behind when you both are standing there looking like this" I said pecking their cheeks. The girls giggled and pecked my cheeks at the same time.
"Here's your corsage, Shorty" I said putting it around her hand. I had a matching one on my suit as well.
"Let's get clicking!" Stefan said as we strike different poses to the camera. A lot of the pictures that we took, me and Y/N, consisted of me just staring at her. The favorite of ours was when her dad clicked a candid. She was fixing my tie, I was looking at her, smiling at the beautiful girl in front of me with my hand on her waist and she looked up. It was the perfect shot.
"Let me call, Rob" she said excitedly and pulled out her phone. It kept ringing and Rob decided to pick it up at the last ring, "Hey, Rob-"
"Hey, baby. I'm really busy right now, I'll call you later" he said not even looking at her. "But I-" before she could complete, he hung up. He didn't even look at the screen, he didn't even look at her. She looked like she wanted to say something but words didn't come out. She looked up from her phone and looked at our apologetic faces.
"I- I don't think I want to go" she said and ran to her room. I didn't hesitate to go after her, I knew her dad wanted to but when he saw me, he took a step back.
"Short- Shorty..." I said taking the makeup wipe from her before she could ruin her makeup, "What are you doing?" she already had tears in her eyes. I pulled her into a hug and stroked her hair. "Y/N, he might be busy, like he said, I know that you wanted him to see you, but - and I'm not taking his side, okay? What he did is wrong, but let him not ruin your night" I said and she sighed loudly.
"Tom, sometimes, I feel like he is too busy for me. Too busy" she said turning around not looking at me. I hugged her from behind and pulled her chin up. "You see that girl" I said pointing at the mirror, "From what I know, she doesn't let any man ruin her night" I whispered softly in her ear. She closed her eyes and smiled lightly.
"You're right, I shouldn't let it come between a beautiful night ahead" she said staring into my eyes through the mirror. I twirled her once before leaving the room.

"Wow! It looks just amazing" Stef said as we all entered arm linked with each other. It looked amazing.
"Huh! It looks nothing like our school" Y/N said as she intertwined her own fingers with the hand that rested on my arm.
"It's amazing, isn't it?" She asked looking at me. I nodded, "No more than you" and pecked her cheek. Man, she's going to be smothered by kisses today.
"Let's take pictures again and then we can have dinner" I said looking around for a nice place to click a picture.
"Wait, wait. We need to vote for the Prom King and Queen" Nico said making Y/N roll her eyes.
"No, we're not doing that, remember?" Y/N said frowning. I chuckled at her and said, "Come on, there's a great chance that you'll be crowned Queen, the why not?"
"'Cause we all know, Castillo will be crowned King. I don't want to associate myself with him whatsoever" she said and we all looked at that bastard. I am fed up with him. Whenever Y/N was around, he used to behave like he was the world's most nicest person, when she wasn't in school, he used to bully me like hell.
"Come on, you get to do this once!" Nico said taking Y/N's arm and pulling her to the booth.
Okay, so I knew something was wrong and when now iameunakim attached an image of a corsage, I realised that Wattpad deleted the part where Y/N uploads a picture of her and Tom of prom. So, I don't remember what I wrote exactly, but here it goes.
