The three flying humans are Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, Elements of Magic, Royalty and Kindness. Until recently, their biggest problem was keeping their wings in good repair.

"Let's go, before they cut us off from the city!" Rainbow said while she flies
"Magnificent Seven wouldn't run, great Autobots like Rodimus and Sunstreaker will stay in fight!" Fluttershy asked
"Well I don't see any Autobots around, do you saw it? We're on our own here like we've always been and It'll stand of fall on our own" Twilight sighed when she is flying
"It's going to be fall if those Decepticons get any closer!" Twilight said
Decepticons is just one of the names that fit the attackers, but they are usually called Seekers
Decepticon jets in the sky, they have come to Human World to conquer
"Let them try to run! Where can they hide? What darkness can conceal them, with a darkness belongs to us?" Starscream said when he's in jet mode and he blasts
The plans of the three of them: Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker Were slowed when a sudden, massive explosion of light and energy bunded them.
Fourtunately, Mane 3 they have corrupted now act as riders and eyes for the Decepticon. And with those eyes are seeing now, is a chance to eliminate the last free Canterlot city
Dark Energon carried by each Decepticons can drain the light from any electricity, turning them into an army of Terrorcon
"You got my friends... Acid Storm and Nova Storm... and Ion storm... But you won't get me!" Twilight use her telekinesis to wipe the Dark Energon
"Faster! We might still make it!" Rainbow shouted very fast
"They're gaining! We'd better-- Look out!" Twilight gasped
"What where?" Bumblebee asked to Twilight
And now the three Autobots: Wheeljack, Sideswipe and Bumblebee using his Techno-Organic armor wearing armored coats and winged jetpacks
Wheeljack's levitation mode is gravity propeller blades
Bumblebee's levitation mode use his insect wings to fly
And Sideswipe's levitation mode is jet engines
"How" is goof too like "how" come we're flying, not falling?" Wheeljack said
"Save the questions Rodimus and the others have found trouble already!" Sideswipe said to the three
"And let you want to bet the flying seekers with wings of the bad guys?" Wheeljack said
"What tipped you off? The fact that they're shooting at us?" Rainbow asked to Autobot Sky Fighters
"I hope you put the power of the plasma and what is that purple stud?" Sidesiwpe touch the Dark Energon but Rainbow Dash moves fast to Sideswipe
"No! Don't touch it!" Rainbow warns sideswipe
"Hey! I don't take flying passengers!" Sideswipe grunted to Rainbow Dash
Suddenly, Sideswipe's mind is flooded with the memories of the humans on top of him
he sees the great earthquake that struck Trypticon over a hundred years ago causing massive stalagtites to break off the cave roof carrying humans settlements with them. And impaled themselves in the soft ground of the cave.
The humans went to work building their cities and adjusting to their new life here, even as waters from above began to rise the landslide. Life and their new home was hard, but peaceful

"Why would I want to be in you head? You look like something Twilight would dream up" Rainbow Dash asked
"Of course, but why am I keep flying very high up?" Sideswipe questioned over 200 feet
"Our Techno-Organic has adapted to this new environment... so hove our weapons, I see" Wheeljack said
"Yeah, I wonder what this thing does?" Bumblebee asked
Bumblebee tested the energy stingers formed into blaster guns, he gasped when he pull the energy trigger
"Whoa!" Bumblebee shocks
Thundercracker blasted to Bumblebee from the skies feeling painful
"Oh, that's what it does" Bumblebee shocks to the Decepticons
"Those things, whoever they are. They're pulling back. That gives us time to talk to the Humans about what's going on here. I want some answers, and I want them now" Wheeljack said
Soon answers are given and plans are made. Five Autobots: Rodimus, Sunstreaker, Ironhide, Jazz & Chromia head down to the seas far below to search for the Sword of Primus they believe is there. The others plan a defense for the last surviving city
"The Decepticons will be coming back and they have more power than we do. Luckily, we Magnificent-heroes and used to impossible odds and certain doom" Sideswipe said to the two
"The question is, what do they want? Are they after the Sword of Primus? The humans who live here? Why are they in Trypticon rage?" Sideswipe asked again
In the lair of the Decepticons
"I ask again why are we wasting our time here, when there is a Human World outside to conquer?" Skywarp asked
"We are here because the leader of the Decepticons demands it. We are here to see to it that id any of these humans ever become Autobots, they will be ours Decepticons of Darkness!" Starscream shouted
"We have already been blinded and now our prey has powerful help. Perhaps our leader sent us here to be eliminated. Have you ever thought of that?" Skywarp questioned
"I have thought of everything, Skywarp... including what will happen to anyone who does not follow the plan. The Magnificent 7 are here as we knew they would be one day. We will see to it they never leave alive" Starscream said
"Send a summons to pick a battle I prepare a gift for a new guest" Starscream has an idea
"Don't worry, we faced worse things than a few Decepticons... though I don't remember when" Sideswipe said to Rainbow Dash as a cloud
"Look!" Rainbow pointed to Skywarp
"Rainbow... I've stolen the Decepticon's battle plans and escaped... But I'm hurt" Skywarp saids trickery
"Could be a trick. It probably is but if he really needs help..." Sideswipe flies to Skywarp for checking
"Then I'm going along!" Rainbow shouted when she flies
"Just stay there while we look you over and no tricks" Sideswipe said to Rainbow Dash
"Oh, it's much too like for that. You fool" Skywarps evil smiled
"We just needed to get you away from that flying that rings your city. It's glow is annoying" Thundercrack shoot stand-by Sideswipe and Dash at the very back
"Thundercracker, my silent friend you take the Autobot, I will claim the human. I have an experiment in mind he would be perfect for!" Starscream said
Now the two blasted Rainbow Dash at the back
"AARRGGHH!" Rainbow screamed
"Rainbow Dash!" Sideswipe gasps
"I'm all right. Don't worry" Rainbow panted while her wings is damaged
"You know, I've found things under plasma that had more guts than you Decepticon do... and smell better, too" Sideswipe use his plasma blaster to shoot the two seekers
"One blow is not a fight, Sideswipe. Think about that on your way down!" Skywarp grabs the two, and they straining and grunting
Skywarp throws Sideswipe and Rainbow Dash down to the very ground in Canterlot city
Now Wheeljack and Bumblebee arrives combine the two elements blasted to Skywarp
"AARRGGH!" Skywarp grunted
"And one battle isn't the war, Decepticon" Wheeljack said
"If you've hurt Sideswipe, we'll..." Bumblebee said and it stops taken by Starscream
"You'll what, Autobot? Fire your energy stingers of light? Make more empty threats?" Starscream said
"Decepticon, why don't you fry up? And blow away?" Bumblebee said silently activate the Energy Stingers electrecuted Starscream
"Are you silent out of fear, seeker, or do you simply have nothing worthwhile to say? So ahead, make a move and best of luck flying with ice on your wings" Wheeljack said to Thundercrack
"Stupid Autobot... Thundercracker use the power of the seeker... And I will destroy you!" Thundercraker blasts to Wheeljack from his weakness
"Ugh, I'm weak. Sci Twi, save yourself!" Wheeljack fell down from his weakness
"No, I won't abandon you!" Twilight holds Wheeljack to lift him up
"And the both of you doomed" Thundercracker said
"Surrender until us where Rodimus and your other friends have gone and why." Starscream said
"You will be well treated the rumors of what we do to Autobot are... exaggerated" Skywarp asked
"Right, I can tell from that wing jet of an elitist that you see are just happy smiles and windows. But you know the problem with wings? They don't work well--" Bumblebee said and he is ready for ultimate power
"In a big lightning!" Bumblebee stings the two seekers too attack them down
"What are you doing? We have to go back and save my friend and yours" Fluttershy said
"And we will. Three of them, two of us if not, how we will do it. We need to find Rodimus and other Magnificent-heroes. And hope were in time" Bumblebee said grabbed with Fluttershy
"Let them go. There's no way they can run to. Besides, they will be here soon, we'll let him destroy them it is after all. What he does best" Starscream said
