you look up from your book and remove your glasses, standing up uncertainly at the thought of who would knock at this time.
hesitantly, you open the door with a defensive stance
I swear to god if its one of those paranormal things, I'm bout to beat a bitch up-
you meet the figure of namjoon as he turns towards you, not making eye contact
'hey, I was wondering if you would want to come for a walk?' he asks, almost whispering
'joon, you do know its 1 in the morning right?'
he nods, blushing slightly at the nickname
'but it will be peaceful in the garden....' ,he says

you finally decide. he looks up and smiles at you, your heart melting at his dimples
grabbing your coat to cover your pajamas, you slide into flats and walk out, seeing namjoon waiting for you at the door, wearing a jacket over his own pajamas
he slips his hand into yours as you both walk together, silently through the quite night
settling on a bench infront of a water fountain, you look around to see just a few couples probably out for a midnight walk just like you both

'hmm?'
'I'm sorry'
'It's ok, don't worry about it, I just hope you didn't mean it, I forgave you already'

you hear him sniff as you bolt your head towards his direction, he hugs you as you hug back

you could feel your insides burn, butterflies in your stomach, fluttering around rapidly, there was this feeling which was making you want to just hug him forever and not leave him. your heart thumped in your chest like it was about to break your rib cage and come out
what are these feelings? I have never had such feelings towards any of them before
little did you know that he was feeling the same

you say as you stand up and hold out your hand for him to take
he takes your hand and you both start walking back, that burning feeling and incontrollable smile still there
you reach home as he silently unlocks the door, you both slide out of your shoes and take off your coat

'can i...can i cuddle with you...' he says slowly and shyly
'aww joonie why not?'
you both walk to your room and jump into the bed as you get into the covers, holding it open for namjoon to get in
he smiles and gets in
you snuggle into his chest as he pulls you close, pulling up your thigh over his torso, tracing circles on your thigh
