He had somewhere to be so I walked him downstairs and watched as he got in his Uber. I have some stuff to do so I got ready.
About 2 hours laterI walked out the front door and made it to the driveway not paying attention. When I looked up Sid was sitting on the hood of my car on his phone.
Hoping he didn't see me, I quietly turned around and started to walk back up the walk way.
"Get yo ass back here" I heard him say
"I-I was just g-going to get my umm— get inna car mane" he said smacking his teeth
I walked back to my car and got in the drivers side. He got in the passenger side and I looked over at him.
"Yo scary ahh can turn the car on?" he said mugging me
"L-look I got thing to do an—I'm coming wit' you" he said cutting me off
I wish he stop that.
I started driving and the first place I had to go was back to the store to get True another test. I told her just go to the doctor but she ain't want to.
Once we pulled up at the a different cvs and I expected him to stay in the car but he followed me inside.
"Say Yo Mama still locked up?" He asked
"Uhh yeah" I mumbled

"Yeah" I said louder
We walked down the isle and I finally found the tests and they were behind the glass. I pressed the assistance button and waited feeling him burning a hole in my head
"You pregnant Huh?" He asked shaking his head
"This isn't for me" I mumbled
"I wish yo ass speak up." He said smacking his teeth
"I wish you would leave me alone" I mumbled

Somebody helped us then We walked to the register and I paid for the tests. We went back to my car and I started driving to mrs Tiffany's house.
"Say, I got a question" he said looking at me
"W-what?" I stuttered
"Why yo ass act like you don't know ah nigga?"
"I don't know" I said shrugging
"It's me shawty. Sid. We used to be partnas" he said chuckling
"Used to be. You the one that stopped coming around" I said
"It wasn't my choice mane. My mama moved me down to Louisiana" he said shaking his head
"You forget about me didn't you?"I asked pursing my lips together
"I ain't forget you shawty. I just hadda lot of shit going on" he said sucking in his bottom lip
Wait because he's kinda sexy... wait I can't be thinking that I'm ina whole relationship.
We sat in silence for a little bit before I pulled into mrs Tiffany's drive way. I got out and he followed me and I knocked on the door.
"Hey baby" Tiff said opening the door and giving me a hug
"Hey" I said
"And who is this miss girl?" She asked looking Sid up and dowN
"Oh this is— you can call me Scarr, ma'am how you doing?" He said cutting me off
"Scarr? Here we go again" she said sighing
He looked at me and I shrugged my shoulders because I honestly don't know what she's talking about.
"Uh you stay here I have to give my sister something" I said
While I said it I turned around and put my hand up and it resting on his stomach for a second. He too damn close behind me.
"Sister?" He said confused
I left him and walked up the stairs to knock on Trues door and she let me in. I gave her the tests and walked back downstairs and sat next to Sid who was on his phone.
"I told that girl 'bout being fast. Ain't no babies coming in here" Tiffany said
"She might not be pregnant though" I said
I'm really praying she's not pregnant. A baby is a huge responsibility and True is only 15, she can't even work at most places.
"I wouldn't wish pregnancy on none of my babies but chileeee she definitely pregnant" she said shaking her head
"How was your trip" I asked her
"Oh baby I had fun. At the beach I met a fine lil thang and we be talking on Facebook" she said smiling making me laugh
"Then I had a layover in North Carolina so I went to go see y'all fava" she said
Sid looked up from his phone and started paying attention to the conversation
"How is he?" I asked
"His funky ass okay. He got some good news recently but he wanted to be the ones to tell y'all" she said and I nodded

We just left shawty mawmaw house and I asked her if I could drive cuz she drive like a old ass lady.
"I thought yo daddy was dead?" I said keeping one hand on the wheel and holding my phone with my other one
I know some of the shit I say might come off too weird or some shit but I don't care. I just want my question answered.
"H-he is but apparently he wasn't my biological father and my biological father is in prison" she said
"Damn son. Yo life wild as fuck" I said shaking his head
"Turn right here and slow down" she said
I ain't even driving that fucking fast
I turn and started driving down a street with big ass houses. She told me to turn into some driveway then she called a girl.
A few minutes later the same girl from that part came out.
"Moe I was bout— oop what did I miss" she said cutting herself off me leaning in the window
"Nothing. Please don't leave this in my car again" Saige said pulling a bag of weed out her glove compartment
"Mhm. 'Scuse me nigga I hope you being nice to my bestfriend" she said tilting her head at me
She was my bestfriend first hoe
"This my partna" I said waving her off

"Boy you can tell me yo government ion care. Prolly some ugly shit like Bartholomew or Herbert" she said rolling her eyes
"Okay Chell I wanna go in the house" Saige said smacking her teeth
"Don't let him get no pussy for free." She said and quickly ran back to the house she came from
I lowly laughed and shook my head while she sat there in embarrassment.
"You gon have to direct me back home" I said

"No" she said shaking her head
"Come chill wit' me" I asked
"A-are you sure!" She stuttered
"I wouldn't ask if I ain't want you to. Come on" I said getting out her car
I passed her her key then she followed me inside my pawpaws house. I grabbed us some waters and went upstairs to check on him real quick.
"I heard you talking to somebody downstairs?" He asked
"Oh yea Saige downstairs" I refilling his pill case
"Aye look at me boy" he said making me stop what I was doing and focus on him
"Act like you got some sense. Saige a good girl she don't nothing about that stuff you did when you was with your mama" he said
"I know pawpaw but it's not even like that" I said
"You heard what I said young man" he said as he started coughing
"Yes sir" I said handing him a water bottle
I made sure he was good then walked downstairs and told Saige to follow me out the back door. We sat at the table by the fire pit.
"Since you act like youn' know ah nigga let's play 21 questions. We can only skip 2 questions" I said and she nodded
Honestly I don't like how she acting towards me. Like I make her nervous or some shit and this the only way I can think of to make her stop.
"When ya birthday" I asked her
"January 2nd" she said

"Shidd I'm gon do real estate" I said confidently
I'm I firm believer of speaking shit to existence.
"You ever been in love?" I asked her
I watched as she kinda froze guessing she ain't expect that.
"Yea" she said but hesitated
She lied
"Have you ever been in love?" She asked me
"Nah" I said honestly
My mama made me think all females were trifling and money hungry like her.
Her phone started ringing and I think it was her nigga. She told me hold on then answered.
"Hey Bae" she said
"Wassup baby" he said and I laughed lowly to myself
"Who you around?" He asked her
"Oh im just catching up with one of my old friends" she said
"Who cuz you ain't tell me about no old friends" he said getting defensive
"I guess I forgot" she said twisting her lips
"Bruh is you on some hoe shit?" He asked
She pressed the red button and hung up on his ass. She looked irritated.
"That was yo nigga Huh?" I asked and she nodded
"He always questioning me like I'm the one that did some foul shit. He really starting to get on my nerves and it's taking me out of character and ion like that" she said taking a deep breath
